We hired this DJ for our wedding and unfortunately our experience was not what we had hoped for. On the day of the event, the DJ realized he did not have his music with him and nee...
ded to drive several hours back to retrieve it. Because of this, he was unable to perform at all for either the ceremony or the reception, as he would not have arrived until after both were essentially over. As music and announcements were a central part of our plan, his absence significantly derailed the flow of both our ceremony and reception, and we ultimately had to continue the entire event without him.
One positive note is that he was willing to create a custom song mix for the father-daughter dance. The first version needed some corrections, but it was appreciated that he took the time to work on the mix with us.
In addition, some of the communication leading up to the wedding felt tense and at times less courteous than we would have expected, especially given the nature of the event.
I share this not to be unkind, but to be honest for future couples who may want to know what to expect. We sincerely hope that this was an isolated situation and that improvements are made moving forward, as having reliable and professional support on a wedding day is very important
