Bruce was amazing! We recently got married at a Sunday Brunch Ceremony at the Dr. Phillips House at the Courtyard at Lake Lucerne, and we were lucky to have him as our DJ. My husba...
nd and I live in Kentucky, and so Bruce was kind enough to work with us completely over phone and email throughout the entire wedding planning process. He could not have been more professional or quick in his responses. I never worried that he was not on top of things or knew what he was doing. He listened to all our our wishes and gave great advice on things we were not sure about. The day of the wedding, he kept things running smoothly and efficiently, and provided the perfect musical backdrop to the day. We received numerous compliments from friends and family at how great of a job he did. I would 100% recommend him to anyone needing DJ services in the area!
Bruce is awesome, and easy going. Great price compared to others and does a really great job! He brought a great energy to the reception, everyone loved him! He's very attentive to...
details and as far as timeline he will not cut anything off if runs over without consulting with you first. Does a great job of keeping things moving smoothly. It was great to have him as part of our special day! We would recommend him!
We loved Bruce!! He was super nice and played most of what we wanted to hear.
Let me start with the positives: Bruce at Orlando's Got Talent was an absolute steal for all the services we used him for. He provided ceremony music, reception music and DJ, uplig...
ht, and even threw in cake pin-spotting for free. He was the only one of the DJ's we talked to who would meet us out at our venue before the wedding to run through logistics and test out the uplighting to make sure we were happy with it. He also really helped us with figuring out our timeline for the reception, giving us advice on what has worked best for him in the past. He is clearly very experienced, and it was awesome that he had done a ton of weddings at our venue. We used his online database to create a list of must plays, do not plays, and play if there is time. This ended up working out really great! The flow of the music was great. He knew when to throw in a slow song and when to play something more upbeat. And he handled an odd song request from my 3 year old nephew like a champ! Everything with the music went great the day of the wedding, and if I were just reviewing based on that I would give him a solid 5 stars.
However, anyone looking into Orlando's Got Talent should know that Bruce isn't exactly the most organized. He was the only one of my vendors I worried about with that. He was late to a few of our meetings (he actually completely forgot about one of them) and we had to send him song choices a couple times. He even texted me the morning of my wedding asking about something because he had forgotten the number of my day of coordinator, and I needed to relay the message. Not so cool. But none of this was a deal breaker for me. I just made sure my coordinator knew to stay on top of him a little more than my other vendors. And everything did turn out absolutely perfect the day of my wedding.
Bruce was awesome to work with, very calm and comfortable with last minute ideas. Our guests loved our music! Highly recommended!
Orlando's Got Talent was a great wedding vendor. Not only did they provide the reception music but they provided the ceremony music and microphones, the cocktail hour music, lighti...
ng for the reception and a photobooth all for $795!! Everything was wonderful!!
Bruce was very professional. He did a great job with getting people out on the dance floor. The photo booth that he offers was a lot of fun.
Bruce, I hope you read these, because I really can't thank you enough for the fantastic role that you played in our wedding! Not only did you brave the chilly night air, but you m...
ade sure that everything went off without a hitch!
If you aren't Bruce, and you're reading this, you can't go wrong with this amazing DJ. He is a true professional, and will offer suggestions whenever you can't think of a song to play at just the right moment. Or, you can do what we did and let him have some creative freedom in what you let him play.
Definitely would work with him again!

the night going. Lighting was also great!! I was the bride and did not have to worry or stress about the music...dream come true.

ing vendors, and creating an itinerary for our event. He really helped our night run smoothly, especially when our horrible wedding planner was screwing things up left and right. He played great music and kept our guests dancing the night away! Our only complaint is that the night was over too soon.
We are happy we choose Bruce as our dj, we were able to save so much money because of him. Other djs were charging crazy prices for uplighting and custom monograms. We had a room t...
hat looked like a million bucks because of the the uplights, it really makes a difference. We were really satisfied to with the music selections he played and everyone danced all night, we didn't want the party to end!
WOW!!! I can not say a bad thing about Bruce. He is wonderful. He works with you and with your other vendors. He was wonderful. Everyone that I have talked to had a blast dancing t...
he night away. His equipment was up to date. He did a wonderful job during the ceremony also. I would recommend Bruce to any one and if I ever needed a DJ again I would definitely use him again.
We met with Bruce about 3 times, each time we had changes! He was open and never tried to change our decision. We were so pleased with his services. I would highly recommend him an...
d more than likely use him in the future.
We decided to not use a wedding planner to save money and it turned out we didn't need one for the day of. Bruce helped us all the way with timing and music selection. He also did ...
the up lighting for the reception and it added so much dimension to the ballroom.
Bruce is alot more "tense" on the day of the wedding, which was kind of a disappointment. But he did a good job and was very inexpensive.
Bruce at Orlando's Got Talent was a great dj!! He kept our party going all night long! (Luckily it didn't take much with our families who love to party) He really listened and play...
ed the music we wanted and still took some requests for our guests! For an additional price, you can upgrade and get his lights package which was AMAZING! Red accents lights all around our venue and flower lights on our dance floor really made our venue look even better than it already did! Plus, he provides a mic for the ceremony and speakers so everyone can hear. I highly recommend Bruce. He is extremely talented in what he does and worth every penny!
Bruce was WONDERFUL! He was a crucial part in our wedding reception and he was determined to make every minute special for us. He was always available to talk when we had questions...
/ideas. He provided a microphone and music for our ceremony. He even had to change a few things at the last minute, due to my request, and he did it with ease and professionalism. He provided lights for the ceremony space that went beautifully with our wedding theme. He had no problem taking song requests from our guests. He also had some neat ideas to incorporate our parents' first dance songs into our reception, which our parents were pleasantly surprised. We would work with Bruce over and over again for any event that we will have in the future and we would definitely recommend him to all of our friends.
Bruce was very good at our wedding and easy to work with!
Bruce was so great. He did the ceremony and reception. Everything went quite well. I would def. use him again.
We left this part till very late in our planning process but Bruce made it all very easy for us. We were travelling from Ireland so we were unable to meet up with him prior to the ...
wedding. However, that didn't seem to matter as he did a great job and his song selection website was brillant. He was supremely good value and I would highly recommend him.
Bruce's strong point is not his responsiveness but once you get in touch with him he is a very nice gentleman. I signed up with Bruce for him to DJ my wedding but I selected his c...
heaper package which meant that if he got an offer to do another event for more money that he would pass us off to another DJ. This did occur so Bruce did not end up being our DJ. My complaint is that the DJ that we were passed off to was completely incompetent. If you look at my review for Zach Scott Productions you'll see the number of mistakes that were made with no offer for even a partial refund. I can't comment on Bruce's services directly but I would caution everyone to beware of signing up with him under that cheaper contract because if he passes you off to another DJ it may not be someone good!
