Not only were they amazing on the day of our wedding but they were extremely responsive and helpful before the wedding, helping us calm our nerves and answer all of our questions. Also can’t forget to mention that they became our great friends in the process! We received our video and ohhhhh myyyy godddd the tears were flowing!! It couldn’t have turned out more perfect. They captured who we are to the point where it’s like they’ve known us our whole lives. We can’t stop watching our video, it just brings so many memories back that photos alone simply can’t. No one would believe that day was our first time meeting them in person because they just made us all feel so comfortable around them. Through all of the unpredictable, changing logistics of our wedding, Arielle and Ben were right there with us helping us figure it out. As for their work, though we had just our house to work with, they captured every detail and every moment so incredibly. They sent us previews the night of and the turnaround for their work was so quick!! We cried at how beautifully they captured our special day. We still keep in touch with them to this day and will book them for all of our future photo/video needs. They are amazing humans and incredibly talented photo/videographers. We love Ben and Arielle!

uture son-in-law who live in SC on a personal level. Not any easy thing considering the distance between them and being in a pandemic. But somewhere along the way they bonded over their mutual love of “The Office” and a deep friendship was formed. The day of our daughter’s wedding they made everyone feel at ease and comfortable throughout the entire day. While directing, posing and corralling our obnoxious and loud family there lots of joking around and laughter. The bridal party and families commented throughout the day how fun Ben and Arielle were. They were quick and efficient yet we never felt rushed. We so appreciated their professionalism, talent and the passion for capturing love, one moment at a time. They also gave us some stellar vendor recommendations during the planning process which was a huge help. 2020 has been a crazy year for everyone, with the pandemic and the wildfires going on the week of our wedding. Arielle and Ben enthusiastically adapted to three venue changes, numerous guest count changes and multiple timelines. Our second venue cancelled one day before the wedding and we had to scramble to find a new venue in less than 24 hours. The support and encouragement they gave us was exceptional and they were so accommodating and understanding, which eased our worries about everything else. Despite the stress leading up to the big day, the day of the wedding was flawless. They captured such beautiful moments and our friends and family commented on how fun and professional they were. They even got adorable pictures of us walking with our dog in a tuxedo! My husband and I are not great with words and are not super romantic people. We didn’t write vows or write letters to each other, but Arielle and Ben totally nailed our adventurous and silly personalities in our photos and video. They spent months getting to know us and it truly shows in how they captured our wedding day. Thank you so much Arielle and Ben! Their prompt responses and flexibility as we had to cancel our 05/2020 and 08/2020 weddings as a result of COVID19 helped make this process so much easier. They were even able to mic everyone up and do a last minute video recording of our ceremony so that our families did not feel left out.

Arielle handles most of the communication and is very professional, responsive, and was incredibly helpful in coordinating our intimate elopement providing creative and unique ideas and touches. Both Ben & Arielle have an incredible sense of adventure and are up for anything! We hiked to a remote waterfall for our engagement and through a pretty overgrown trail to some cliffs on the Oregon Coast for our wedding. Not only were they excited and up for the adventure but they were so kind to help our parents down the steepest part of the climb, fix hair, wipe tears and lipstick, etc. Their pricing is extremely reasonable for the effort they put in and the quality of their work! These two cannot do anything less than 200% and it shows in the quality of the photos and video they produce. We've only have our sneak peaks (which they got to us by the next morning which was insanely fast) and honestly the are so gorgeous we would be happy if they were the only pictures from our special day. We cannot wait to see the rest and our video! I have no doubts they will exceed our expectations! I could not recommend anyone more highly! We are now Pacific Northwest Imagery lifers -- these guys have been with us through our engagement & elopement and we hope to be there for our future reception, holiday cards, baby announcements, family photos, etc. We love you guys!

