Welcome to Outer Banks Catering and Events! Outer Banks Catering and Events has roots that run deep. Our owner, Beaman Hines, is a sixth generation Outer Banks native. His family has been in the seafood industry for decades and he has worked in restaurants most of his life. He has spent the last 30+ years as a local restaurant owner. By following his lead, we are committed to providing fresh, local food, and a true Outer Banks experience. You may recognize our family of restaurants up and down the OBX; Shipwrecks Taphouse and Grill, Sandtrap Tavern, Simply Southern Kitchen, and Sooey’s BBQ and Rib Shack. Our restaurants hold multiple “Best of the Beach” awards, which we are able to showcase in our menus. At Outer Banks Catering and Events we specialize in customizing your soiree to fit all types of gatherings, from whimsical weddings to backyard barbecues. We currently operate multiple locations along the Outer Banks which can be used for your private event. We offer a variety of delicious menu options that will leave your guests coming back for seconds.
