We hired OSO in Love to be our day-of-coordinator and were extremely pleased with their services. We had Trent assigned as our coordinator, and we really enjoyed getting to work with him. Trent was always extremely responsive, flexibly worked around our hectic schedules, and helped us keep organized, particularly with making sure our bases were covered with things we might have overlooked or not even thought about. Trent made sure everything went smoothly between all of our different vendors, setup, during the ceremony and reception, and after. It was so great to have him looking after things on the day of, so we could focus on being present and in the moment, as we were always confident in his ability to handle anything that might have come up. We would definitely recommend the team at OSO (and Trent in particular) for any wedding planning/coordination needs!

A tremendous thank you to the OSO IN LOVE team! We planned our wedding from across the country, but with guidance from the OSO team, it did not feel like we missed out on anything. Rob recommended amazing vendors that were talented, available, within our budget, and inclusive. That saved us so much research time, and we could book other vendors with confidence. Additionally, Rob did a fantastic job with designs and decorations. We had an idea of the vibe of our wedding, and Rob turned those aesthetic aspirations into a concrete vision. Our wedding was beautiful and exactly as we wanted!!! Lastly, while we were initially surprised to learn that Rob would not be at our wedding, our day-of coordinator Sarah was such a joy to work with. She led our dinner rehearsal and ensured that everything went smoothly on our wedding day. She GOT THINGS DONE!! Our wedding day was truly magical, and we couldn’t have done it without Rob and Sarah.

In addition, OSO IN LOVE offers decor and linen rental services, stationery design services, and music + dj + entertainment services through their partnership with papa bear productions.
While based in Madison, OSO IN LOVE serves various cities through the Midwest region, including Milwaukee, the Twin Cities, Des Moines, and Chicago. They are open to designing, planning, and coordinating all sorts of events for diverse couples, from romantic elopements to exotic destination weddings. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and a PhD in Population Health, both from UW-Madison. elebrate. Rob really listened to us and instantly understood the vibe we were going for, and planned us an incredible day that I will remember forever. Every single vendor he suggested was fabulous (caterer, DJ, hair stylist, florist), and every detail he suggested was spot on. We did the papa bear package and wow was it worth it. He made a budget for us that we stayed within, designed and printed all of our invitations and thank you notes, designed us a color scheme and design for the day that ended up being beautiful and perfect, and did so much of the upfront planning that it made planning a breeze. After listening to what we wanted (and the things we didn't care about), Rob helped us allocate how to spend our budget, and then found us vendors who were fun to work with, within-budget, free on our day, and who matched our vibe. Every single vendor Rob suggested was fabulous and it must have saved us hours and hours of poring over reviews and agonizing over these decisions. Rob and Jane are extremely organized, and very much want you to have the day you want, no matter what that means. I've been to and in a lot of weddings, and often I find that the couple is really stressed leading up to and during the wedding. Working with Rob made it so that we didn't have to deal with any of that. We were able to focus on the things we wanted, not get bogged down in logistics, and were really able to just enjoy the day and have fun. Of all the money we spent on our wedding, hiring Oso in love was easily one of the best uses of our funds and I would do it all over again. Day of, Jane (our day of coordinator) handled everything big and small, and made the day go so smoothly. On top of it all, they are both incredibly nice and fun people, who are super down to earth and just fun to work with. Every meeting with Rob made me feel relaxed and excited, and I could not have hoped for a better experience. Do yourself a favor and hire them!

I am truly so grateful for Rob of Oso In Love’s support and expertise with coordinating our wedding this year! It was such a gift to work with such a kind and professional company....
As my now husband and I started planning our wedding with my mom over a year ago, we quickly realized there was no way we could be in multiple places at once and still enjoy this once in a lifetime special day. And we were graciously guided to having a zoom call with Rob who happily gave us all the support we needed. We wanted a small family wedding, about 50 people, and we planned to hire all local companies. Rob effortlessly created schedules and contacts for these companies to coordinate the day so we could just be in the pre-wedding feels and personal prep! As we approached this big day, everything moved with ease as my husband and I enjoyed our final days as fiancés. Any questions we had (and there were a lot) were kindly supported by Oso In Love as the final countdown was here.
On our actual wedding day, Rob went above and beyond helping us with everything from making sure the location was unlocked to greeting caterer, cake baker, photographer, florist, welcoming guests with my husband as I got ready, setting up the space, and making sure we had everything we needed. He helped direct the wedding party (which was sooo helpful because we chose not to have a rehearsal dinner as many people came from out of town just our wedding weekend). Rob even helped be our MC and we created our own wedding playlist and first dance which he helped orchestrate and supported us until the very end of the night with a special sparkler send off we wanted and helped with clean up and key return. It was truly the best day of our life. And it would not have gone the way we dreamed without Rob’s support! Thank you Oso In Love for going above and beyond!

lpful and always met us where we were at. He was wonderful communicator and always had an answer to our question or took it upon himself to figure it out. He was an excellent thought partner and was instrumental in helping us find our vendors. We were able to tell him our priorities, what wasn’t important to us, and budget, and he was able to connect us with amazing people.
He also helped us with some rentals and additional day of support. Everyone within his community he brought along for the ride amazing and made the day even more special. He has a very calming energy and having Rob there on the big day put everyone at ease. Cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone lucky bough to be able to work with him!

ck to, and Rob was happy to work with us to get everything we wanted to have within that budget and timeline. In advance of the wedding, he helped us with choosing a venue, getting hotel blocks set up for the day, and generally coordinating and tracking all the tasks that needed to get done. Closer to the wedding date, some specifics he helped us with were ideating and procuring color-coordinated decorations, dinnerware, and coming up with a day-of timeline of events for our mixed-Indian-American wedding. Throughout the lead up, he and Jenny were proactive and communicative with us and helped us ensure that we were in good shape.
On the day of, Rob and Jenny worked extremely hard, mostly behind the scenes, to get everything set up and torn down on schedule. Despite having our ceremony in one location and reception in another, everything went perfectly. Rob even helped with some of the cues during our ceremony without us giving much notice, and everything went without a hitch. Thank you so much for helping to create such an amazing unforgettable day for us!

