We had several meetings leading up to our wedding day where Michael provided value that goes beyond his job description - he provided invaluable advice for our timeline, the overall flow of the evening, and how to ensure that each musical moment evokes the feeling we wanted for ourselves and our guests. He is also an excellent communicator and worked seamlessly with our coordinator, deferring to her appropriately while providing great insight on the aspects of the evening under his purview. On the day of the wedding, he brought the best kind of energy, nailed every cue, and had everyone on the dance floor all night long (which is particularly impressive since I wouldn’t consider our group to be big dancers)! It was truly a night to remember thanks to Michael. He’s well worth his very-reasonable fee and he’s truly earned my trust as a reliable vendor and a person with integrity. The reason we went with Michael was because we had recently attended my friend's wedding where Michael was the DJ and it was an absolute blast. We wanted to bring that same energy and level of excitement to our wedding that had a heavy emphasis on dancing and music. He made sure to meet with us on multiple occasions to develop a timeline of the day and to ensure that each detail was nailed down prior to the date of the wedding. He's also full of great recommendations and suggestions, and on the day of he was in lock-step with our wedding planner. He comes with all of his own equipment (table, lighting, mic set-ups, audio set-ups, etc.) and he breaks it all down. in 2019 before the pandemic and had originally planned a 2020 wedding and reception. Due to the pandemic we weren’t able to have a reception. I kept emailing Michael, trying to update him on where we were at. He never abandoned us. He stayed in contact with us for years and when in 2021, I told him I’m letting go of the big reception in December, I’m sure he had no idea that a few days later I’d ask him for something crazy: is he available for a Sunday in August cause I’m doing a very small, spontaneous reception. He was so down! He helped us plan the schedule, music, and he let me vent to him when I was going crazy with planning. He’s not only helpful, but he’s genuinely supportive and empathetic toward couples planning, esp during the pandemic. On the day of, he was one if not the best thing about our party. He set the mood, he hyped us up, he communicated, he did things that arguably he didn’t have to do, like help the venue with small tasks. He is amazing. We couldn’t have done this without him. . On the big day - he turned our wedding into a PARTY! We had guests tell us this was the best wedding they had ever been to. Michael kept the party going at all times and brought out surprises throughout the night (Glow Sticks, Light Up Rings, Fun Hats, etc). Our Guests could not get enough of the dance floor toys! He kept on schedule, was very professional, and had the perfect mix of music & MC to go with the sentimental moments and the fun moments. But with Michael, I felt like knowing he had everything organized and so put together really helped the stress of wedding planning. Even leading up to the day, he was so helpful, had as many meetings as we needed and answered all of our emails and questions so quickly. He is also great for any advice you might need, with how much experience he has. It's a bit overwhelming going into planning things, but he was so great with giving options and advice. His transitions were clean and made sense. The dance floor stayed crowded the whole night. Host: Michael has an amazing voice, so it sounded like an actual radio DJ was hosting our event that night. He met with us several weeks before the wedding to go over music choices and the timeline in great detail. He had several suggestions on how to flow from introductions, to mother/son dance, to cake cutting, as well as several other surprises we had for our guests throughout the night. Overall: Unfortunately, we had to make some last minute changes the day-of due to circumstances beyond our control, and Michael handled it like a pro! He truly did everything he could to keep our guests entertained, and he succeeded admirably. Our wedding day was full of great times, and even with all the excellent vendors we had, Michael was the best. I can’t recommend him enough.

ver the course of the 9 months leading up to our wedding where we discussed everything from our families to our vision for our wedding to our tastes in music. He helped us plan out a full timeline for the entire night, and made sure to think of so many details that we would have never even considered by ourselves. We'd been to another wedding that Michael DJ'ed so we knew what to expect at the event, but Michael still blew us away! He was early to set up, and his choice of music was outstanding for everything from the pre-ceremony background music to the party. Michael worked around the sound restrictions from our venue, and still had the dance floor full all night long. We've gotten so many compliments about how much fun people had and how great Michael was. Lastly, while I don't remember what our other bids were, it's worth pointing our that the contract/pricing with Michael was so simple and straight-forward. Michael gave us one price and everything was included - no extra charges for travel or mics/equipment or anything else. Taking everything into account, not only was Michael an incredible DJ for our wedding, but he also provided outstanding value. We can't recommend him enough.

on the dance floor almost all night long. He was like a wedding planner but better, making sure that **everything** runs smoothly, everyone has fun, and my hubby and I don't worry about a thing. Before the wedding: Michael was always available and easy to reach. We set up 3 meetings: intro, rehearsal and final run through a few days before the wedding. He asked us a lot of questions about our tastes, family dynamics, must play and no play songs, etc. after he got the answers, he sent us a detailed plan for the day with almost every minute Planned from our grand entrance to exit. He then coordinated everything with our photographer and videographer and the hotel itself. It literally felt like we had a wedding planner in him. During the wedding: Michael made it really stress free and fun for us. He brought different props (glasses and glow sticks) and everyone had a blast with them. People couldn't stop talking about how amazing he was the entire night. We can't recommend him more to anyone considering hiring a DJ for their wedding. Michael is top notch, professional, caring and amazing human being.

When we were in the planning stages of our wedding he meets with you 5 times before the wedding to ensure no stone goes unturned. He makes sure your day is seamless. at Strawberry Farms Golf Club in March 2016. From our first consultation, Michael was attentive, organized, available, friendly, and FUN! Over the course of our FIVE planning meetings, Michael was not only able to create a thorough wedding day timeline and a fun and unique wedding playlist....he also took the time to get to know us as a couple. He personalized our wedding down to every entertainment detail. From our ceremony music to the last dance of the night...he did an amazing job at guiding us in the right direction, but also incorporating songs/themes that we wanted. Michael is very organized and is a BUILT-IN WEDDING COORDINATOR! He created a very detailed wedding timeline for us, down to the minute. He kept us on schedule on our wedding day which made it so much more enjoyable for us and our guests. Nothing was rushed or had to be left out. My favorite thing about working with Michael was his expertise. There were a few entertainment details that we were unsure about, but Michael took the time to explain why they are important and why they work. Thank goodness we listened to everything he suggested because HE WAS RIGHT. Our dance floor was full all night long! And, to top it off, he was definitely by far the most talked-about vendor we had, and lots of people asked for his business card and complimented us. The groom's parents have earmarked his information for their own vow renewal. I even heard, more than once, that some guests expected our wedding to be the one 'talked about years to come and how amazing the DJ was'! I know this may sound like an upsell, but Michael truly made it happen for us and the passion he has for creating these wonderful memories is apparent every step of the way. We used him for the ceremony, which was a separate cost, as well, and even though it was outside, no one had any trouble understanding us and he was very particular about making sure the wind did not affect the sound -- he gave suggestions on style and theme for each song, based on our initial interview where he was able to ascertain our styles.
