I did all my rentals from them and they were so great with the set up and the selection. It ended up raining the morning of my wedding but they were able to accommodate changes. Had an excellent experience!
PPR gave quality service and quality work with a beautiful ending! We had our wedding at our uncles home; and the backyard was a blank canvas. Pua and her team came out a few months prior to scope out how we can set up tents and tables; it was a small space but the end result exceeded my expectations. The size tent they recommended and placement of stakes was perfect, not blocking the walkway, flowed from food area to dance floor and tables. The set up team came the day prior and cleaned up the day after; so efficient. To watch what our backyard transformed into was amazing and breathtaking with the Kaneohe views. Thank You PPR for your amazing work and bring my dream wedding to reality.

Pacific Party Rentals beautifully furnished our wedding.
We got married in January so had to be prepared for whichever weather came our way. Luckily the team at Pacific Party Rentals were able to accommodate and even made some last minute changes to extra tents we potentially needed.
It made our special day so memorable and fun to have a tableware, cutlery, tenting, and lighting that perfectly framed our style.
Everything was of great quality and style. I would highly recommend using them for any party rental need.
Pua was a delight to work with- She was very knowledgeable and Helpful in getting just the right items ordered. She was very patient with my change of plans and partnered well with my party planner-
PPR offered a great selection at very reasonable prices. We had an outdoor wedding so had a laundry list of rental items: tent, lights, dance floor, tables, chairs, dishware, utensils, etc. Everything came in great condition, and was set up professionally and on time. They have various options of each item category to accommodate every budget.
We made some modifications along the way and they were always able to accommodate it (even switching to a larger tent a month out). The only thing to be mindful of is they have such a large selection so their website doesn’t have pictures of everything. There are also some links that are broken, and given we were planning our wedding from CA, there were a few items that didn’t look exactly as we anticipated.
Overall, we were very satisfied and would recommend all of our friends and family to use them.
Pacific Party Rentals supplied many of the items used at our wedding this summer at Dillingham Ranch and were great to work with. Very responsive to emails and phone calls, everything was very nice looking (no finger marks or chips in anything) and the team did a great job at walking me through things from afar as I couldn’t visit them in person to see items.
I really appreciated their honesty about things such as tablecloths when they told me it wasn't necessary to spend additional money and that a budget friendly fabric would look great (it did and no one noticed any difference).

Dealing with Pacific Party Rentals was an easy experience. We had an idea of what we were getting into from the information on their website, but going to their offices in person to build our table layout was not only a lot of fun, but let us play around with a few ideas before settling on our final design. The prices were reasonable and everything we rented was in great condition. Even though they allow you to pick up/ drop off your rentals to save money, I highly recommend just having the company do it. We opted to save money but found it was an unnecessary hassle that we had to assign one of our guests to handle. Overall, using Pacific Party Rentals was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them.

Pua and Pacific Party Rentals team perfectly executed my vision exactly as I anticipated. Our bohemian and vintage theme came into reality and in awe for the final result on our wedding day. Despite the last minute changes, she was easy to communicate with and was able to make those changes without any issues. Our guests couldn’t get over how beautiful every detail that was put into our decor, thanks to Pua and her team!
So happy with our decision to use PPR for our wedding rentals. Pua was so helpful and SUPER quick to respond to any of my concerns. She also worked super well with my coordinator to ensure we had everything we needed for our big day. Also after comparing with other rental companies they were definitely the more affordable of them all! Definitely recommend them!
These guys are amazing. Had my wedding reception at Charlie's Pond at Sunset Ranch & rented almost everything through PPR. Their products are high quality & their setup team is efficient, professional, & really impressive (especially the guy in the tree setting up the cafe lighting above the dance floor)! I communicated with Keli'i & Pua; both of them were great! Very knowledgable & helpful (I planned this myself from New York so I needed guidance on everything; I had no idea what I was doing when I started), quick to respond, & really flexible with all my changes. Really glad I went with PPR for my wedding reception, couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.
As a couple uniting family and friends from across the globe, we chose to host our wedding in Hawaii. We planned our destination wedding from abroad.
Upon the time we contracted to host our wedding at Loulu Palm, it was required that we work with Pacific Party Rentals (PPR) to rent tents, chairs, tables, etc. At this time, we began working with Pua at PPR. Pua provided was wonderful to work with, she was accessible to us via email and phone throughout the planning process, addressing our various queries and concerns. Responsiveness to emails was wonderful, generally within 24 hours.
Throughout our time planning, approximately 15 months, Loulu Palms were expanding their own inventory of rental items. In the end we were able to rent our wedding needs - tent, chairs, tables, bar, dance floor, wine barrel, arch, etc. through a combination of Loulu Palm and PPR.
PPR delivered and setup our wedding needs including clear top tent with string lights, two marquee tents, dance floor with string lights overhead, stage, tables and linens. The wedding day setup was beautiful and the layout was as agreed. Unfortunately we were very disappointed that 2 strands of lights in the main tent were not working, leaving a darkness in part of the tent. We brought this concern to our wedding coordinator, however it was unable to be rectified. This was especially disappointing in the evening as so much of the ambiance and romantic feeling of a clear top tent is a result of the lighting. The wheel style lighting was costly and for 2 strands to not be functioning was upsetting.
Pua and her team were very pleasant to work with and we would recommend them to future couples.
PPR was responsive, friendly, and provided an excellent set up for our wedding. Everyone on their team was incredibly nice and easy to work with. They designed the layout and provided a mock up prior to our big day to make sure we were satisfied. Worth every penny!
I got married at Sunset Ranch and they require you to use Pacific Party Rentals. I was a little concerned that I had no choice in the matter but I had no reason to be worried! Pua was so easy to work with and communicate with. Pricing was clearly communicated and I heard that they would price match other companies, although I never tried. We changed our mind a few times and Pua did a great job of giving us different options and pricing scenarios based on the look we wanted to achieve and how much we wanted to spend. I did not have to worry about set-up or take down and everything was exactly how I has envisioned!
Absolute professionals! Working with them was a breeze on my part! Despite changing my mind so many times and e-mailing them on so many ideas, and they kept up 100%! They were prompt in all matters and were so reliable that even the wedding venue hardly had to say anything to them! The white tent, gold chivari chairs, chandelier, wheel cafe lighting were all absolutely gorgeous!! They even brought the linens on hangers so that I wouldn't have to worry about having creases to steam/iron out. I would absolutely recommend them and hire them again for any future events!
We were required to use PPR with our chosen venue, Sunset Ranch, but they were so amazing. Our point of contact, Pua, was so easy to work with and was very friendly, flexible, and accommodating. PPR made our reception space look beautiful!

