Our wedding day was planned to be entirely outside - cue the monsoon. It poured, and I mean POURED, for the entire day. So all the festivities, from ceremony to reception, were for...
ced to occur in the single indoor area available.
Cameron performed nothing short of a miracle for our wedding photos. Not only was he creative in capturing photos now due to being so limited, but I feel like he captured so much more than images. He captured genuine moments that I can now cherish forever.
I laugh about the rain looking at these photos because while it wasn't what I envisioned for my day, it doesn't matter. I am happily married and have some beautiful memories from the day. I praise Cameron for his flexibility, his talent, and really just being an all around fun person to work with!
Cameron is hands down the absolute best! He helped us get creative and really capture our vibe. The photos were beyond my wildest dreams, and we will definitely be using him again ...
for our future events. He also knows how to get the party started and get your family and friends involved and loving every minute!
TLDR: Book Cameron, you won't regret it!
I work in a creative field with talented photographer's everyday, so I knew I was going to be super picky about what photographer I chose....
I looked through A LOT of options and Cameron is so talented, plus his rates are some of the best considering what his packages include. He really focuses on capturing actual moments, and rarely ever stages a shot because it tends to look more forced. Throughout the day he was mostly just around, gave us some small direction but let us do our thing. He's incredibly warm and easy to be around, it's basically like he's your best friend from the moment you meet him (you know this is true because all of the reviews say this as well!!). He's so great with family photos and gets what you need but really helps get through them quickly so you can go back to enjoying your wedding.
His timelines are also great as well, you can tell he has a ton of weddings but works so hard to get you sneaks (he delivered 100+ sneak options for us!) and the final images as quickly as possible after the wedding.
Another bonus, we actually got engaged in Paris and had our engagement photos done there, but our package came with an engagement session. He let us know we can reach out whenever to book some family photos instead since we paid for that portion!
Cameron’s work is amazing! He shot our wedding solo and was still able to capture every moment. His style is authentic, fun, intimate, and current. He is super easy going and wasn’...
t intrusive at all. I was able to enjoy my wedding all the way through without feeling like there was a camera in my face all night which was a past concern of mine. If you want photos that stand out amongst the hundreds of wedding photos that we all see throughout the year- choose him. I’ve gotten so many compliments on our photos already, and would definitely recommend him.
Cameron at Outland Weddings was absolutely amazing to work with! He took our engagement photos and photographed our wedding. He was so relaxed and easy-going, and made taking pictu...
res fun. Not to mention his photos turned out beautiful! Lastly, my husband does not like taking pictures, haha. Cameron was very patient with him and gave him a great experience while still capturing all the pictures. I would 10/10 recommend working with him. Thank you Cameron!
Cameron just recently shot our early January wedding and we cannot say enough good things about him!! He was so much fun to work him and brought such a bright and positive energy. ...
He is immensely talented and so personable, I highly recommend him!
I have nothing but awesome things to say about Cameron and his work! My husband and I do not take many pictures and usually feel very uncomfortable in front of the camera. Cameron ...
managed to capture really authentic candids as well as photos that will look beautiful on the wall. He has such a fun and approachable personality and you'll have a blast working with him on your wedding day. We received our sneaks from our wedding and it’s easy to see he is super passionate about what he does. Can’t recommend him enough!!!
Hiring Cameron is the BEST decision! From our first phone call, Cameron’s enthusiasm and passion for his work was so evident. He genuinely cared about getting to know us before we ...
were even in front of the camera! He is the person you want around on your wedding day — so energetic, fabulous at his job, makes you feel so comfortable, and the photos!!!! We will cherish them forever. So glad it was Cameron we got to share our wedding day with!
Cameron is awesome! I primarily did my wedding photographer shopping via Instagram and all of his photos blew me away! He was super easy to work with and always prompt to respond t...
o my texts. When booking him, he was willing to send me full galleries of weddings he had previously done, which was immensely helpful for me to see his full vision. He unfortunately had to have surgery the week of my engagement photos but he was so quick to help us find someone else of his same quality. When it came to wedding day, he and his partner were great- they kept everyone engaged and laughing the whole day and were willing to help beyond just taking photos. I am stoked to see our full wedding day gallery!!
Cameron was beyond amazing! He was so kind and genuinely felt like a friend turned photography pro throughout our engagements and wedding pictures. He gave us all the right prompts...
to get the best angles and was quick to adjust when the wind wasn’t cooperating. When I wanted my wild hair strands removed from my face or my slightly too drunk reception pictures edited, he jumped to fix it all without hesitation. Cameron can do it all and I’m so happy we chose to document our love with him!
Y'all. Take one look at Cameron's other reviews, and you need not wonder why he is the best of the best. He radiates pure joy for you and before you realize it has even happened, y...
ou are fast friends. Aside from Cameron being a figure we know will be in our lives forever, his reputation as a wedding photographer cannot be over stated. To me, photos are one of, if not THE most important part of your day, and Cameron knows what and seeks to perfect it for you. Before you even make the call to book him (which you WILL) he wants to take you out for waffles to simply get to know you. He promotes "community over competition", so even if you decide to hire someone else, he TRULY will still be over the moon for you. Cameron drove 20 hours total with my husband and I for our engagement session in Big Bend because he cannot say no to adventure. It seemed so selfless to me and I am so thankful for that time together because of where we are today. I felt like my best friend was taking photos of me on my wedding and it contributed to a joyful, easy atmosphere that any bride can only dream of. Cameron is one of a kind, here for YOU and the best decision I hope you make for your day.
Bonus feature: he is a die hard HP & LOTR fan <3

