ding up to our wedding and they were attentive, thoughtful, and creative. They worked with us to map out exactly what we envisioned. With having never planned a wedding before, they were also invaluable with filling in the gaps on many of the things we just weren't thinking of. The staff, space, and food were tremendous. We have had multiple guests tell us that this was one of, if not the best, weddings they had ever attended. Hats off to the Osteria team and thank you again for making our big day so special!

We hosted our Saturday wedding at Osteria for 54 guests. While the space itself has great potential for events, the execution of the evening fell short. The restaurant was clearly...

understaffed and not adequately prepared for a wedding of this size. The bar ran roughly 40 minutes behind schedule, and food service was inconsistent, with noticeable lapses between courses that disrupted the flow of the evening. Things we paid for fell short. Communication was extremely difficult, as staff appeared overwhelmed and unavailable throughout the event. Despite prior planning, the night felt as though this was one of the first weddings the restaurant had hosted. For such an important occasion, the lack of staffing, coordination, and preparedness was disappointing.

ls at Osteria so we knew we did not have to worry about that standpoint. Fiona, the event coordinator, was on top of things so much so that I felt like she was my personal therapist (Sorry Fi) and wedding planner during the months leading up to our big day. The entire team at Osteria is amazing and they really do make you feel like family. Our only complaint is that because we got married on a Sunday and this is a restaurant that's opened all week, you cannot guarantee that the person who is with you during the planning process will be working the night of your wedding. That was an adjustment, but everything still turned out to be stunning. We used Osteria's preferred vendors list for both our florist (Cole) and photographer (Erin M) and could not have been happier with the both of them.

ns. From the beginning, their communication was unmatched, with Suzanne and eventually Fiona answering every question we had along the way. We did a buyout to have the option of all the spaces, and were so glad we did! Fiona helped us plan every detail from food choices to timing of the evening, and we could not have hoped for anyone more helpful! When we walked in that day, the space looked amazing and was exactly the vibe we hoped for. We opted to add some florals, but the greenhouse was so beautiful on it's own and the perfect backdrop for our ceremony. The on-site team that day helped everything run so smoothly, and took care of all our family and friends with such amazing service. The food was the true highlight, and several people, both local and from out of town said it was the best wedding food they had ever had! People were talking about it for weeks to come, especially how unique everything was. Our hope was to have an intimate wedding that focused on giving our family and friends an amazing dining experience, and Osteria nailed it 100%

If you are looking to have a wedding in a gorgeous space, with out-of-this-world and non-traditional food and drinks- THIS IS YOUR PLACE! any compliments on how the venue looked (we did so very little, it was mostly the greenhouse and how they usually keep it), the food (loved by everyone, the care for allergies and dietary restrictions including vegan were unkatched and every single guest left incredibly full and happy), to the service (the professionalism, the knowledge of length to next course, how quick they were to turn around drinks/food) were the best. The space is gorgeous. The greenhouse holds 65 for seated dinner but we had 41 and it was perfect. There was room to make a small dance floor in the back along with our 2 person live band that made it a night to remember.

fantastic - we had mistakenly changed some seating arrangements and had forgotten to notify them. They were so patient and helpful as they made the change immediately. The ceremony and reception were beautiful and we cannot recommend it enough. The food was amazing and all of our guests have raved about how amazing the food was. The venue was also incredibly accommodating for vegetarians, even bringing out a separate dessert for the guests! The vibe was just what we wanted - a beautiful dinner party that allowed us to see and interact with all of our guests. Cannot recommend Osteria enough!

people that they felt like friends! The ambience was romantic, the lighting was perfect. It was everything we wanted for a wedding: romantic, fancy, soft, garden-y and beautiful. Let’s talk about the food. Because that itself is a whole separate entity that elevated the whole experience. Everybody has told me how they’ve never had better food at a wedding! They also helped us averted a crisis that we didn’t really knew happened until my mom told me about it. We loved the food as much as our guests and will be coming back to relive the memories!

110-120 guests, dance floor. We scoped out several restaurants throughout Philly and were losing hope on having a restaurant as our wedding venue, but then came Osteria! The restaurant itself is gorgeous and able to accommodate exactly what we wanted. The Osteria staff was amazing, but we have to give a special shoutout to Emma, possibly the best coordinator we could ask for! She was so responsive and attentive and really put us at ease for the entire planning process. We did the full restaurant buyout for our wedding so we got to enjoy the entire space. Food was absolutely delicious as were all the drinks - all of our guests were raving about it as well as the impeccable service. Osteria was also great at accommodating guests with dietary restrictions with delicious options outside of the main selections. Cannot recommend enough!

T fortune that was. With just a few weeks' notice, we planned a *dream* microwedding, consisting of a dinner for 15 of our closest family and friends in their whimsical private dining room. We were able to choose from a series of dinner and drink options to fit our vision, landing on a delectable 4-course meal, family style, complete with a bar and champagne. We cannot overstate the quality of the food - truly top notch (and yes we love our food and have high standards). The service was simply impeccable - from start to finish. The team also helped us work with a local florist to include some beautiful flowers, and were very flexible with other little details to make our night very special (e.g. incorporating party favors for our guest, and a surprise virtual toast via a projector screen from those who could not attend in person). We really cannot say enough amazing things about Osteria and the team. It was so special. We are dining there for our first anniversary coming up to celebrate and are planning on making this a tradition. THANK YOU, to the whole team - simply wonderful!!!

The space is beautiful and the food was amazing - 3 months later our guests are still talking about how good the food and drinks were. Their new event coordinator Emma was very communicative and easy to work with and the whole staff did a great job making sure that our day went smoothly and working with our other vendors.

e we were destined to tie the knot. The space is dreamy and romantic, but with tasteful modern touches. We did a restaurant buy-out, which was perfect for our smaller, intimate wedding. We wed/had dinner in the green room and used the inside bar and dining area for cocktail hour and dancing. The space was so perfect, we hardly had to do much. We just added small flower arrangements, an arbor and candles. It's no wonder the food was incredible (from appetisers to main courses) - the Chef/owner is a recipient of a James Beard award, among other honors. And truly, I cannot say enough about how lovely the staff was to work with. The wedding coordinator, servers, our bartender, and kitchen staff - everyone was just lovely. Please take the time to check out this space - it was one of the best decisions we ever made.

nd and attentive, and the food -- the FOOD -- was absolutely fantastic. We hadn't been to Osteria in many years but hoped for tasty Italian food in a lovely setting. Our expectations, and those of our guests, who are a rather foodie crowd, were blown away - the food wasn't just tasty Italian, it was absolutely outstanding Italian. Every single dish was perfect. The drinks were amazing. Practically every guest still talks to us about the broccolini Caesar salad or the chicken liver pasta (just to name a few). They were also extremely accommodating when it came to figuring out the menu, for which we had several dietary restrictions. All that's to say -- we can't recommend them highly enough.
