Wow, what an amazing place for a wedding. The care that Billie and Ryan have for their property is unbelievable. Their full flower gardens leave nothing to be desired, and really make for some amazing photos! We ended up having to move our ceremony inside due to possible rain, and the OTV team did a FANTASTIC job with the flip. It happened so quickly and seamlessly that I don't think anyone even noticed that it was happening. They helped us make the decision to move inside, and I do not regret it. They made the ceremony truly magical even though we had hoped to be outside. I am so thankful for their help with everything, and all the guests were raving about how beautiful it was in the barn!

I cannot recommend this venue enough! Billie the owner communicated so well throughout our planning and gave advice. On wedding day the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure things ran smooth. The bartenders even set up my cupcakes and donut wall for me. I forgot to provide table cloths and the venue found some for me to use and when it randomly downpoured during our ceremony they provided umbrellas. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. They provide many props that you can use on your day which is a nice bonus. Absolutely amazing venue and amazing people!

Beautiful, rustic venue hosted by the most amazing owners and staff! We held our wedding at OTV in July 2022 and it was the best decision we could have made. The owner, Billie, is an awesome person to work with, she is incredibly organized, is easy to reach for questions and communicates everything clearly. All the staff we interacted with (bartenders, setup helpers, etc.) were polite, professional and genuinely wanted to make our wedding day be the best it can be. Not to mention, the venue is absolutely gorgeous! Also, the price you are quoted is the price you pay, there are no hidden fees and it really helps you stick to your budget. There is a lot of props/decorations that you can use free of charge and it saved us a bucketload! We would highly recommend this venue!

Such a beautiful venue! One of the most gorgeous event barns and right next to a vineyard! Billie and her team are true professionals, working to make every Bride's day special and as wonderful as possible. We had a bit of rain on our day, but Billie's team wasn't phased and was ready with a rain backup plan in place. I cannot recommend this place enough for their professional attitude, service, and dedication to making each event as unique and memorable as possible! As if the great service and team were not enough, Over the Vines keeps on hand over 100 different decorating and staging items that are available to all wedding parties to spruce up their event. We used more than a few all over our ceremony and reception.

The day that we went to view Over the Vines as an option for a wedding venue, we left knowing that it was the one! The beauty of the venue was one reason we chose Over the Vines, but the other reason was Billie & Ryan! When we met them it was like we had known them for years. They answered all of our questions we had that day. They made us feel like we not only were choosing a venue, but we were also choosing a wedding support system. Every time I had questions, I knew that Billie would have an answer. It was so nice to know that they would be there every step of the process. Billie was amazing by emailing us when things were coming due. They took care of everything it seemed like. A week before our wedding they started watching the weather; we got an email saying there was a chance of rain. We then put a rain day plan in place. It ended up not raining, but it was nice to know there was a plan just in case. We ended up renting the second tent for our rain day plan, even though it didn’t rain the tent was still used by our guests to cool down after dancing. Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful. We had our ceremony out by the vines and it was absolutely magical. It was something that I have always dreamed of. After our ceremony Ryan was great by making sure we always had a drink while we were doing our photos! That type of care you will not get anywhere else. We had so many people say that our wedding was absolutely amazing and they LOVED the venue. I could go on and on about how absolutely beautiful this wedding venue is and how amazing Billie & Ryan are. You just need to experience it for yourself!

Having our wedding at Over the Vines was hands down the BEST decision we made for our wedding process. From start to finish, Billie & Ryan were amazing (answering all our questions, reminding of us things, letting us know day of what was going on)! The bar staff was so personal as well & we felt like they were a part of our day as well! Billie recommended a coordinator she had worked with & she helped make our entire experience seamless as well. They have amazing grooms & bridal suites for the wedding party. Practically EVERY guest we had mentioned that our wedding was the most beautiful wedding they have ever attended! I would think that the majority of that attributed to the beauty of the barn and the vineyard, it spoke for itself that day & I barely needed decorations. I can't begin to thank Billie & Ryan (&their staff) for how PERFECT our day was!!!! It was truly a dream wedding!! I HIGHLY recommend choosing them for your day if you are going for that indoor/outdoor vibe!