While I was a little nervous about the price I had to pay for all my rentals... this company ended up being great.
About a week before the wedding, they threw in extra decorations, a bigger tent for the reception and kept in constant with me about any and everything that I needed.
This was the company I had to use through the venue I booked, but would definitely use them again.
I planned our wedding in 3 months and Pacific Party Rentals could not have been more helpful during the entire process! Pua was beyond amazing! She helped me figure out layouts and budget type things over the phone and was incredibly insightful and patient with me as I asked question after question. The set up and break down crew were also amazing. They were super quick to put everything up and were also helpful with the layout of our reception area. We had an outdoor backyard wedding. Pacific Party Rentals pretty much laid out the atmosphere for the elegant rustic look we were going for. It turned out beautiful and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. If we ever throw another big event, we will definitely be using this company!
We were required to use Pacific Party Rentals by our venue Sunset Ranch. Coordinating our event required everything to be brought in. Initially I was overwhelmed by all of the details, but PPR was very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. Plus I couldn’t have asked for a more responsive vendor, they never took more than a day to get back to me. The end product was stunning, I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you PPR!
PPR provided great service! They were very patient with us and helped us finalize layouts and seating charts and they were very familiar with our wedding venue. They have a huge inventory of beautiful rentals that can be easily seen on their website. We also went to their warehouse to view their inventory in person. Pretty much anything you can dream of, PPR can make it happen!
The first time we inquired about party rentals for weddings...PPR was the 1st and only stop we made. The staff were very accommodating. We went to the warehouse and met with Sheryl. She was great. There were so many options and pictures to choose from, we felt that we didn't need to go anywhere else. Just from the talk with Sheryl we knew that we wouldn't have to worry about getting the right equipment or the right chair, or the right size tent. There was never a stupid question with them, they were open to our ideas and offered suggestions to see how well they could accommodate our needs or what options we had. It was very easy for me to send them an email and ask if I could see a pictures of what they had and some set-ups that they have already done in the past. They came to our event to deliver the supplies right on time, I don't think I ever had a moment where I had to worry about them at all. Thank you PPR.
We went with Pacific Party Rentals after another vendor we were working with suddenly booked another event and told us they were no longer willing to handle our wedding. Luckily Pacific is now the preferred party rental company for our venue (Kualoa Ranch) so they were able to accommodate us on very short notice (like, a few weeks before the wedding).
I think you're required to use Pacific at Kualoa Ranch now, but we were grandfathered in under their old plan. I felt like there was a lot of back and forth for me on rentals in general because even though the items we were looking for were fairly basic – not every rental company will have everything you are looking for or the price differences will vary widely. It was one of the tougher vendors to crack.
We got married on Secret Island at Kualoa Ranch so it was painful to see the cost alone of simply transporting the chairs over to the island. Far outweighed the cost per chair for about 45 chairs. Like, OUCH. But what are you gonna do? I hear lots of Hawaii people often have folks standing during their ceremonies. I’m local but my groom and guests were mostly mainlanders and standing around wouldn’t have cut it.
In the end, I was pleased with the décor. It was standard stuff like cutlery, gold chargers, string lights, extra tables for serving/high boys and beverage dispensers for the cocktail hour. Linens = all white, everything. They were the easy choice because they were the only choice on such short notice.
We didn't have a choice in using PRR, but they were still fantastic so I wanted to write a review. Right at the last minute (think day before the wedding) I got a call from my wedding coordinator asking if it was okay to change our reception venue. Since the location was just as awesome as our initial one I said yes. She mentioned that PRR was willing to upgrade all our previously rented and paid for items, including our tent, chairs, and lighting b/c we helped them out by changing locations. Sweet deal for us and it worked out even better than I could have imagined! We had a large 30x60 clear tent (originally 30x40) and resin chairs with padding (originally no padding) with cafe lighting. Everything was beautiful and clean.
I could not have been more pleased with Pacific Party Rentals. I was married on February 8th, 2013. The crew were reasonably priced, on time and at the last moment able to add a small dance floor for our big number as husband and wife. While I was not there for tear down I heard that they were in an out with ease and speed, which was nice since the reception was held at the vacation home my family was renting. I recommend this rental company to anyone on the island looking for any kind of catering rentals.

