Overlook Venue is a beautifully crafted industrial-styled event center that opened in June of 2023. Inclusions in all of our packages include a full-day rental from 8am-11pm, bridal suite, groom suite, full bar for all your guests, linens, bartending staff, on-site venue representative, security and more!
Its first party was the wedding of its owner on June 10th. Beginning that day, Overlook Venue became known as an amazing party place with a secret sauce provided by the love of Rob and his family. We want to be able to share this special place with you, your family, and your friends.
You and your loved ones can enjoy the panoramic views of the Metroparks during your ceremony, from inside or outside the venue. Once nearlyweds become newlyweds, you and your partner can lead your guests inside the 250-capacity Overlook Venue for a drink and a big cheers! The interior is designed to seat 220 with a dancefloor. An attached outdoor promenade allows your loved ones a chance to toast beneath the stars.

We hosted an event for 200+ people and everything was flawless. The layout of the space, lighting and set up was everything. Jubilee was very accommodating and very attention to detail about our needs along the way!

The venue itself is a great place, It has the industrial look inside with exposed ceiling and ductwork and the view/patio is an awesome feature. We had many guests tell us what a great venue it is. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married or for any celebration.

stressful. But Jubilee made the process super easy and helped put my mind at ease the entire time.
Jubilee is so kind and helpful.She answered all my questions throughout the whole process in detail. She thought about every little thing and made sure there was no stone unturned.

e venue at least 4 times, spending an hour or two fine-tuning, testing, and everything in between and the staff were so incredibly accommodating, understanding, and kind. The value for what you get is phenomenal. I truly cannot say enough good things about the Overlook's staff and space. They even provided us with some really cool silent auction items from the Armory. Thank you to all of you who helped make our ClamBark the most successful one in the history of the event.