We are so glad that we booked our wedding at over the vines! Billie and Ryan went above and beyond with everything from start to finish. The property was gorgeous with their beautiful flowers and the plentiful complementary props/decorations available to us gave us the wedding we always pictured. We had friends and family from all over tell us how beautiful the venue was. Billie and Ryan also helped to ensure the ceremony and reception flowed seamlessly. Best decision we made though the wedding planning process. We can’t say enough good things about Over the Vines!

We are so happy we booked Over the Vines for our wedding venue. Billie and Ryan were so accommodating and helpful with planning along the way. A few days before the wedding I received thorough plans on what would happen if it were to rain and what to expect if we had to go to our backup plan. It rained all morning and once it stopped, Billie and Ryan were out there with towels cleaning off the chairs so we could have our outdoor ceremony. They even hung our flowers on the arbor for us. They truly want you to have a great wedding day and they would do anything to help achieve that. So many of our guests shared compliments of the venue and staff after the wedding. I can't recommend Over the Vines enough!

Pauly and I wanted to reach out and say how grateful we are to have had our wedding at OTV this past weekend. Everything looked like a dream and the day was truly magical. From Billie helping with a minor hiccup to making sure everyone knew where to go and what to do for the ceremony, the day was a success! A Dream Come True and Forever Memorable Words don't properly convey how amazing Over the Vines was for our wedding. My wife is big in to history and the vineyard and historic barn were perfect and a added bonus. Billie and Ryan were amazing to work with. They were extremely organized which took a huge amount of pressure off of planning for our wedding and allowed us to breathe and enjoy the moments. They provided tons of resources and recommendations for Catering, hotel, and much more. They were very responsive to our many questions and also periodically emailed us with reminders on deadlines for when to have things submitted and ready for the wedding. We wanted an outside wedding, but mother nature had other ideas and decided to bless our wedding by a heavy downpour. Seeing earlier in the week that there was a chance of rain (first rainfall in a month), we worked with the OTV staff and sprung for the second tent. The day of, Billie worked with us in implimenting plan B, moving the wedding inside the barn. Their staff was amazing and got the barn looking amazing for our ceremony, just a couple of hours before the wedding. Both the inside and outside was amazing and beautiful. Everyone that attended our wedding continues to talk about how georgous the venue was and what a great time they had. We also got the wine slushies for the reception and they were a huge hit! If you are in need of a wedding venue, I can't stress enough, I strongly from the bottom of our hearts, recommend you choose Over the Vines!

I can’t say enough how much we loved Over the Vines as our venue. Billie and Ryan not only go above and beyond with communication and planning, but are there for you as a couple and for all of your guests on the day of the wedding. We get so many compliments to this day about the customer service that all of our guests noticed with how attentive they were and how much everyone enjoyed themselves, even on a warmer-than-average early June wedding. Billie was so accommodating as we had wanted yard games and my now-husband emailed a few days before the event asking if we could move the games to a shady spot so people could enjoy them more. This was no problem and everyone LOVED it. Another part of our wedding that people loved was the setting and staff. They put waters out before the ceremony for guests to have when we requested this after seeing that the weather was going to be quite warm. The barn with the chandeliers, the back deck, and the vineyard are beautiful and the staff do an exceptional job with set up and serving. The landscaping around the grounds is top notch and perfect for pictures!! As a bride, I can’t say enough how much of a relief it is to have a venue that is so responsive, attentive, and accommodating. We are so grateful that we chose Over the Vines and would do it again in a heartbeat. P.S. One added bonus-immediately after the ceremony Ryan came by and asked what I wanted from the social hour drinks so I could enjoy the beverages we had decided to offer during photos, when often the bride and groom don’t get to enjoy the beverages until well after the ceremony. I felt SO taken care of and like I was getting to celebrate the whole day and night. Thank you, thank you Ryan and Billie, for an unforgettable wedding day!!

