Overlook At The Chief

We had the MOST incredible wedding day at The Overlook at The Chief, and I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Trisha and her entire team! ❤️ One of the biggest reasons we loved this venue was that it was truly a one-stop shop for our entire wedding day. Tables, chairs, draping, the bar, food, cleanup, and SO much more were all included. Having so many of those details already taken care of made wedding planning and, more importantly, actually enjoying our wedding day SO much easier. We weren't running around worrying about a million different vendors or what needed to be set up or cleaned up the team had it handled. And the way Trisha personally took care of us was above and beyond. While we were at the house getting ready, she personally brought sandwiches for both the girls and the boys around noon and checked in on us throughout the day. When we arrived at the venue, the getting-ready rooms were FULL of snacks and food for us. Those little details meant so much because we truly felt taken care of from start to finish. The amount of work and dedication this team puts in is incredible. The Thursday before our Saturday wedding, I wandered over to the venue just to peek through the windows and see how everything was coming together and Trisha and her staff were STILL there working! They stayed until around 1 AM getting everything ready for us. Seeing that firsthand showed me just how much they genuinely care about their couples and making sure everything is perfect. Our wedding day itself was absolutely PERFECT. Everything flowed so smoothly, and you could genuinely tell that Trisha and her team wanted us to have the best day possible. They were attentive, accommodating, hardworking, and always willing to jump in wherever they were needed. And because apparently every wedding needs a little plot twist, we even lost power toward the end of the night! 😂 Thankfully, the venue had a generator, and Trisha and her team handled it so seamlessly that it barely interrupted the night. We were able to keep the party going without having to worry about a thing! As a bride, you spend so much time worrying about all the little details and everything that could possibly go wrong. What made this team so special was knowing that we could actually relax and enjoy ourselves because they had everything under control. They genuinely cared about us, our guests, and making our wedding day everything we dreamed it would be. We are SO incredibly grateful that we chose The Overlook at The Chief for our wedding. The venue is beautiful, the team is incredible, and having so much included made the entire experience SO much easier and more enjoyable. If you are considering The Overlook at The Chief BOOK IT. Seriously. DO IT. 😂❤️ We would choose this venue again a million times over. They made our wedding day absolutely unforgettable, and we will forever be grateful to Trisha and her team for helping make it the BEST day ever! 🥂❤️✨

The Overlook catered our off-site wedding and the experience was outstanding. Trisha was so easy to work with and was a great communicator. The food arrived on time and was set up incredibly quickly with no disruption to our wedding reception. The food was sooooo delicious. We had two proteins, multiple sides and salad. Everyone raved about the food. The staff cleared our plates which was very nice, then they packaged up some To Go boxes for the bride and groom as well as the trays of leftovers for us to take home. We've been snacking on brisket all week. :-) Everyone was incredibly professional and we would use them again in a second. Our reception had 210 guests. We had plenty of food and they allowed for a generous amount of time in case people wanted seconds (or thirds!). Definitely get your food from the Overlook!
