Ovando

Great design and very helpful people. We had some staff turnover about a month before our wedding and they were able to pick up from where we left with no problems. What I loved about Ovando is I gave them my budget and they provided me with some great options - never once did they try and upsell me. Ultimately, we did suffer from some sloppy execution day-of given a missing element on the tables but Ovando responded appropriately and promptly - hence the 4 stars.

I hired Allie at Ovando to create centerpieces for my tables at my wedding. She has such a fantastic artistic eye, and made my budget blossom, literally! Her attention to detail was spot on.

We were SO very happy with Ovando. We got married in early September and our family and friends are still raving about the flowers. They were so wonderful to work with and help make our vision come true.

Rebecca from Ovando was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end! Flowers and lighting were incredibly important to us and she never put a limit to the time we needed to come up with the perfect decor. We wanted a modern, unique look, and my architect fiance had many strong opinions which she always accommodated. She has an incredible eye for detail, is responsive, and patient (with us, and our parents!). The actually wedding day ended up falling on the evening Hurricane Irene came to town, and after our church canceled the day before, Ovando had the added responsibility of setting up a ceremony in one of the rooms at The Four Seasons - our reception location. They came through for us despite the terrible weather and made what could have been a total disaster absolutely wonderful. The decor was beyond beautiful and our bouquets were breathtaking. They also handled our reception lighting, and the amber tones were just magical. We plan to use them as often as we can in the future!