I am beyond grateful to have chosen Over the Vines for our wedding. Billie and Ryan were amazing to work with from start to finish. They made our day so perfect. Everything was smooth sailing all day long. They have amazing bridal suites and groomsmen suites for the bridal party. The staff and bartenders were also so amazing to all the guests. It's been about 7 months since my husband and I got married here, but no amount of time could pass without giving this venue and the owners credit where credit is due. Billie and Ryan (and their entire staff) made our day as perfect as it could have been. Without a doubt this venue was the best decision we made throughout our planning process, and if we had to do it all over again we would book again in a heartbeat. Billie kept us updated with information and answered every question we had (during ever changing covid restrictions). But what I will never forget was their willingness to go above and beyond for their couples. We had some troubles the day of with some decorations and they brought in personal items from their own home to get the job done and make my vision happen. I couldn't be more thankful for the beautiful venue they have put together-from the venue itself ( every inch of the property is photo worthy from the barn to the vines to the flowers out front), to the bridal suites and grooms suite, and friendly staff. DO NOT HESITATE. BOOK THE VENUE!

I attended a wedding at Over the Vines this fall and the property and landscaping were beautiful! The barn was rustic and the lighting and chandeliers gave it an elegant touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I hope to go back again!

We had an incredible wedding at Over the Vines! The setting couldn't be more perfect with the vineyard, barn, flowers, and more! Billie and Ryan were amazing! They were so easy and fun to work with, thorough in all the details, added many special touches, and were flexible and understanding especially in a challenging season! Our pictures are beautiful! We could not have asked for a better venue for our wedding. Billie and Ryan were phenomenal to work with and are most definitely pros at what they do. After our initial tour with Ryan, we knew that OTV was the place for us. He made a great impression, and we knew we would be happy to work with them to celebrate our big day. One thing we appreciated from the get-go is the transparency and honesty they have in terms of pricing and what's included--we didn't find this to ring true for other similar venues in the area. Leading up to the wedding, Billie was always on the ball checking in with us for the day of schedule and the contact information for our vendors. I found this helpful because the time leading up to the wedding can be hectic. On wedding day we were nervous because the temp peaked around 91 degree and storm clouds were rolling in, and it did end up raining. Billie, Ryan, and their staff were able to set up out ceremony inside the barn. They somehow even managed to accommodate our ridiculously huge wedding party (25 total bridesmaids & groomsmen...) to stand up for the ceremony in the barn. Everything worked out seamlessly and perfectly--so much so that we hardly knew they were there! The temperature did end up dropping to a very comfortable temperature. We were able to dance and have a blast inside the barn. The grounds, vineyard, and barn were beautiful. Our guests had a great time. Bride & groom had a wonderful time. We can't say enough positive things or thank Billie & Ryan enough! TL;DR OTV is perfect!

We held our wedding reception at Over the Vines in October of this year and it was an absolute joy! It's been almost two months and we are STILL getting compliments on how beautiful the venue & barn were on our wedding day. While the venue itself is gorgeous, the assistance and attention that Billie & Ryan, the owners, give to you & your wedding party are what truly make this a one of a kind place to host your wedding!! No matter the question, Billie was always answering my emails and addressing my concerns ASAP and is helpful as can be!!! A week or so before our wedding, for example, we realized the weather was going to take a turn for the worse - windy & chillier than we expected. Billie, was immediately giving us a call, chatting about our plan for heaters, and helping us get organized. Ultimately, due to her attention and help, the chillier weather made for the coziest reception we could have imagined. We would do it all over again exactly the same way, if we could, and we would definitely choose Over the Vines over & over again! <3 <3 <3

Billie and Ryan are amazing! Booking our wedding venue was a big decision in the planning process, and we are so so happy we booked them. We visited several different venues and felt overwhelmed at all the add-on prices. Billie and Ryan have made it simple and include SO much when you book with them. They have so many extras, like decor and signs, that saved us a lot of time and money. They're clear and upfront about what to expect, and they were wonderful at every step of the way. They surpassed our expectations. From Billie's very first email, I could tell they were enthusiastic, warm, and detail-oriented. We met Ryan when we toured the venue, and he put us at ease right away, making us laugh and showing us how much of their heart and soul they put into their business. Billie answered every single question along the way (and then some!), always going above and beyond with helpful suggestions and recommendations to make our day perfect. Not many people can say they had multiple GOOD surprises for their wedding day from their venue, and we really did. The OTV staff exude the same warmth, kindness, and passion that Billie and Ryan do, and the whole event was seamless. We had a magical day and would not have changed a thing. They eased so many potential stressors and helped give us the perfect wedding. We highly recommend OTV and can't thank them enough!

