Cameron just recently shot our early January wedding and we cannot say enough good things about him!! He was so much fun to work him and brought such a bright and positive energy. He is immensely talented and so personable, I highly recommend him!

I have nothing but awesome things to say about Cameron and his work! My husband and I do not take many pictures and usually feel very uncomfortable in front of the camera. Cameron managed to capture really authentic candids as well as photos that will look beautiful on the wall. He has such a fun and approachable personality and you'll have a blast working with him on your wedding day. We received our sneaks from our wedding and it’s easy to see he is super passionate about what he does. Can’t recommend him enough!!!

Cameron is awesome! I primarily did my wedding photographer shopping via Instagram and all of his photos blew me away! He was super easy to work with and always prompt to respond to my texts. When booking him, he was willing to send me full galleries of weddings he had previously done, which was immensely helpful for me to see his full vision. He unfortunately had to have surgery the week of my engagement photos but he was so quick to help us find someone else of his same quality. When it came to wedding day, he and his partner were great- they kept everyone engaged and laughing the whole day and were willing to help beyond just taking photos. I am stoked to see our full wedding day gallery!!

Cameron was beyond amazing! He was so kind and genuinely felt like a friend turned photography pro throughout our engagements and wedding pictures. He gave us all the right prompts to get the best angles and was quick to adjust when the wind wasn’t cooperating. When I wanted my wild hair strands removed from my face or my slightly too drunk reception pictures edited, he jumped to fix it all without hesitation. Cameron can do it all and I’m so happy we chose to document our love with him!

Y'all. Take one look at Cameron's other reviews, and you need not wonder why he is the best of the best. He radiates pure joy for you and before you realize it has even happened, you are fast friends. Aside from Cameron being a figure we know will be in our lives forever, his reputation as a wedding photographer cannot be over stated. To me, photos are one of, if not THE most important part of your day, and Cameron knows what and seeks to perfect it for you. Before you even make the call to book him (which you WILL) he wants to take you out for waffles to simply get to know you. He promotes "community over competition", so even if you decide to hire someone else, he TRULY will still be over the moon for you. Cameron drove 20 hours total with my husband and I for our engagement session in Big Bend because he cannot say no to adventure. It seemed so selfless to me and I am so thankful for that time together because of where we are today. I felt like my best friend was taking photos of me on my wedding and it contributed to a joyful, easy atmosphere that any bride can only dream of. I did extensive research through instagram to find the BEST wedding photographer and constantly came across Outland Wedding’s profile. After finally submitting a request for my wedding date, Cameron responded that very same day and throughout my experience with him has been one of the best communicators which I very much so appreciated! Cameron was such a fun photographer to work with for both my bridals and the wedding day. He included my mom (which she loved) throughout the process and made it such a fun and exciting experience! I’ve gotten many comments from our bridal party on how much they enjoyed Cameron the day of the wedding and made the group shots enjoyable! I HIGHLY recommend this wedding photographer. High quality amazing photos + fun and creative photographer…doesn’t get much better than that!!

In our hunt for a photographer that could capture our Harry Potter inspired wedding the right way, we discovered Cameron's page & fell in love with the moody undertones that his portfolio offered. Cameron is truly a wizard behind the camera & a proud Hufflepuff for good reason. He was the embodiment of hard work, dedication, attention to detail, honesty, open-mindedness, patience, & his outgoing nature made him such a pleasure to work with. With Cameron's artistic direction, he was able to capture some of the most intimate, sweet & elite photos that we could have ever asked for. Whether it was finding the right lighting, the right pose or the right background, Cameron stayed on top of everything which made us have 100% confidence in what he was doing. RUN TO HIRE CAMERON! Cameron of Outland Weddings was the absolute best. He made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and eased any nervousness we had! He captured who we are as people and as a couple, not only a bride and groom. I can't tell you how many compliments I have received on these photos, mostly along the lines of--your photos are so much better than your average engagement/wedding photos, we get such a look into you both! Cameron is truly a one of a kind photographer and I can't imagine our wedding without him!!

Cannot recommended anybody better! From the first time that we met Cameron, he was nothing but totally interested in getting to know us, who we were as a couple, and how to best make our day special. If his photos are not enough of a reason, you are getting such an amazingly fun and talented person shooting your wedding. Not only did we love him, but our families could not stop raving about how he was the perfect fit. He went above and beyond to capture all of the details that made our wedding special. Not to mention when the company we hired to shoot the videography for us didn't show, his second photographer Armando offered to step in and he gave us the BEST video- better than we could have ever imagined. I originally found Cameron via Instagram and my fiancé and I instantly fell in love with his style. He was our #1 choice for engagement photos. After submitting my request for more info, he immediately responded in just a few hours and we were able to get our session scheduled immediately. We had to go through multiple weather delays, and Cameron was proactive and responsive throughout. He also provided a list of gorgeous locations to choose from. The day of our session I was nervous and worried I would come out awkward and stiff in photos, but Cameron was so fun and supportive, immediately putting my mind at ease. It was a hellaciously hot day in TX, but you’d never know it from our photos. Cameron finished them up quickly and they are all so beautiful, it’s hard to decide which ones we’ll use! Working with Cameron was a wonderful experience. We’d definitely hire him again and can’t recommend him enough!

