This is an unforgettable full service venue! The OCC provides on-site food and beverage catering, Audio Visual, spectacular banquet staff and wedding planning services! Sweeping views of the award winning golf course throughout the entire facility bring the outdoors in, without sacrificing indoor amenities! The Owatonna Country Club's beautiful banquet facilities in our clubhouse is a wonderful way to celebrate your special occasion. Our ballroom can accommodate events up to 300 people and intimate gatherings of 20. We also offer an extensive menu for catering your event.

ons arose from this. As a warning, the contract is bad. It literally does not lay out any detail but is sure to note the cancellation fee in a percentage.. Which you wouldn't know until you added things to the contract. We were going to do our reception here but when the director of sales, the person in charge of everything on your big day, only shows up to 2 out of 4 meetings and the contract is so brief..There cannot be a foundation of trust laid between parties.
Director of Sales and Service was very difficult to deal with regarding our wedding contract. She kept trying to increase costs of things previously agreed upon. She was "alway...
s right" and refused to even listen to us. Dealing with her was a nightmare and easily the worst part of the entire wedding.
Head Chef prepared a wonderful meal for the tasting. The food was not as good for the wedding, and the portions were very small. Wedding guests did comment on how the food was not what it was at our other daughter's wedding at this same venue.
General Manager/COO did make sure that things were corrected (financially), but refused to respond directly to e-mails or telephone calls.
Office Manager was very helpful and friendly.
Catering Lead and staff along with the bartending staff was EXCEPTIONAL!!!! They were cheerful and very professional. Their customer service skills were wonderful. Maybe the management team could learn from them.

so provided. Only issue is the first part of the pasta buffet was not hot! They quickly corrected it, but I still ended up eating cold pasta on my wedding day.