Over The Vines is a stunning venue if you are looking for a whimsical, outdoor, barn venue. The barn itself is rustic with elegance from the chandeliers and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. The owners are responsive, helpful, and overall wonderful! We had the best day ever thanks to them and their venue.

We had our wedding at Over the Vines this weekend, we were the last of the season and it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I would recommend Over the Vines to anyone! Over the Vines made our day so SPECIAL! Absolutely magical wedding venue! Our wedding here was amazing! Owners Billie and Ryan went above and beyond to make this not only the best day but, a best week experience.

I was in a wedding at Over The Vines this year and WOW, I cannot say enough about this venue!! The staff was VERY professional yet personable. Both the outdoor ceremony and the barn where the reception was held are gorgeous! From the beautiful light fixtures to the natural aspects of the barn, all around, a rustic elegance. There is a separate building that includes the bathrooms and the bridal suite which allows the bridal party to get ready in on site. The huge outdoor patio in the back, where the ceremony was held, has a bar for cocktail hour before going inside for the reception. The venue is well secluded so there is not a lot of outside traffic, but easily accessible from the downtown area! About 10 minutes away. All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend Over The Vines to any couple looking for a memorable wedding day!

Billie worked with us every step of planning our wedding. She emailed back so quickly or called back to answer any questions we had. The day of our wedding, everyone there made our day perfect and made sure everything happened on time! It is so beautiful anywhere you go at this venue, especially when the Vines are full! Our wedding at OTV was incredible. The venue is beautiful, and the staff were extremely helpful to us. Communication with Billie and Ryan (the two owners) couldn’t have been better, and they were eager to give us a hand whenever we needed help. The weather for our date was up and down, and OTV was flexible enough to make the call on the backup ceremony plan the day of, which was very much appreciated since it turned out to be a sunny day. The venue really is the glue to an amazing wedding day and I can't tell you all how thankful we are to have found Over the Vines. Billie and Ryan are truly the greatest people to work with on the planet... bold statement, I know, but I mean it. They were PHENOMENAL in every aspect!!! From walk-throughs, to countless e-mails answering our questions, to making our day FLAWLESS, we could not have asked for a better couple to work with. They anticipated every issue and solved everything ahead of time. They were there to lend a helping hand in any way, going way above and beyond what was asked of them. Our wedding was gorgeous and perfect in every way thanks to them. We received so many compliments about the venue and how amazing it was and how great the staff was to our guests. Our groomsmen were obsessed with the bartenders (wonder why ;) ) but everyone was so friendly and awesome. The venue is stunning and has everything you need. The props that they have there for you to use literally saves you so much time, stress and money .. I can't even begin to explain how important that was to us. And on top of all that, they were all so fun!!! We had a raging time at the reception and it was a blast!! All in all, this venue is absolutely amazing and the people running it are even better. Took our breath away! Every single detail was just perfect. It had been raining for nearly a week straight so we were concerned about not being able to have our ceremony outside. Well, everything dried off nicely and our ceremony and reception were a complete success. It truly was our own fairytale. Our guests are still talking about it. Billie, Ryan, and all their employees were amazing. They took such good care of us. It's as if we were royalty. We can't say enough about the venue and the owners and employees. Billie and Ryan have such a beautiful space, we really didn't need to do much to dress it up, and all of the props they have and just let you use really saved on rentals. They and their staff are warm and reliable, we were so happy to have them supporting us. They want everyone to have a great day, and will work with your other vendors to help ensure that happens. We had such a great and beautiful day, thanks in large part to the crew at Over the Vines!

