Kali from Otherworld was such a pleasure to work with! She was always so approachable, professional, and organized. She took the time to get to know our story, wedding day vision, ...
and budget goals. We really appreciated that she created a month by month to do list, kept track of our spending in an excel sheet, and even gave us reminders for when to complete payments by before our big day. We also loved her wedding weekend timeline that we were able to share with our wedding party so that everyone was on the same page. Throughout the whole pandemic she was extremely responsive and available whenever we had any questions or concerns. Our catering vendor even cancelled on us a month or two before our wedding day and when Kali informed us, she had already come up with a solution! She was able to streamline all aspects of the planning process and made the journey leading up to our special day enjoyable/way less stressful. Our wedding day ended up being absolutely perfect and exceeded our expectations. It was such a pleasure having Kali from Otherworld as our wedding planner and we would highly recommend working with her!
