nch buffet and catered to many paletes - international, local, and kid friendly! We had fun cheese shaped as pumpkins with a pretzel stem, ribs, quiche, salads, shrimp, fruit...the list goes on... A.B. assisted on the amount of food based on our guests, our budget and style! Our guests couldnt get enough and the kids like the fun salads, finger foods and QUICHE! AB listened and made fantastic suggestions. She was at all the bridal expose with a great variety of samples, plus personal food tastings, and helped us find Cowgirl Coffee who provide us with a coffee bar that makes Starbucks look bad! Above and beyond she went for us and so patient! The day of the wedding she decorated the tables so beautifully that it belonged in a Wedding Magazine. The Pacific Coast Catering Staff was friendly, efficient and swift...setup and take down! AMAZING! Thank you Pacific Coast Catering, A.B. and the staff! You are a 10 !!!