ding date, Cameron responded that very same day and throughout my experience with him has been one of the best communicators which I very much so appreciated! Cameron was such a fun photographer to work with for both my bridals and the wedding day. He included my mom (which she loved) throughout the process and made it such a fun and exciting experience! I’ve gotten many comments from our bridal party on how much they enjoyed Cameron the day of the wedding and made the group shots enjoyable! I HIGHLY recommend this wedding photographer. High quality amazing photos + fun and creative photographer…doesn’t get much better than that!!
In our hunt for a photographer that could capture our Harry Potter inspired wedding the right way, we discovered Cameron's page & fell in love with the moody undertones that his p...
ortfolio offered. Cameron is truly a wizard behind the camera & a proud Hufflepuff for good reason. He was the embodiment of hard work, dedication, attention to detail, honesty, open-mindedness, patience, & his outgoing nature made him such a pleasure to work with. With Cameron's artistic direction, he was able to capture some of the most intimate, sweet & elite photos that we could have ever asked for. Whether it was finding the right lighting, the right pose or the right background, Cameron stayed on top of everything which made us have 100% confidence in what he was doing. It's easy to see why he's one of the most sought after photographer's in the DFW & we would recommend him over & over again for anyone's special day. Do not pass him by. You'll regret it.

re as people and as a couple, not only a bride and groom. I can't tell you how many compliments I have received on these photos, mostly along the lines of--your photos are so much better than your average engagement/wedding photos, we get such a look into you both! Cameron is truly a one of a kind photographer and I can't imagine our wedding without him!!
I cannot imagine a better wedding photographer than Cameron! From our first phone call I could tell we would get along great and that he cares about getting to know the couples he ...
works with. Throughout our wedding day Cameron acted as the hype man and was ready to go along with all of our silly photo requests. My husband and I felt so comfortable during our photos, and so many of our guests commented on his fantastic energy and attitude. Then we got back our photos and I was floored! I've never felt more beautiful and he captured our wedding and relationship perfectly. Truly, Cameron has an incredible artistic eye and his moody photography style is absolutely gorgeous. Brides: if you choose Outland Weddings for your photos you will not be disappointed!

ke our day special. If his photos are not enough of a reason, you are getting such an amazingly fun and talented person shooting your wedding. Not only did we love him, but our families could not stop raving about how he was the perfect fit. He went above and beyond to capture all of the details that made our wedding special. Not to mention when the company we hired to shoot the videography for us didn't show, his second photographer Armando offered to step in and he gave us the BEST video- better than we could have ever imagined. I could not think of anybody else that I would have wanted to shoot our wedding and highly recommend Outland Weddings.
I cannot recommend Outland Weddings enough! His work is AMAZING. I love every single shot. We had him do both our wedding and engagement pictures and they're all so beautiful. He'...

