We love Osborne's! We purchased our engagement ring here and will return for our bands. The service is fantastic. We had had some discouraging jeweler visits before landing at Osbo...rne's. They were easy to work with and we never felt pressured to buy anything. They even let us walk outside with the diamonds to see the difference in quality. They genuinely seemed to love what they did, which made a huge difference. I also thought they carried more variety in rings. I was struggling to find a ring that was not "mainstream", which is what a lot of the big box stores carry. Needless to say, the experience and product we received left us saying that we will return for all our jewelry needs in the future.
