Orland Park Bakery did an outstanding job on our cake. Although we only got to enjoy 2 bites of the cake on our actual big day, it way absolutely delicious. We had people after the wedding tell us how great it tasted and was still light! It was also really easy to communicate/customize things to exactly what we wanted. It was an easy experience, they delivered the cake on time to our venue, and everyone enjoyed it. What more can you ask for?

Tracie was wonderful to work with for our wedding cake. From start to finish the process was easy. She was quick to respond, willing to work with us when we wanted to change/modify our order, and very patient. We had a 4-tiered cake with all different flavors. It was delicious! We also ordered cookies, the best chocolate chip cookies by far! All our guests were asking where we got them from. Highly recommend!!

I’m a wedding coordinator, so I know many bakeries and I went to Orland Park Bakery! That says a lot! And I’d do it again in a heartbeat! I wanted a very specific look for my daughter’s shower cake, and they nailed it. Tracie was wonderful to work with as always! I wanted wildflowers around the cake and she found many samples for me to look at until she found the perfect look I was going for. The cake was stunning, and it tasted even better than it looked! I had people that weren’t at the shower comment on that cake. People who didn’t have Facebook to see it mentioned that other people told them about the cake…now that’s when you know a cake made a statement. Exactly what I hoped to accomplish. The tasting for my cake and my daughter’s wedding cake was fun and exciting! Also, what I feel a cake tasting should be. Also, delicious! I can’t rave enough about our entire experience! The guests commented on how good the cake and cupcakes were. We couldn’t wait for our 1yr anniversary cake and decided to eat it now because it was so good! Customer service was great and they are LGBTQ+ friendly!

Tracie at Orland Park bakery was professional, responded quickly and was readily accessible. Delivery was timely. The cake was delicious however the frosting could have been a little more smoother. Tasted a little gritty and the decor just mediocre.

Tracie wad rude. I used to work here and asked if they would do an old employee discount. She replied like I was stupid. I told her sorry it was like over 10 years ago I worked there no need to be rude. she never responded. Mind you the quote was for $1440 for a 4 tier cake. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere. I'm literally never buying anything here ever again which is funny because I loved their actual baked goods. Tracie you also didn't really help me find a design for the cake either. I never even got to look through a book.

OPB provided our cake and cupcakes for our wedding and they most certainly did not disappoint! Guests came up to let us know how delicious the cupcakes were and needed to know where we got them. The OPB team did a great job getting everything together and making sure it looked flawless for the big day!

Tracie was great to work with! She was easy to communicate with and very responsive. She was helpful in figuring out a design we liked. Our cake was absolutely gorgeous and perfect! I didn’t realize even the flowers would be sugar! And of course it was delicious! They seriously have the most delicious cakes., and I am a harsh cake critic as I like to bake and decorate cakes myself in my free time. Wouldn’t have used any other place. Thank you!

I would give them 4.5 stars if that was an option as they were nearly perfect. We used Orland Park Bakery for our recent wedding in March. The cake was beautiful - it turned out just like our inspo picture!! The were even able to deliver it quite far for us. Our flavors were absolutely delicious too. The only reason I’m knocking a star is that one of our fillings was just buttercream as opposed to the one we requested but as I said - it was still extremely good cake!!

I grew up going to Orland Park Bakery and knew my whole life that I wanted my wedding cake from them. My cake blew my expectations out of the water! The bakery took my few ideas and colors and made a work of art! My husband and I can't stop talking about how beautiful our cake was. I ordered a 4 tier cake for my wedding. We had a tasting prior to making our selections. Every tier was a different flavor and each one was so good! I sent them an image of what I wanted the cake to look like and they nailed it! Everyone complimented our cake that night! The almond cake was my favorite! Wish I lived closer so I could have this cake in my life all the time! Highly recommend!

