Pacific Hearts - Seattle Wedding Cinematography

I had contacted so many videographers and could not find someone within our budget. I was so bummed and had decided we weren’t going to be able to have a videographer. Then I came across Pacific Hearts on the Knot. Their quote seemed too good to be true! I was able to add drone footage and everything else I wanted for so much cheaper than anyone else I had received quotes from. We worked with Matt and he was so quick to respond and worked with me to build the perfect package, presenting me with all of my options. He was never annoying like a lot of wedding vendors can be as soon as you ask for a quote. He worked great with my photographer, even though they had not communicated at all before! My husband and I decided we wanted to add a longer highlight reel and he said it was no problem, and quoted me another amazingly reasonable price. I enjoyed every moment of working with Matt, and I love our highlight video so much! I can’t wait to see the raw footage too. He added humor while we were recording, and was just an all around great guy! Should we ever need a videographer for anything again, I would 1000% book them again.

They were really easy to work with. They did make it uncomfortable at all I didn't know they were there most of the night and they have a real quick turnaround. My husband and I were tearing up when we watched the video they made.

I’ve really tried to decide whether or not to write a review but I feel I need to as our experience was so incredibly awful. We hired Pacific Hearts to film our wedding after watching countless videos from their website. We fell in love with them and we wanted our video to be the same as everything they had represented. We picked their 2nd best package after watching Summer and Nathan’s wedding video and wanting something equally as good. We waited 11 weeks for our video after countless excuses and when it finally arrived it was sent with an apology. Our video looked like a 3rd grader with a really old phone filmed our wedding. The video was absolutely terrible. I cried the entire day after I watched it. The footage was gray and grainy and the dancing portion looked like it was shot in the 80’s. We ended up being fully refunded and we’re out a beautiful wedding video. It’s not something you get a chance to redo so knowing that was taken away from us was heartbreaking. I can’t say the same will happen to you, but this was what happened to us.

One of the most often cited things that couples wish they had done was to hire a videographer. Pacific Hearts does a fantastic job of capturing the important moments qnd editing them into qa wonderful finished product.

Matt was easy to work with. Very professional from the first meeting to the finished product. My wife and I feel we received excellent service. He made two 8 minute highlight videos for us and gave us the raw footage to keep. His rates are very reasonable. He used a drone camera to capture some beautiful outdoor aerial shots. I know he has done wedding videography for many couples of different cultures. My wife and I are Vietnamese and one our highlight videos focused on our tea ceremony.

Matt from Pacific Hearts is amazing! very professional, punctual, and very easy to talk to. My husband and I weren't very sure if we wanted to have a videographer for our wedding, but a little push from our families made us reconsider. When we met Matt, we were convinced he was our guy for our big day. His prices are reasonable, and his work is amazing, I am so happy that we gave in and hired him. The short highlight video brought tears to our eyes. So having that said, I can't wait to see the longer video that he is preparing for us. I just wanted to recommend Pacific Hearts based on our wedding day experience. Matt was WONDERFUL to work with. He actually met with us about a month before our wedding to chat about our “vision”. We found him extremely enthusiastic and professional. Every communication with Matt was so easy and successful! Then, on our wedding day, he was so easy going and attentive. My two friends that also got married this year recommended Matt from Pacific Hearts. He was very professional and easy to work with! We loved how he was willing to record as early as 7:30am for our tradition tea ceremony to the end of the reception at around 10pm! I was very reluctant to go with a videographer for our wedding, but my wife insisted. I am so very grateful that we did. Matt was AMAZING. Arrived early and used a drone to capture the location of our wedding and throughout the day - we never noticed him during our ceremony. When we received the finished product, we saw his magic. Matt has the ability to capture, not only the beauty of my wife- but the love and emotion of our day. He is the man who couples want to work with for their wedding day. Matt is very professional, excellent in communication, and most importantly he is punctual! Anyway, I liked the fact that Matt initiated for me and my husband to meet him face-to-face before our wedding to plan for the video. Matt listened and respected our ideas, which I liked because I believe that our input as costumers is very important. All I want to remember (which is everything) on my wedding day were all captured/filmed by Matt! From the preparations (including bride and groom's preparation), beginning and ending of ceremony, to the end of reception. Plus, surprise messages from my guests! Unlike other videographer, Matt will first show you the video he made based on your requests to give you chance to tell him to edit some changes you want him to make before he produce it to where your family and friends can see. Remember, not all videographers offer this! Matt will also offer you, for purchase, the raw copies of everything he filmed on your wedding day for a very affordable price! The copy of the raw videos mailed to me so quick. We have worked with Matt twice when he was still based in Salt Lake City. The first time to film our proposal, the second time for our wedding day. He's a great videographer and is incredibly professional. Both of our videos were completed in a timely manner and were of good quality. We loved working with Matt and are so glad that he was able to capture so many special moments from our wedding.