info, he immediately responded in just a few hours and we were able to get our session scheduled immediately. We had to go through multiple weather delays, and Cameron was proactive and responsive throughout. He also provided a list of gorgeous locations to choose from. The day of our session I was nervous and worried I would come out awkward and stiff in photos, but Cameron was so fun and supportive, immediately putting my mind at ease. It was a hellaciously hot day in TX, but you’d never know it from our photos. Cameron finished them up quickly and they are all so beautiful, it’s hard to decide which ones we’ll use! Working with Cameron was a wonderful experience. We’d definitely hire him again and can’t recommend him enough!

pirit in a time when it was needed most!
Cameron was very kindly accepting of us making different decisions to set our own agenda on our wedding day. However, that most certainly did not take away from our photo count.
In only a handful of days following our wedding, we got a link to our sneak peaks, and the amount of those alone made me think he had already sent us all of our photos! When we received our full album some weeks later, I could not believe how many shots he got for us.
I appreciate being able to relive the details from the great photos he got for us.

found a great friend. We hired for both engagement and wedding day photos. We drove out to Oklahoma for engagement photos and it ended up down pouring. We were able to get a few shots but it definitely wasn’t what we expected to have as engagement photos, although Cameron made them beautiful. Cameron offered us a second engagement session for free so we could have the dream pictures we wanted. That next session, it rained again... but Cameron was able to work some magic and host our pictures at our wedding venue! A literally dream. Come wedding day, Cameron made all of our friends and family feel so comfortable and I honestly felt like a friend was shooting our wedding. Cameron is so kind, personable and really does care about making your vision come true. His turn around time rocks as well and is very meticulous with editing just to make sure it’s perfect. His styles are warm, deep, moody tones- which is what we wanted/loved. We wanted something different than the “typical” Dallas bride that loves bright, white tones.
Cameron and his team are truly amazing.
Cameron and his team were beyond amazing to work with. We hired Outland Weddings to do both our engagement photos as well as our wedding photos. It was very important to us that we...
had a good connection with our photographer as we believed that your photographer is one of the most important vendors of your entire wedding day. After meeting Cameron and bonding over torchy’s tacos, we knew he was the one! Cameron made both myself and my husband feel so comfortable behind camera! On top of being so fun to work with, Cameron is very organized and was very involved in planning our special day with both myself as well as my wedding planner. He made sure that we got every shot that was important to us on our special day. My husband and I highly recommend Cameron and team to capture your moments so that you can remember them for a lifetime.
Cameron and his crew are outstanding. I don’t live in Dallas so Cameron made it possible to have my bridals in the Palo Duro Canyon. He stays in touch constantly and is easy to get...
along with. By making my bridals possible, Cameron and Armando traveled to make my bridals one I’ll never forget. I can’t wait for them to capture all the moments at my wedding with my friends and family. High recommend!
Cameron is literally one of the greatest, kindest, and most considerate photographers I know. The time and effort he took to make sure he got all of the details of our wedding day,...
as well as making sure it stayed authentic and not over-posed was unmatched. Super glad I chose Outland Weddings for my photos, absolutely no complaints or regrets here!
I can't say enough about how amazing Cameron is!! We just got our wedding photos last night and... wow. We were crying reliving our wedding day all over again. From the first time ...
we met Cameron, we knew he was the photographer for us. Cameron is fun, outgoing, and so, so talented. If I had to describe Cameron's style, I'd say it's very natural. So many wedding photographers out there have photos that look very overexposed and not saturated or too saturated and moody, but Cameron's photo editing is so unique and perfectly in between. They're elegant and classy but also fun and spontaneous. His photos really capture the love and joy of the wedding day and focus on the bride and groom. I cannot recommend Cameron and Outland Weddings enough. If you're looking for a wedding photographer who puts you first and whose product you are guaranteed to love, he is the one!!
As my wife and I were looking for a wedding photographer, she asked me several times whether I liked this or that person’s style/photos - every time I was absolutely indifferent. T...
hen, she showed me Cameron’s photos, and I loved them. She was stunned that I had an opinion, but take a look at his stuff and you should be amazed as well. I love that his photos captured us in the most natural way (versus some of the super exposed “elegant” styles). Cameron is also not only an amazing photographer, but a wonderful person! We had so much fun shooting our engagement photos with him, as well as at the wedding. He’s got a great, fun personality that makes you feel at ease, and he’s really good at helping you position in ways that make you look great in pictures. Thanks so much Cameron and Outland Weddings! We definitely recommend them to any couple looking for a wedding photographer!
Finding a photographer that was flexible, fun, attentive to what we wanted, and down for an adventure was so important to us, and Cameron literally exceeded all of our expectations...
! For our engagement pictures we wanted somewhere outside/mountains, and Cameron was the one who recommended we drive 3 HOURS to a place that would be great for pics on whim regardless of not have meeting us before (6 hours in a car with people you just met that day can go one or two ways haha). He made everything SO comfortable and fun - we both felt like we were just hanging out with a friend! Our pics turned out INCREDIBLE and just what we wanted and more! Would without a doubt recommend him to any friends or family! I am PUMPED for our weddings pictures and have no worries or hesitations of how they’ll turn out because of Cameron’s work, experience, and attentiveness!

