We are James and Heather and we are so excited to provide you with our adorable trailer at your event. While we are both veterans of the military, we have been working in special events as a side business for over a decade. We moved our family to Ridgefield from Boston in 2011 and have loved calling this community home. We enjoy camping with our sons and our three dogs in our spare time. We are an inclusive business that caters to any event, including family-friendly service. We look forward to celebrating with you!

ns for me to choose from when discussing how best to utilize the tap truck at my wedding. She worked with a mixologist to produce two batched cocktails that were an overwhelming hit among my guests! It was awesome to feature two of my favorite beers alongside the mixed drinks, and wine on top of that. Heather + James also sourced nonalcoholic drinks, including diet Coke that they served, and sweet tea that guests were able to help themselves too next to the water station. I cannot recommend PNW Mobile Taps enough for your wedding or event! I am already looking for a reason to hire them again. Truly a pleasure to work with, and a wonderful addition to our special day. It wouldn't have been the same without them!

eded to make the day so go smoothly. They told us that they would come before our ceremony so that there wouldn’t be any disruptions or distractions. It was a huge stressor taken off our plate to be able to have the drinks all taken care of and to know that PNW Mobile Taps had everything from the exact drinks we wanted, cups, serving dispensers, the amazing teardrop camper, and even took it on them to pick up and return the kegs back to the brewery for us. In the best ways possible we barely noticed they were there because it was so seamless and they fit right into our theme and wedding day environment. Even before our wedding Heather messaged us to tell us that they had everything handled with picking up the drinks, and after our wedding she messaged us to thank us and even sent us pictures of the day which was so sweet. We loved using PNW Mobile Taps and would recommend others to do so too. At the end of the night they even used the extra iced tea and lemonade jugs to have our family take home the extra beer from the kegs because we forgot to bring growlers.
