Welcome to Over the Wedge! My name is Frank Pappalardo, and I’m thrilled to introduce you to our mobile bartending business. At 36 years old, I’ve embarked on an exciting journey alongside my best friend and brother, bringing the art of mixology right to your doorstep. Born and raised in Staten Island, New York, my life has been a whirlwind of experiences. I spent much of my adulthood in Las Vegas, where the vibrant nightlife fueled my passion for parties and events. After a decade back in NYC, I’m now making my way to Florida to elevate the mobile bartending scene and create unforgettable experiences for you and your guests. My background is diverse—I've worked as a sous chef at a wedding hall in Long Island and have bartended in a variety of establishments across the country. These experiences have not only honed my skills behind the bar but have also deepened my love for crafting the perfect drink. Life has shaped me in unique ways; I became emancipated at 15 after the loss of my mother and have been fiercely independent ever since. Through it all, I’ve built a beautiful life with my wonderful wife of 15 years and our two amazing daughters, aged 7 and 5. Family is everything to me, and I strive to create the same sense of joy and connection at every event we serve. When I’m not shaking cocktails, you can find me immersed in music, which inspires my creativity and adds an extra layer of enjoyment to every gathering. Hello! I’m Danny Schwartz, but friends call me Zuko. I’m 37 years old and proud to be a Staten Island native. With over 20 years of bartending experience, I’ve had the pleasure of working in some of New York City’s most vibrant spots, from the energy of Manhattan to the creativity of Brooklyn. My passion for crafting exceptional drinks is matched only by my dedication to creating memorable experiences for my guests. In addition to my bartending journey, I spent time as an EMT with the FDNY, where I discovered my true calling for helping others. This passion for service extends into every aspect of my life, as I believe in supporting my community and uplifting those around me. As an art major and graphic designer, art and music are integral parts of who I am. I’ve even had my own gallery, allowing me to express my creativity in various forms. I carry this artistic spirit into my bartending, crafting unique cocktails that are as visually stunning as they are delicious. Family means everything to me, and my definition of family goes beyond blood relations. I’ve recently made the move to Florida to partner with my best friend and brother in launching this mobile bartending business. Together, we aim to elevate the industry by providing exceptional service and unforgettable experiences.