We booked our wedding cake a couple of months in advance for our wedding. When we signed the contract, manager had the day, location, and told us the cake would be there at 4pm. Our reception started at 6pm and we had NO cake at our hall. The hall manager, wedding planner, and my husband we’re trying to reach the bakery and no one was answering. There was no communication or ways of trying to figure out where our wedding cake was. Guests were wondering what was wrong because if our anger and stress. Our schedule for the day was completely all over the place because of the cake being missing. Guests are wondering why they was no cake even though it was on our menu. It was a disaster! Finally cake arrived around 9:30pm. It was as beautiful, but icing nearly melted as if it was sitting for hours. There was NO explanation from the bakery as to why our cake was very late. And no one from the bakery called to apologize. I finally called a week later to complain. They did refund us, but it’s still the principle of the matter. If you book with them, please confirm daily until the day OF the wedding that your cake will be there on time and ask for an emergency contact.

We chose Orland Park Bakery for our wedding cake and had such a wonderful experience. Our tasting experience was wonderful. There were so many variations of cake, filling, and frosting! They packaged up the leftovers from the tasting and even gave us additional lemon cake (this was clearly our favorite). The delivery process of our cake was seamless and the finished product was exactly what we envisioned! Did I mention the taste? It was amazing! I would recommend Orland Park Bakery for your upcoming function and will be a repeat customer.

We wanted a wedding cheesecake and Orland Park Bakery delivered. Our cheesecake was four double tiers of four different flavors and tasted delicious! The bakery had to order a special cheesecake pan to accommodate our wish and also delivered it in perfect condition on our 95 degree wedding day. Also, it looked beautifully decorated with all our colors and flowers. We loved it and so did our guests.

Orland Park Bakery is the best! We have always gone there since I was a little kid so of course we wanted to check them out for our wedding cake. Tracie was incredibly helpful during our consultation. We were able to try different flavors and pick exactly what we wanted. She worked with us to bring our vision to life. I was blown away when our cake was delivered. It was so beautiful and tasted even better! I’m already looking forward to eating our saved tier for our anniversary. Orland Park Bakery was a lifesaver after our original bakery didn't hold a spot on our wedding date due to a miscommunication. We were able to order a small 2 tier cake, get a tasting kit and have everything turn out beautifully with us having ordered less than 2 months to our wedding. Cake was delicious. Tracie was great to work with at our tasting and after as we discussed via email our order (we were out of state and they made it very easy for us to work with them). Also when the pandemic started, Tracie reached out, super kind and accommodating, helping us change our date and then ultimately scale down our order.

We loved Orland Park Bakery as our main baked goods vendor! I talked a lot with Tracie, who was awesome to work with! We did everything via email and she answered all my questions (I had a lot)! We purchased our torte cake for cake cutting (delicious and larger in size than we expected)--the decorating on the cake was just how I imagined, very fally. We also had a donut wall (which they customize..so cute!) and ordered all the donuts from there... they were delicious and gone by the end of the night! We also did 8 inch pies and they were a hit as well. Not a slice left! They talked to our venue regarding delivery time and set everything up for you. I didn't have to worry about anything day of the wedding, which was fantastic. I would definitely recommend for any wedding baked good needs!

We went for our tasting, which was super fun, and showed them a picture of the cake we wanted. Most of the pictures like that on Pinterest were fondant, but we were opting for buttercream, so they told us it might not look exactly like that. (I knew and expected this because I understand buttercream and fondant are very different) When we walked in and saw our cake, I was completely blown away by the artistry and how beautiful it was. When we talked previously about how it wasn’t going to look exactly the same, I was expecting like 70% (and I’m low maintenance, so it wasn’t an issue for me), but when I saw it, it was 99.9%. Our cake was beautiful and delicious and perfect - absolutely everything we could have wanted.

We used Orland Park Bakery for our wedding because they work with our Wedding Venue. We were SO impressed and pleased with everything they did for us! I absolutely LOVED my wedding cake and it was so delicious. We wanted a fall themed flavor and ended up going with a cinnamon cake with apple and cream cheese filling! Our wedding package also included a sweets table which was FANTASTIC and all of the guests loved. The ONLY criticism I have has to do with the cake tasting process. Instead of doing the tasting at the bakery, they give you a box on flavors/fillings to take home and taste. I do not believe this is always the process because they do have a cake tasting table in the bakery. When we asked for a fall themed flavor AFTER the box tasting, we were able to sit in the bakery and make our decision. Even so, I still loved the bakery and would reccommend them to ANYONE!
