ng guests got to enjoy some really delicious Jamaican food. The stakes were high as many of our guest were Jamaicans and are known to be very critical about food served at weddings. Dorothy and her team served our guest Jerk Chicken and Escovitch Fish fillet...and it was just right. My husband's aunt said, "I got real Jerk Chicken today!" The jerk chicken was smoky and falling off the bone (just how I like it) and the escovitch dressing on the fish was nice and spicy, but not too spicy that are sensitive guests couldn't enjoy it. The fish and the chicken was very well seasoned!! My only regret is that I didn't ask for seconds (after all, I was the bride!) For our vegetarians, Dorothy and her team served curry tofu. Our vegetarian guests were very pleased with their meals and even asked who our caterer was. Dorothy and her team arrived at the venue on time, which gave me the peace (the bride) of mind that everything would run smoothly. Dorothy and her team also took the liberty to speak with our guest to make sure that they were enjoying their food experience and to see if they needed anything. Lastly, (and I was extremely impressed with this) after Ms. Dorothy's servers finished packing/cleaning up the food station, the servers asked if their was anything they could to help clean up the reception hall. With their help, the reception was cleaned out very quickly. I truly appreciate Orlando Caribbean Catering for their services...they made my wedding very special and one my guests have talked about several weeks after (in part because of the food!) I highly recommend Orlando Caribbean Catering and Dorothy to anyone who wants to serve Caribbean Food at their wedding.