Over the Vines is a fantastic place to host a wedding! It was really the key piece to making our wedding perfect. The setting itself is beautiful, a barn with wonderfully maintained grounds and a vineyard. It was truly a dream setting for our ceremony and reception, and the pictures are vibrant and breathtaking from the day. The grounds are available for guests to use throughout the wedding, so we were able to have lawn games between the ceremony and reception, and friends and family were able to walk the grounds between songs. We were also able to use their firepit for smores at the end of the night!! Beyond the actual beauty of the location, I cannot speak more highly of the support and help they provided consistently throughout our wedding planning process and the day of. Prior to the wedding, they were frequently on hand for calls and questions, they provided us detailed maps and suggestions for coordinating with over venues, and they hosted us a few times to view the property. I was planning the wedding from a different state, so their advice and flexibility was extremely helpful. They made sure we had what we needed at every step of the process. We also had a rain scare, and Billy and team worked with me to help get everything set up in case we did have rain. The day went off perfectly, all the team members at Over the Vines were so helpful, kind and supportive. They brought some wine into the bridal suite to make sure we were comfortable before the ceremony, and were so fun and helpful during the reception.

From the initial moment we stepped foot on to the grounds of Over the Vines, we knew no other venues would size up to this place. The barn itself, is absolutely gorgeous and has been wonderfully preserved and maintains its genuine rustic, romantic feel. The flowers and landscaping, oh my gosh, incredible!! Not to mention the wine vines! Aside from the aesthetically pleasing venue, the owners, Billie and Ryan, are ROCKSTARS. They did not try to impress us or talk up their venue--it speaks for itself--they were super down to earth, so helpful with any and all of my questions during the planning process AND extremely professional!! Billie was so patient, even though you know she is super busy! The day of the wedding still feels like a dream and I know Billie and Ryan were a crucial part of making everything seem seamless and go smoothly! They have the perfect personalities to make a bride and groom feel comfortable and the guests welcome!! I'll never be able to put into words how grateful I am to them! Thank you Billie and Ryan for helping Dave and I enjoy our most perfect wedding day! <3

Over the Vines made our day as special as it possibly could be. Billie and Ryan are absolutely fantastic and know how to make it go perfect. Billie and Ryan are the absolute best! We got married on 7/14/18 and we were blown away by the professional care to each and every detail they tend to. All of their staff worked together to provide the most essential and thought-after details to help make our day wonderful! We were so happy to have chosen OTV for our wedding. Our guests raved about the beautiful flowers, pristine grounds and wonderful bartenders who kept our party going all night! You would be hard pressed to find another venue that care for their bride, groom and guests like Billie and Ryan do! OTV made our wedding something that we will NEVER forget!

Over the Vines was simply the venue of our dreams! Having grown up in the area, but now living in California, we wanted a venue that would capture the beauty of early September in Wisconsin and OTV did just that. Everything from the bridal cottage, to the reception area in the barn, to the outdoor ceremony area were amazing. Also, I cannot say enough about Billie and Ryan. Their knowledge, experience, attention to detail, and organization in helping us set everything up from across the country was amazing. Nothing went wrong that day, in large part due to their ability to plan for everything. Billie even succeeded in finding us a lesser known French Champagne that we absolutely wanted for our special day. Ryan was extremely helpful the day of and provided excellent service especially towards some of our older guests who were not as mobile as others. He is also great at calming down the groom in the hours leading up to the big moment! In my opinion, the hosts are as important as the venue, and Billie and Ryan were incredible. They will do whatever it takes to make your day the most special ever. Such a beautiful venue, combined with wonderful hosts, makes Over The Vines the premier venue in the area.

The most amazing venue I could have ever dreamed to work with. They really helped with the planning and implementation of our perfect day! We had a health scare with one of our guests and the staff handled it in a timely and discrete manner in which people completely forgot it happened and the focus was back on us for our day. Couldn't have asked for better owners - they worked with us so closely that I can't wait to go back to celebrate another's special day.

This venue was absolutely perfect. We were able to have our ceremony outside by the vines and our reception in the barn. All of our out of town guests kept telling us how it was the most beautiful space and well worth the drive. Ryan and Billie were also absolutely fantastic to work with! They were very kind and we could tell that they were genuinely on our side to help make our special day exactly what we wanted. Upon booking their venue, they provided us with a zip drive with all kinds of helpful information. They also allowed us to walk the venue multiple times, answered our emails quickly, and connected with us to help our planning stay on track. When it finally came to our actual wedding day, Billie and Ryan were outside, assisting us with anything we needed and making sure that everyone was drinking water and eating (it was a hot day in June). Overall, if we could do it all over again, we wouldn't change a thing - especially the venue!

