Working with Amanda was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. Within a few moments into our first call with her, it was apparent how thoughtful, detail-oriented, and pr...
epared she was. I often felt like she was thinking 3 steps ahead of us, often anticipating our needs and questions. She took the time through our engagement shoot and calls in the planning process to really understand us as a couple, our wedding vision, and the details we wanted to highlight. Hiring Amanda was the easiest and best decision we made throughout the entire wedding process. Amanda was flexible, easy to work with, and captured our wedding PERFECTLY. She was a guiding light throughout the whole process, including checking every detail on the day of, and made everything happen so seamlessly. She stepped into every situation without hesitation, always prioritizing us and advocating when needed at our venue to ensure the details we envisioned were executed. We will hire her for every event we will need photography for. Just an incredible photographer and person who has become a friend to us, incredibly skilled at what she does and future weddings are SO lucky to have her!
We had the pleasure of working with Amanda for our wedding photography and honestly it was 11/10. From start to finish she was incredibly responsive, easy to work with, and very af...
fordable compared to many other photographers.
The photos came out absolutely perfect. She captured so many genuine candids and moments throughout the day without anything feeling staged. One thing we loved most is that the photos weren’t overly edited—they look natural, timeless, and exactly how the day felt.
The turnaround time was also unbelievably quick, which was such a nice surprise. We also booked guest portraits, and our guests were blown away by them. Everyone was so excited to get a professional photo and people are still talking about how much they loved it.
If you want beautiful, natural photos, great communication, and someone who truly delivers, we can’t recommend Amanda enough.
My husband and I had the pleasure to work with Amanda during our engagement shoot as well as our wedding day on August 9, 2025. From the initial phone call, I felt like Amanda was ...
perfect for everything I was asking for and more. She was extremely professional while still making it fun. She knows how to get the job done and she definitely knows how to put the bride and groom first. She was absolutely amazing to work with. I will never forget when I was getting ready on my wedding day, she noticed I was becoming overwhelmed and she had me sit in a room, alone, to take deep breaths. I will never forget her caring heart. She not only takes beautiful photos, but cares about her clients. 10/10 would highly recommend Amanda as your photographer for any event.

Amanda is incredible! From the initial phone call until today (almost a year after our wedding) she has gone above and beyond! She went out of her way to go to our venue and scope ...
it out ahead of time which really paid off when it poured on our wedding day. Two days before our wedding she called me to have a back up plan for the weather and completely calmed me down and assured me that all of our pictures would still be amazing despite the weather (and they were)! Come wedding day she showed up way ahead of schedule to check in with my coordinator and myself to see if we needed anything, which I so appreciated it. Amanda’s photos from our wedding are truly a work of art! She even included our pup which meant the world to me. 10/10 would hire Ox and Anchor Photo again, you won’t regret having Amanda be apart of your special day! I can’t wait to continue working with Amanda!

hotos, and we look forward to working with her again. Her photography style is beautiful, warm and high quality. She is punctual, professional and a delight to work with. Her personality makes her easy to work with and she makes me feel comfortable in front of the camera. My husband and I can be our true selves which makes for great photos. I also appreciate Amanda’s keen eye to detail, her guidance for poses, and assistance in selecting the perfect outdoor locations/backdrops for our shoots. I recommend her to all friends and family who ask. We will cherish her photos for years to come.
