Oyhut Bay had been our go-to vacation spot for some time before my wife and I got engaged; and shortly after our engagement we saw an advertisement that they would be building an Event Center. We had some other locations we were considering, but we decided on a whim that we should get married at Oyhut Bay. We had nothing but one single rendering of what the outside of the building would look like, but for some reason it just felt right.
That started a year and a half long adventure with Jason and Devin where the four of us figured out all the elements of our perfect wedding. They worked tirelessly, relentlessly, and endlessly along with the rest of the Oyhut Bay staff to guarantee our wedding was exactly what we wanted. If any issues or snags in the plan came up, they had a solution right away. We never had a doubt that they would make our dream wedding happen.
When the day of arrived, all of our visions came to life perfectly. As only the second event in their new venue, I know they were probably pretty stressed, but they executed flawlessly; and we are forever grateful for their help and friendship.
We cannot recommend them highly enough. Like I said at the beginning, five stars just isn't enough for them. The venue is beautiful. The location is convenient. The ocean is gorgeous. The staff is unwaivering in their commitment to make your wedding perfect. If you are considering Oyhut Bay for your wedding, JUST DO IT. You will not regret it. You will thank yourselves the day after your wedding that you made the right choice.
We got married in October 2024 at Oyhut. Devon and his team were a dream to work with! They made planning easy and efficient. The venue is gorgeous and has great lighting. There is a spacious bridal suite with several vanities, a cozy couch and a cute wine rack. The food was EXCELLENT. We did the pasta buffet and our guests could not stop talking about it. The staff were kind, thoughtful and efficient.
I may be biased but this was the best wedding venue i have ever experienced ♥️

Our property boasts several green spaces where you can spend quality time with your loved ones or enjoy a cozy setting around the fire. We also have kid-friendly spaces that include swings, slides, bocce balls, and horseshoes. You won't have to venture far to find everything you need with a local market and retail spaces within walking distance of our homes. At Oyhut Bay, we understand the importance of making your special day unforgettable. Our brand-new event space can accommodate up to 250 guests and offers a customizable floor plan that can be tailored to your needs. We provide all the necessary services and items required for your event, including basic décor such as white linens and votive candles, labor, set up/tear down, tables, chairs, on-site venue contact, use of a professional kitchen for on-site catering, China, barware, and flatware. Our team will handle all the details, leaving you free to relax and enjoy your special day.

Our collection includes a stunning 1937 Buick Roadmaster with suicide doors, perfect for those picturesque moments you'll want to capture.