We got married here September 2017 and cannot speak highly enough of Billie, Ryan and everyone else at Over the Vines. Billie was always very prompt at replying to emails and was an enormous help answering any and all of our questions! The resources they provide you make planning the wedding pretty much easy - they have so much decor available (for no extra cost), tables, chairs, ceremony arches, and the venue itself is so beautiful not much extra decorating is even necessary! They provided examples of timelines that work well, recommended vendors, seating plan recommendations based on different sized weddings, checklist to confirm with your caterer, etc. They were available during our rehearsal with tips on what works well for ceremony proceedings and were also great the day of the event helping ensure things ran smoothly, answering questions, etc. The day of our wedding we honestly didn't have a single issue and I credit a lot of that to them and their experienced staff knowing what needs to get done and doing it well! Our guests commented on how wonderful the property was and how well everything went. Hands down would recommend OTV to anyone looking for a venue.

Over The Vines is the most beautiful venue I've ever seen! Everything is very organized and the owners make preparation very easy. I loved that they have an extensive list of decor you can use free of charge. When looking at other barn venues, we found that most did not have real bathrooms, and it is expensive to rent a trailer of nice bathrooms. Also, other barns didn't have running water for the caterer! Over the vines does not have either of those issues. The Bridal suite is gorgeous and allows a secure place for your Bridal party to keep their belongings during the wedding. Over the Vines holds 2 open houses annually and I highly recommend attending. This provided a great opportunity to meet awedome vendors and get another look around the property to best envision your special day.

We are so happy that we choose to have our wedding at Over the Vines! The venue is just beautiful, and they’ve thought of all of the details to make it perfect for weddings. Billie and Ryan were wonderful to work with – they are both super nice people and are always incredibly helpful. Billie was very responsive to my many questions and always had great advice when we weren’t sure what path to take. This venue is absolutely amazing! Our wedding day was all that we hoped for and more. Billie and Ryan were so helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process! One thing in particular that I appreciated is how organized the day is at this venue. Billie has a great schedule laid out if you choose to use it. That definitely took a lot of stress off our shoulders. They also have a list of vendors that they feel are great. Almost all of our vendors were from that list, and we were more than happy with the ones we chose. Billie and Ryan always made us feel that our satisfaction was their first priority. We are sure that for whoever chooses this venue, Billie and Ryan will go above and beyond for them just as they did for us. Please visit them as you try to figure out the right venue for you! I am speechless. Billie and Ryan--I cannot say enough good things about you both. Tyler and I were just married at OTV on 8/12/17, and truthfully I cannot even put into words the dream day you guys brought to life. Majority of the guest asked us where we found this place, because it is so beautiful and the staff is so wonderfully involved in the day. When planning the wedding, any time I had a dilemma, I asked Billie about it and she had options. You guys made being a bride easy. Whenever I had a project I was thinking about doing, Ryan was there to encourage it could happen. From Tyler and I both, thank you so much. We absolutely loved getting married at Over the Vines! Ryan and Billie are incredibly helpful. They care about their venue, your experience and are customer service focused! We ended up getting married inside the barn due to weather and I am SO glad that we did. The entire property is gorgeous - you can't go wrong with this venue!

