I really hate to write this review because I was so looking forward to the coffee bar at our reception. I contacted Orilla Del Cielo about a year before our event, everything was g...
reat and we paid in full. This vendor was a no show on the day of the wedding. Communication with us and the coordinator leading up to the wedding day seemed to be fine. On the day, my coordinator was emailed less than an hour prior to the scheduled set up time, due to how hectic a wedding day can be this email was not seen until the expected arrival time came and went. I understand personal emergencies happen, but wedding days are extremely important events and if you are a wedding vendor there needs to be contingency plans in place. I received a personal email explaining the no show at 9:45 that night about halfway through our reception but did not check my email until the next morning. Orilla Del Cielo was very prompt to send us a full refund which I am appreciative of, but the situation was still disappointing.
The team at Orilla del Cielo is as sweet as their coffee! We loved having them during our Cocktail (coffee?) Hour, and our guests loved how professional, friendly and delicious the...
ir coffee was! We still get friends and family who ask where they can get some more to this day. They were also able to provide lactose free options for our guests, and played the perfect complement to our Pan Dulce table. Our only complaint is that we should've drank more lol
Very unprofessional. I had contacted them for a quote for my wedding coffee bar through multiple avenues. I contacted them through the Knot, through email, through their quote requ...
est form on their website and no response at all for the past month. If this company cannot respond to client requests in a timely manner, then they cannot be trusted with someone's big events at all.
Best coffee in town. They have a variety of flavors and their customer service is amazing. Oreo Frapp and Horchata Latte are my favorite. I will hire them for our holiday party.
Their coffee is amazing!!!
As a coffee enthusiast, I am so glad I was able to hire them for our wedding. I loved the idea of having non-alcoholic drinks at our wedding and they d...
