Once your vision has been established, we will assemble the very team of wedding and/or event professionals to bring your vision to life. Patti was the biggest help to me when planning my wedding. She had an answer to every question I asked along the way and gave me great suggestions for other vendors to use (band, venue, etc). She helped me make sure I was on track with booking everything and kept my other vendors in the loop on plans. She created the best timeline that was super helpful and detailed for wedding weekend! I never had to worry on my wedding day if things were going according to plan because she handled everything! I am so grateful for Patti and highly recommend her!!
Patti was an essential part of our wedding day! She was always available for consultation before the wedding and was a good source of comfort and advice during the planning process.
She attended our rehearsal and made us all feel prepared for the next day. On the day of the wedding everyone and everything was on time if not ahead of schedule. Even guests commented on how well run the day was! I felt no stress knowing Patti had everything under control.
Hiring Patti was one the best decisions we made for the wedding. Because of her vast network of vendor contacts and amazing organizational skills - I would not plan a wedding in Columbus with hiring her!

Where to begin! I will just start by saying that Patti is a wedding planning genius and a genuinely kind and wonderful person. I am from the states, but my fiance and I live in Chile. She helped us plan our destination beach wedding from thousands of miles away. I am the only girl in my family and my mom and I are pretty clueless about planning a big party. Patti was patient with us, organized and had everything under control the entire year of our engagement. She met with us manyyyy times to make sure she understood exactly what we wanted. She juggled vendors from different states and assured that everyone was on the same page. She came early to our destination wedding just to offer a helping hand. She created a detailed wedding time line which was a lifesaver. The whole weekend flowed smoothly because of her. Half of our wedding party spoke only Spanish and she sweetly communicated with them- making sure everyone knew where to be and when. Most importantly, she allowed my husband, family and I to truly relax and enjoy our wedding day, which was absolutely perfect because of her. She was the best decision I made about my wedding and I would recommend her over and over again to any future bride or mother of the bride. BEST WEDDING PLANNER EVER!
Patti did a wonderful job in helping us plan our daughter's wedding. She was always available to give advice and answer questions. Her great working relationships with other vendors was invaluable in making the day a success. Highly recommend!
Patti was amazing! We could not have had our wedding run as smoothly without her. Rehearsal was on time and well put together. On wedding day, she responded to any issues timely and stayed on top of everything. I did not have to worry about much. When an issue arose, she stepped in and fixed it and did not take no for an answer.She kept the event to run on time and make sure that all festivities were completed on time. If we have another large event, we would definitely hire her again to run it.
From my first conversation with Patti, I felt extremely comfortable and confident in her abilities. She was always available by phone or text to answer my questions, and was a pillar of calm while we were planning! As the oldest of three sisters, I don't think a Ciuba will ever get married without her help. I could not speak of her highly enough...you won't be disappointed!
Patti is simply the best- She was so sweet, accommodating, and trustworthy!!
It was nice to have someone to direct traffic on my wedding day but that was all I got. It was required by the venue to retain this wedding coordinator and pay $300 even though I planned my whole wedding. I didn’t even meet the coordinator until the week of my wedding day. I also paid the retainer upfront and was subsequently billed 2 more times because she forgot to record it. Make sure you pay with a check!
Patti Hasting's organizational skills are only exceeded by hr love for her job. She handled every detail or request perfectly, allowing us to fully enjoy and concentrate on our Daughter & Son-in law's wedding day. From delivering the Groom's cake, to picking up a last-minute altered Bridesmaid dress, she goes above & beyond all expectations with charm, grace, and total calm. Definitely one of the best wedding expenditures we made.
I LOVE Mrs. Patti. She's the BEST- Simple as that. She went above and beyond the extra mile during this whole planning process to make our big day one that we will truly never forget. She always got back to us immediately (no matter the time of day or night) and there was not a question she could not answer. On our wedding weekend, she was everywhere ... making every single detail absolutely perfect and I cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us. Patti is absolutely amazing at what she does and Kane and I were truly blessed to have her as our wedding planner. We love you!

If I could only use one word to describe Patti Hasting, it would be FABULOUS! As an out of town mother of the groom, needless to say I was a bit overwhelmed with all of the details of planning a rehearsal dinner and after party that would be a fun and wonderful experience for the bride and groom as well as family and friends. After our initial visit, I knew I was in good hands! Patti listened with patience, managed and executed a magical evening that far exceeded our expectations. Her attention to detail is most remarkable and I would recommend Patti to anyone planning a rehearsal dinner or wedding as she is a delight to work with! I am sad to say it is over as I miss my friend!!
Patti was wonderful to work with throughout both of our daughters' engagements and weddings! Every detail was discussed thoroughly and nothing was missed! She listens to the bride, the groom and the parents to make sure all are "on the same page" from the beginning! As mother of the bride, she took all the extra details off of me and handled them with graceful professionalism! We could contact her (at any time!) to answer any concerns or questions! Patti truly loves her profession and is a "natural" at producing your daughter's "once in a lifetime" wedding! your 5 stars!!
Patti Hasting is a dream to work with! Her presence is cheerful and calming, which is the perfect combination throughout the planning process and especially on your wedding day. Her attention to detail is astounding. She worked diligently to make sure every idea came to fruition, every worry was eased, and every problem was solved. Most remarkable was her ability to gracefully manage all the personalities that come together to plan a big family affair. She immediately broke through any tension and resolved conflicting opinions to make sure the planning process remained a fun and happy experience for me, my groom, my family, and my in-laws. I truly don't have enough good things to say about Patti and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone about to embark on the adventure of planning a wedding!
It was so great to work with Patti. She is so patient and wonderful to work with! It's been 10 years now since she worked with me for my wedding and I still don't know what I would have done without her! It was so great the day of to know I didn't have to worry about anything!
Listening is one of Patti's greatest attributes! She began the initial consultation with with a myriad of questions to the bride first and then her family. Her focus is on transferring that information into a fabulous yet doable wedding for everyone involved.
She is a master of matching vendors with her client's tastes, ideas, etc. All her weddings are unique and catered to each bride, hence her vast list of wonderful vendors.
Patti has a secondary education background so she knows the audience she is serving. That knowledge is invaluable in circumventing all kinds of issues that crop up during the normal wedding planning process.
She is professional, knowledgable, extremely creative and a wonderful person as well as wedding planner.