They have been so caring and attentive to whatever we need and have been so easy to work with. Always super easy to get ahold of which has been so important with rescheduling! Arielle reached out to let me know that she was available for that date and was so nice and welcoming and answered SO MANY questions for us! She even worked with our budget and produced a very high quality product. She also let us push out our final payment date a couple days until after pay day! Hallelujah! We did not meet with Arielle before our event, but she fit right in with us when she arrived! She was so easy to get along with and really made me feel comfortable in front of the camera, even though I was very self-conscious. She worked so well with our photographer and our other vendors as well. She had creative ideas and incorporated all of the things we wanted into our final video. Furthermore, she joined us at a different location last minute to take even more footage of us which we had not discussed with her yet! Plus, she had the final product to us a MONTH after our event, which was almost a whole month sooner that it was expected! You will not regret working with Arielle and Pacific Northwest Imagery!

before picking one. Arielle has the best style and I felt like besties from the first email exchange. She answered all my questions and was just so positive and splendid. I also loved the pics from Instagram and their website. We booked them. We moved to text and she sent little check-ins and even a card in the mail as the day got closer. Next, the engagement photos were great. I wanted to include the dogs, which they made so easy - even taking their leashes while we got couple specific photos. They helped us find a place that was breathtaking and special for us. Ben and Arielle are just the sweetest couple, and as we were in the beginning stages of our new forever, it’s so nice to be around two people that work so easily together - and are clearly in love! It made me all the more excited for our marriage. Arielle also got our pics to us so quickly that got me pumped for the big day. As the day got closer, I had to talk through the timeline like ten times and Arielle changed it each time, not acting even the slightest annoyed! Then I wished we’d gone with the bigger package, and Arielle edited and added that in, no problem. On the wedding day, Ben and Arielle were just the best. They arrived early and are so easy going and positive that they fit in every space so naturally. My hubby was super comfortable around Ben which made me worry less about how the guys were doing. Arielle has such a calming, encouraging presence that made me at ease all morning - even when we were off schedule. I’m a huge type A and she let me lead and boss in a way that I can’t help myself. I also knew she’d direct me and the group whenever needed. We got back off schedule at the end of the night and Arielle and Ben stayed longer than the plan. And they told me to stop worrying about it and wouldn’t leave until we got all we needed. Even at the end they checked in to make sure we had everything we wanted. I wanted them to stay all night simply because I felt like my friends were leaving. We got our sneak peeks right away - further cementing that we made the best best choice. They were awesome. I LOVE the pics, but even more than that (and really just as important), I love the people. They were a part of our most intimate moment, and how special to love the people who shared it with us. My only regret was not doing the bridal pics. All of Arielle’s work is stunning, and truly makes every body look beautiful. BOOK THESE PEOPLE.

Coming into the shoot we were really nervous because we rarely take pictures and tend to be awkward, but Arielle made us laugh and feel comfortable the whole time. One of the things that we loved about working with Ben and Arielle is that they truly want to get to know you and get to know your style as a couple/family. They enjoy knowing the story behind your relationship, and they use this info to give you the best most personal shots you could imagine! We have a beautiful mix of gorgeous family portraits, dreamy candid forest shots from our first look, amazing groomsmen and bridal party shots, and some super fun bad ass dance floor party pics! I also really appreciated working with them as a bride - they helped me create my timeline, and they helped me stick to my timeline on the wedding day. I felt like I had complete reassurance that they were there to support me. Arielle is so sweet, she worked really hard to keep me calm and happy on my wedding day and it was everything! Ben and Arielle were also willing to customize a package for us, with a quick engagement session (quick by my husband's and I's request!), a really fun budiour shoot, and Arielle even shot parts of my bridal shower for me. Those photos are so special to have! I was also able to use photos from my budiour session for a wedding gift for my husband. Arielle made me feel very comfortable during the shoot and it was actually really fun! They even came to our rehearsal at the venue to see the lighting and the space so they could be prepared to shoot the wedding. They made the entire process easy, relaxing, and fun and we are very pleased with our pictures! Thank you Ben & Arielle!