ter & truly enjoyed getting to know him. He is such a fun guy! Always made us feel comfortable and truly took beautiful photos. I am pretty picky when it comes to photography and wanted someone with an artistic background (which Cameron absolutely had). We always get compliments on all of our photos & are SO in love! Would highly recommend him & his team, you won’t regret your decision (sounds cheesy but so true!)

gs to Harry Potter, we knew we didn’t want to hire anyone else! He is such a warm, inviting, charismatic guy that you just plain want to be around him! We decided to drag him and his wife to Big Bend National Park for our engagements, which left us with some AMAZING photos as well as some new friends. My husband and I are far from photogenic & don’t take direction well, but Cameron made it very easy and far less awkward than we had expected. Fast forward a few months to our actual wedding and we felt the exact same way. They are the kind of team that don’t ever make you feel uncomfortable while sitting in front of the camera. They also leave you a lot of room to feel all the things you should feel on your wedding day while somehow wrangling your entire wedding party with ease (even if there was quite a bit of alcohol involved). We got our wedding photos back and I spent an hour crying over how they turned out. This was the easiest and one of the best choices that we made for our wedding!!

ings. Cameron was not only personable and professional, he was willing to go out of his way to meet with us and have phone conferences several times before our actual day to answer any questions or concerns we may have had. His wife Kristi was actually our second photographer and they have a fantastic work dynamic. Their package offerings give a reasonable range for pricing and we loved that they offer a day after shoot as part of the package! Overall a wonderful experience with some amazing people, thank you Cameron and Kristi!!!

able during the engagement photos. The engagement photos were so good that I never once worried about the pics we would get for the wedding. During the wedding, I could just hear the camera clicking every once in a while and I didn’t even have to look to know Cameron was catching all the action.
Cameron is incredibly warm and genuinely cares about giving his clients his best. His photos are so beautiful and heartfelt. You absolutely won’t regret hiring him.

nd. He took time to meet with me and Michael before our wedding to understand who we are and what is important to us on our wedding day. I ended up doing my bridals with him just one week before the big day - he was able to do the shoot with super late notice and he turned around with phenomenal edits in 4 days so I could have them printed on my wedding day! During my bridals he gave me great direction and made me feel like a million bucks. On my wedding day he was on-time, professional, organized, and so fun! His super cute wife was his second shooter and they were an awesome presence. They were able to herd everyone sweetly and got along great with our friends & family. I cannot wait to see our photos, I have no doubt that Cameron captured every precious moment of our day.

ns we had! Our wedding is in November but I must say our engagement shoot was the absolute BEST! We shot for a couple hours out at Big Rocks Park. Cameron made us feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera-- as we had no idea what we were doing. We cannot wait for Outland Weddings to shoot our wedding day-- I'm fully confident it will be amazing!
Cameron is such an amazing photographer! He took the time out to survey the entire venue by coming early to find the best locations to take pictures. Family members, wedding party ...

His passion and dedication shows in the work he does and my husband and I are so happy we decided to go with Outland Weddings for our photography! We won't hesitate to go with Outland Weddings again for any future events! If you want quality photographs, I highly recommend Outland Weddings!