When Cameron reached out to me within a couple of hours after filling out his contact form, I KNEW we were in good hands. His enthusiasm and drive in that conversation revived my spirit in a time when it was needed most! Cameron was very kindly accepting of us making different decisions to set our own agenda on our wedding day. However, that most certainly did not take away from our photo count. In only a handful of days following our wedding, we got a link to our sneak peaks, and the amount of those alone made me think he had already sent us all of our photos! When we received our full album some weeks later, I could not believe how many shots he got for us. I appreciate being able to relive the details from the great photos he got for us.

Book Cameron now! From the very beginning, my husband and I went out for grilled cheeses with Cameron to see if we’d be a good fit. By the end of the meal, we felt like we had just found a great friend. We hired for both engagement and wedding day photos. We drove out to Oklahoma for engagement photos and it ended up down pouring. We were able to get a few shots but it definitely wasn’t what we expected to have as engagement photos, although Cameron made them beautiful. Cameron offered us a second engagement session for free so we could have the dream pictures we wanted. That next session, it rained again... but Cameron was able to work some magic and host our pictures at our wedding venue! A literally dream. Come wedding day, Cameron made all of our friends and family feel so comfortable and I honestly felt like a friend was shooting our wedding. Cameron is so kind, personable and really does care about making your vision come true. His turn around time rocks as well and is very meticulous with editing just to make sure it’s perfect. His styles are warm, deep, moody tones- which is what we wanted/loved. We wanted something different than the “typical” Dallas bride that loves bright, white tones. Cameron and his team are truly amazing.

Cameron and his crew are outstanding. I don’t live in Dallas so Cameron made it possible to have my bridals in the Palo Duro Canyon. He stays in touch constantly and is easy to get along with. By making my bridals possible, Cameron and Armando traveled to make my bridals one I’ll never forget. I can’t wait for them to capture all the moments at my wedding with my friends and family. I can't say enough about how amazing Cameron is!! We just got our wedding photos last night and... wow. We were crying reliving our wedding day all over again. From the first time we met Cameron, we knew he was the photographer for us. Cameron is fun, outgoing, and so, so talented. If I had to describe Cameron's style, I'd say it's very natural. So many wedding photographers out there have photos that look very overexposed and not saturated or too saturated and moody, but Cameron's photo editing is so unique and perfectly in between. They're elegant and classy but also fun and spontaneous. His photos really capture the love and joy of the wedding day and focus on the bride and groom. I cannot recommend Cameron and Outland Weddings enough. If you're looking for a wedding photographer who puts you first and whose product you are guaranteed to love, he is the one!!

As my wife and I were looking for a wedding photographer, she asked me several times whether I liked this or that person’s style/photos - every time I was absolutely indifferent. Then, she showed me Cameron’s photos, and I loved them. She was stunned that I had an opinion, but take a look at his stuff and you should be amazed as well. I love that his photos captured us in the most natural way (versus some of the super exposed “elegant” styles). Cameron is also not only an amazing photographer, but a wonderful person! We had so much fun shooting our engagement photos with him, as well as at the wedding. Finding a photographer that was flexible, fun, attentive to what we wanted, and down for an adventure was so important to us, and Cameron literally exceeded all of our expectations! For our engagement pictures we wanted somewhere outside/mountains, and Cameron was the one who recommended we drive 3 HOURS to a place that would be great for pics on whim regardless of not have meeting us before (6 hours in a car with people you just met that day can go one or two ways haha). He made everything SO comfortable and fun - we both felt like we were just hanging out with a friend! Our pics turned out INCREDIBLE and just what we wanted and more! Would without a doubt recommend him to any friends or family! I am PUMPED for our weddings pictures and have no worries or hesitations of how they’ll turn out because of Cameron’s work, experience, and attentiveness!

We had Outland Weddings photograph our big day. Cameron and Kristi are the best people and we are so glad that we made the decision to use them as our photographers. This was one of the best decisions we made in terms of our wedding –hands down! From our first time meeting with Cameron where we talked for four hours about everything from weddings to Harry Potter, we knew we didn’t want to hire anyone else! He is such a warm, inviting, charismatic guy that you just plain want to be around him! We decided to drag him and his wife to Big Bend National Park for our engagements, which left us with some AMAZING photos as well as some new friends. My husband and I are far from photogenic & don’t take direction well, but Cameron made it very easy and far less awkward than we had expected. Fast forward a few months to our actual wedding and we felt the exact same way. They are the kind of team that don’t ever make you feel uncomfortable while sitting in front of the camera. They also leave you a lot of room to feel all the things you should feel on your wedding day while somehow wrangling your entire wedding party with ease (even if there was quite a bit of alcohol involved). We got our wedding photos back and I spent an hour crying over how they turned out. This was the easiest and one of the best choices that we made for our wedding!!