This venue was beyond magical for a few different reasons, but mainly being the owners and staff. Billie and Ryan are some of the best people we have ever worked with. They are flexible-- Billie responds to emails (questions, concerns, advice) very fast and her responses are incredibly helpful. She helps with determining ceremony and reception layout concepts (nice CAD designs) and lends her advice as to what typically works best. They are kind-- this was greatly appreciated considering planning a wedding can be super stressful. The fact that we could rely on OTV to lend a helping hand when it came to day of set up, went a very long way in our book. They even made sure the bride and groom had a drink in their hand at ALL times; AMAZING. Not once did I get the feeling that I was inconveniencing OTV with my requests or questions. And last, but not least, they get the job done! The staff (with the help of my coordinators) were able to flip the barn from ceremony to dinner seating in under 30 minutes! HOLY COW! If I could re-live my wedding day at OTV again, I would do it in a heartbeat and not change a thing. If you are looking for a one of a kind, beautiful, magical venue that has unbelievable character, OTV is your place. I promise you will not be disappointed. Billie was literally a life saver! We were the first wedding of this year and she made our day the spectacular event that it was. She gave us so much attention and advice, her and Ryan made us feel so special and loved. They took care of so many last minute details (resetting the whole dinning set-up after a confusion without skipping a beat), made sure we were never empty handed (definitely worth getting Bar Package #3 by the way), she coordinated our walk down the aisle, gave me advice at every turn and made sure ALL of our other vendors were on the same page. Billie was almost like another MOH, she was so supportive and loving and made sure that we had exactly what we wanted on our big day. OTV is the most beautiful venue, but honestly, the service and attention you get with Billie and Ryan is what makes it such a wonderful place to get married. I recommend them to anyone and everyone!

My husband and I were married yesterday at Over the Vines and it was without a doubt one of the best, happiest days of our lives and we owe a HUGE thanks to Billie and Ryan. Not only is their venue absolutely breathtaking and so romantic but they are amazing people as well. The staff was on top of everything, super friendly, and our day couldn't have been better. Everyone loved the venue and couldn't stop letting us know how beautiful everything was. Billie and Ryan are excellent owners and stayed in constant contact with us, worked with us when my husbands work schedule forced us to change our date multiple times, and, the bridal suite!!!!! Oh my goodness it is beautiful, the day was everything I dreamed of and so much more. I highly highly recommend choosing Over the Vines, you will just love it !!!!

My husband and I signed with Over the Vines in 2012 for our 2015 wedding. Despite the fact that there was snow on the ground and they were just gearing up for their first full season, we could tell right away how special the venue was. The warmth and passion that Ryan and Billie displayed for creating the perfect spot for weddings made the decision an easy one. They had big plans for continuously improving the property, and we have watched those plans come to fruition. It was clear that they were focused on creating the best wedding experience possible for the couples and families. We have no doubt that they will only continue to make Over the Vines an even more perfect venue over the years. Throughout the planning process, Billie and Ryan were very accessible and willing to work with us to create our vision. They also thought of many details that we would have overlooked. Their growing expertise was evident, and they used it to our benefit- sharing mishaps they have witnessed and ways to avoid them. On the day of our wedding, it was sprinkling. Billie told us that we could change from an inside to outside ceremony, or vice versa, within 15 minutes and was very supportive. The bridal suite on site was a wonderful place to get ready and have photo shoots with the bridesmaids. I did not see anything like it at any nearby venue sites! Also the site has many perks built in-- such as not having to put up your own lights or provide your own tables/chairs. From the little details (such as a personal note on the chalkboard in the bridal suite), to the support and willingness to go the extra mile, Over the Vines staff made our wedding the perfect day. In fact, we miss everyone there and wish we could experience our wedding all over again. Do yourself a favor and consider Over the vines for your Wisconsin wedding :-)

We loved working with Billie and Ryan. They were cool, calm, and collected during a time I felt chaotic. They were reassuring and so helpful. I felt they truly cared about us and our special day. They encouraged us to make it our own, and helped us to achieve it. They have a lovely venue, and plenty of props to help make your day fun and whimsical. Really though, the best is their simplicity and joy in their work. We are so glad we used this venue, and would recommend to everyone!

We cannot say enough about how perfect Over The Vines is. Billie and Ryan are phenomenal to work with. I don't know how many times I e-mailed Billie in the last few weeks and she walked me through anything I may need help with. On our wedding day, there were torrential rains just prior to our outdoor ceremony, leaving the vineyard soaked. Billie came to the bridal suite and discussed options with me, and she, Ryan, and the crew worked quickly to set up a new setting for us in front of the barn door. It was PERFECT, and a beautiful background. Probably the thing we are most thankful for is that Over the Vines was extremely accommodating when it came to a family member with cognitive disabilities. Billie and Ryan helped us to make sure he was comfortable and prepared for our big day. Not only does this make them great owners, it speaks to how good of people they truly are. If you're looking for a beautiful setting for your ceremony, reception or both, there is no doubt that Over The Vines is top notch.