That said, something like 6 months before we realized that the event coordination our venue offered might not completely cover the needs we had (mainly to set out the simplistic decor on the tables), and in a panic we decided to hire a day-of coordinator. We had such a great call with Rob amidst that slight panic, who reassured us and told us that his associate Jenny was available to work our wedding. Leading up to the wedding, Jenny and Rob went above and beyond in helping us with our timeline, following up with our vendors, and giving us seasoned advice. Day of, Jenny was reassuring, fun, and helped make sure everyone was where they needed to be at all times and that the smallest details were attended to. We wish we could work with Jenny and Rob again! And for any couples on the fence about hiring at least day of coordination services... if you can at all afford it, it is money well spent. The relief and peace I felt on our wedding day knowing that I didn't need to check on anything myself was worth the money and then some. Thanks Jenny and Rob!!!

He was very prompt in his arrival to our venue, and he needed very minimal direction. Once he was told where things were for set up and where the Bride & Groom were, he was on his way. As the Bride, I barely heard from him on the day of the wedding (good thing!) aside from making sure we got through the essentials such as signing our documents. He really took initiative when it came to cleaning the space even if it was a task the venue was going to handle themselves. He kept himself busy even if it was outside his usual task scope. He even allowed my florists' team to leave before the room swap as he took over moving some of our florals.
Whenever we did speak to him, he was very professional, patient, but fun. The day went smoothly without my husband and I having to step in which really made it so we did not have to stress about the logistics of the wedding.
We definitely recommend Rob for anyone who is looking for a coordinator!

the most important things to us was that our wedding feel personal and uniquely ours. Rob did such a good job listening to us and not only bringing our vision to life, but elevating it. He immediately understood what we were going for, and was our partner at every step of the way. He offered expert guidance and had connections to other vendors, services, and supplies that helped us save a ton of money. That left more than enough room in the budget for some charming little touches he dreamed up - like a "Warm Welcome" hot cocoa bar when guests arrived or a "starry night" backdrop with hanging Edison bulbs. Rob also designed and printed all of our paper materials, and they all looked phenomenal. His creativity and eye for design were so valuable and appreciated.
He also, of course, helped make sure we got all our vendor contracts in place by the right time, and made sure nothing got missed or fell through the cracks. Wedding planning is overwhelming (more than we realized at the outset), but we felt confident knowing Rob was there to advise and direct.
Day of, Rob handled setup and teardown in addition to all the day-of coordination. The space looked perfect and everything went off without a hitch! Our parents could not stop talking about how amazing Rob was - he handled everything behind the scenes and we simply had the time of our lives, without any worries. We even heard a few stories from guests after the fact about Rob going above and beyond to help with any minor inconvenience - and we didn't even know.
We can not say enough good things about Rob - you will not regret choosing to work with him!

He was very attentive and made sure we were aware of everything we needed to do and that we had the information to do it--not that there was much for us to do because he handled the vast majority of things. His fees are very competitive and he brought a great value because just about everything we needed done he could do, from managing subcontractors for rentals and catering to decorating and providing DJ services. I can't say for certain but I believe the savings he found for us covered his fee. Don't choose him based on cost alone: Rob is very good at what he does, he has a team that did a great job taking care of us and our 75 guests on our wedding day, and he's a lot of fun. I would recommend him to our friends with absolutely no reservations.

. Rob was very meticulous in everything he did.
He met with us online and told us exactly what to expect. He understood the vision of how we wanted our wedding to be. He made a detailed timeline of wedding, and communicated it with every vendor we had hired so everyone was on the same page. We had a lot of vendors including a strings quartet and a magician! He visited the wedding venue with us prior to the wedding to learn what to expect.
On the wedding day, Rob arrived at the venue before the first vendor arrived, met the venue staff, and coordinated everything. He was very professional. Everything (really everything!) went to plan due to his meticulous planning. All our guests and family were very impressed by how smoothly everything went, and how kind and professional Rob was. Rob was the last person to leave the wedding venue. He organized the clean up and consolidation of materials to be returned so that we had very easy pick up the next day.
Overall Rob was simply amazing. If we had to redo the wedding, we would rehire him without any hesitation!

We had an all-vaccinated wedding and were checking proof of vaccinations at the door, and Rob and his assistant Jenny handled that checking and were so helpful (even if a few of our guests gave them some trouble at the door). Rob also handled the arrival of our late night bites, facilitated the fix of a silly napkin error on the part of our caterers, and was just generally super helpful and kept us in the loop without constantly bothering us with minor things. Fantastic experience, would highly recommend.

He immediately responded with what should have happened up until that point and advised us to go a new a route. r story of love!! We even had tons of our guests tell us that is was one of the best ceremonies they have been to.
Not only did he serve as our officiant, but he also coordinated all the decor for our ceremony. I let Rob know what colors and flowers that were part of the wedding and just let him take control. I was blown away with how beautiful it was.
I can't say enough how amazing it was to have Rob a part of our special day and would highly recommend him to everyone I know!!
