I don't even know where to begin. If it were up to me, I would have never booked my in-laws Golden Anniversary celebration here. The venue is too expensive and it seems like they n...

ickel and dime you w/ every single thing. The Manning Wu, the event coordinator I worked w/ was okay, but it seems like this was her first job being a coordinator. She didn't know what an event walk-through was. While I can't blame her for that, it would seem pretty standard for coordinators to know what that is. While it was okay to work w/ her, I wasn't impressed with the overall customer service with the entire resort. While my in-laws anniversary celebration was a great success, I would still not recommend to book your wedding or even stay at this resort. food to fit for different cultures of people. The employees there are very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Overall, it is a great choice for couples to have their wedding at Pacific Palms Resort.