When I was looking I knew I was looking for a barn wedding because I wanted it to be something different but it also fit our personalities to a T!! Josh and I were so happy to have a venue that was willing to help, give advice, and be there for whatever we needed, whenever we needed and trust me I'm sure I wasn't the easiest to deal with at times but they went ABOVE AND BEYOND every aspect I thought a venue would do! I can't thank them enough for creating the extraordinary property they have and giving others the opportunity to share it with them! The day went so smooth and both Ryan and Billie were definitely part of making it go that way! Thank you again for EVERYTHING!! Over the Vines was a dream wedding venue. The barn, vines and landscape provide a backdrop to a fairytale wedding! The owners were on site the whole time ensuring everything was going smoothly and making sure we were having a wonderful time. They are extremely organized, accommodating, informative and sweet throughout the whole planning process and day of! They provided a huge amount of our decor which was a perfect fit into the barn wedding theme. The bar tenders were a blast! They really helped get the party started and kept it going! All the other employees were sweet and helpful as well. Our guests were blown away with our venue, they are still talking about it! We had a few guests say they had attended a barn wedding, but our venue far exceeded all of them! We couldn't have asked for a more exceptional venue and experience! We wish we could enjoy our day there over and over again!

We had our ceremony and reception at Over the Vines this past July and it could not have been better! The owners are extremely helpful and gracious throughout the entire planning process and the big day. Even months later, we still have guests telling us it was the most beautiful wedding they've ever attended - and most of that is because the venue is extremely beautiful on its own. On my search to finding a barn in WI to host my wedding, I contacted a few barns and Billie got back to me so quickly and so professionally. It wasn't long before I sealed the deal. From the beginning, Billie has been INCREDIBLY helpful and patient with questions. She is extremely organized in providing information, and even going above in beyond for things you haven't thought of. On our wedding weekend both Ryan and Billie were always available with answers, suggestions and everything we needed. The owners are just wonderful and worked out every detail that I requested for the special day. Over the Vines provides many props to make your event unique. The barn itself is the best prop at all. Over the Vines gave me the venue, and the wedding, that I've dreamt about my entire life. The staff was helpful and informative throughout the entire year of planning, always answering questions and providing solutions to problems. They even helped us arrange a last minute tent to share with the couple getting married the day after ours, and split the cost. For rehearsal and the day of the wedding, they were attentive and reassuring. They even gave me a pep talk in the minutes before I walked down the aisle, holding my train and giving me drinks of water. The ceremony and reception were perfect and beautiful, and I have received endless compliments in the days since then. Over the Vines gave me a dream come true wedding. If you enjoy the rustic and vintage aesthetic and style, do not hesitate to give them a call and set up a tour. You won't be disappointed!!

Over the Vines provided us with breathtaking views and outstanding service! The options to marry outside with the vines and countryside or inside with the barn and chandeliers gives you options to personalize your day! No matter where you are on the property, you have a beautiful backdrop. The bridal suit is very lovely! We felt lucky to be able to get ready together and in such a charming room! It was an absolute pleasure working with the owners, Ryan and Billie! They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and our guests. Billie quickly responded to all my questions, and she would include suggestions on things I would not even think of-- very helpful! Ryan's outgoing personality always added to the wedding fun! As I was getting ready to walk out, he was there cracking jokes with me. A memory I will always keep! Thanks Billie and Ryan for ALL you helped with, you truly made our day special!

Over The Vines was truly an incredible venue for our wedding. The scenery, barn, and vineyards provided our wedding with outstanding photographs. As the night carries on, the lights in and outside of the barn provide a beautiful atmosphere. They also have a photo booth right outside the barn, which I know our guests loved by the photos we received back on our wedding night! The thing that impressed me the most were the owners. Ryan and Billie made us feel right at home and were beyond helpful leading up to the wedding and especially the wedding weekend. It was clear during the rehearsal night to me how dedicated they are to providing you with a great venue to have your wedding. Ryan and Billie are easy going, down to earth, the most friendly and committed owners that you will meet. I feel the need to also compliment the staff, they exemplify everything that you look for in customer service.