Finding a photographer was one of our top priorities to capture all the moments of our wedding that we may have missed on such a busy day. We are so happy we went with Outland Weddings. Cameron was not only personable and professional, he was willing to go out of his way to meet with us and have phone conferences several times before our actual day to answer any questions or concerns we may have had. His wife Kristi was actually our second photographer and they have a fantastic work dynamic. Their package offerings give a reasonable range for pricing and we loved that they offer a day after shoot as part of the package! Cameron is an incredibly talented photographer and all around amazing person. We are really happy we chose to go with Outland Weddings for our wedding. Cameron made us feel comfortable during the engagement photos. The engagement photos were so good that I never once worried about the pics we would get for the wedding. We just got our pictures back from our wedding and they are perfect! I don't consider myself very photogenic, but I'm in love with these photos. There are great candids as well as posed shots. Cameron is such a phenomenal photographer to work with! From the beginning he was really enthusiastic and he made me feel like my wedding day was the most important thing on his mind. He took time to meet with me and Michael before our wedding to understand who we are and what is important to us on our wedding day. I ended up doing my bridals with him just one week before the big day - he was able to do the shoot with super late notice and he turned around with phenomenal edits in 4 days so I could have them printed on my wedding day! During my bridals he gave me great direction and made me feel like a million bucks. On my wedding day he was on-time, professional, organized, and so fun! His super cute wife was his second shooter and they were an awesome presence. They were able to herd everyone sweetly and got along great with our friends & family. I cannot wait to see our photos, I have no doubt that Cameron captured every precious moment of our day.

Cameron has been nothing but a delight from the start! Even from the moment we were first looking at our options, he was very attentive and prompt with his responses to any questions we had! Our wedding is in November but I must say our engagement shoot was the absolute BEST! We shot for a couple hours out at Big Rocks Park. Cameron made us feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera-- as we had no idea what we were doing. He gave excellent direction and jumped around on the rocks capturing pictures like a ninja! We received SOOOO many (edited) photos back and every single one came out absolutely stunning! We cannot wait for Outland Weddings to shoot our wedding day-- I'm fully confident it will be amazing!

Cameron is such an amazing photographer! He took the time out to survey the entire venue by coming early to find the best locations to take pictures. Family members, wedding party members, friends and even hotel staff noticed how Cameron would talk to everyone and make them laugh and smile while capturing the moment simultaneously. His passion and dedication shows in the work he does and my husband and I are so happy we decided to go with Outland Weddings for our photography! We won't hesitate to go with Outland Weddings again for any future events! If you want quality photographs, I highly recommend Outland Weddings!

Do not work with this photographer! When we did our engagement shoot, Cameron was great to work with. But on the actual wedding day, he seemed to have his own agenda. He was very focused on getting the shots HE wanted, and even shooed my mother out of shots (she was in the bridal suite with me — I obviously would want photos with her). He constantly staged inauthentic "candid" photos instead of documenting the actual day, and he missed out on tons of sweet and natural moments. He got NO photos of my aunt (who was also in the bridal suite with me — and there were only five people in there with me!!) except for our large family photo in which HER EYES ARE CLOSED. I also sent him an extensive shot list for family photos so we could get through them quickly. He did not look at the list at all, and I had to be the one calling out who was in each photo. The bride had to be the one organizing the whole photo session! I sent him the list so that wouldn't happen! Because of these issues, I politely asked if I could see some of the other photos that he did not send me. I did not ask for him to edit any more photos — I just wanted to take a quick look to see if there were some good photos he may have not selected, such as photos with my mom or aunt in them. Cameron was very rude in his response about this. He went on and on about the contract (which only specifies a MINIMUM of 300 photos and does not say anything about this situation) and said the only option was to pay him $800 at which point he would send me all the photos and delete them all from his records and online hosting. $800 to glance and see if you have any pictures of my mom? Pictures you should have had anyway, if you were more focused on documenting my wedding day than boosting your photography portfolio? To this day he has not allowed us to see any of the other photos. I have been very kind and I honestly don't know why he is determined to be so difficult about such a small thing. I only have one wedding day — I don't think it's so awful to ask if I can see all the photos from my day. It honestly feels like he's holding my wedding photos hostage for an $800 ransom. I have tried to give him a chance, but at this point I am fed up and want to warn others. This is not a photographer that is willing to work with you or that's understanding about the importance of this day.

Such genuine folks! Absolutely love their passion and their drive! Not to forget their beautiful work that’s always breathtaking ♥️

At the beginning of the month, Cameron came out to Colorado with us to shoot our engagements. Immediately we could tell how much he enjoys and takes pride in what he does. He made us feel very comfortable even though it was our first professional photo session as a couple. All in all, just an amazing experience. We also got the pictures back shortly after the shoot and they turned out to be insanely good. We look forward to having Outland shoot our upcoming wedding next June.

We recently had Cameron shoot our engagement pictures in Colorado. He was extremely flexible with traveling and up for any adventure we threw at him!