I recently got married at Loulu Palm Estate and they required me to use PPR. At first I felt concerned that we would "have to" use a vendor without our own personal choice. Once I realized that PPR is known to be the most reliable and professional party rental company on the island, we felt more at ease. We were able to use other rental companies as long as PPR didn't carry the same items in their inventory. After countless emails and phone calls, we kept getting more impressed and pleased working with PPR.
We were on a very tight budget and didn't have a wedding coordinator for the whole ordering process. Sheryl treated us with respect and accommodating to my newness in the wedding planning.

*Love them!! If your venue doesn't require using PPR...book them either way. For the same cost anywhere else, you might as well use the most efficient and professional rental service
It is no joke that this place broke the budget a little bit. However, as everyone told us, well worth the money! The owner, Sheryl, knows how to run her business. She does not leave any stone unturned and if you need to keep costs down, let her know so she can save you some dollars. Her staff was very friendly and professional, there was not a time that anyone thought they did not know what they were doing. They whipped it up and called it a day. Without them, we would not have tables, chairs, linens or a tent for our lawn to bring the indoors-outside. The quality of their stuff is the best I have seen and they are not afraid to take you on a tour of their warehouse and show you. This definitely helped us in the decision making process. What we also liked is that we were able to give them a copy of our layout so they know where to put everything. Other places told us that all they do is set up the tent and drop the items off. You get what you pay for and in the end, we chose quality.
Sheryl at PPR is literally the most incredible person to work with when it comes to putting together the rentals for your wedding day. We originally met with her at her showroom about a year and a half prior to our wedding date, and she made us feel so comfortable (we were clueless). She stepped us through everything. We got to see and touch the rentals up close, which was great. As for the rental options, I feel like they had everything under the sun: a huge variety of linens, different types of glassware, a ton of table shapes and sizes. The quality of the items was really nice as well. Throughout the whole wedding planning process, I literally made a thousand changes (including the week prior to the wedding). She was so kind and receptive and helpful throughout all of it. I cannot thank PPR enough. They did such an amazing job. Everything looked wonderful the day of the wedding. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Last Sunday our daughter got married in Hawaii. The atmosphere was spectacular and it was largely due to the beautiful clear top tent we got from Pacific Party Rentals. It was an overcast day, but the tent let in enough light to make it feel really special, like being in a beautiful greenhouse.
I can't thank Sheryl and the staff enough, for all their help and extreme patience (as I kept changing my order). The staff was prompt and everything turned out exactly as planned. I would definitely use Pacific Party Rentals again!
We rented tables, chairs, china, linens, etc. from PPR for our wedding at Heeia State Park. Let me tell you, if you can get past their AWFUL website, it is definitely worthwhile to make an office appointment. We met with Sheryl and she was OUTSTANDING throughout the whole process. Although her emails were very local style (which I'm not a fan of), she was always prompt and we got most of our invoicing done through email after our initial meeting.
As far as I know, PPR pricing is comparable to other rental companies on the island. Accel is cheaper, but if you check out their equipment it's in rougher condition than PPR's. PPR keeps everything in good shape.
We paid for setup and breakdown of the tables and everything went well. I wasn't onsite for the dropoff/setup, but my aunty said the crew was very professional and quick!
I put 4.5 stars on Quality of Service because their website is beyond awful for checking pictures and prices. They were actually out of the running as a vendor initially because of their website.
My wedding coordinator did most of the communicating with PPR, but I will say from my limited direct communication with them that they were very professional, easy to work with, quick communication. Everything supplied for our wedding was exactly what we asked for. You will be happy with their services!

Do not look any further...Pacific Party Rentals gets the job done perfectly and impeccably! Sheryl made sure all of our requests were fulfilled, she was always so pleasant and professional. She made sure everything was in place to make our wedding day PERFECT! The quality of the chairs, tables, silverware, linens, etc...was all impeccable, in great condition, and clean! Even the staff worked fast and efficiently. 5 stars all around, if we had to do it again we would go with them again no questions asked!
I was a difficult bride, to say the least, when it came to my party rentals. I was changing things up to the day before the wedding.
Sheryl at Pacific Party Rentals was the most upbeat, positive, and helpful person I dealt with the entire wedding. She was always available to help me, even when I was begging her to figure out a way to fit 105 people under a smaller tent! She went above and beyond to help keep my costs low. She even called me back, after I had already paid off the balance, to tell me she could switch some of her events around, get me a smaller tent, and save me $300! Her hard work and attention to my needs was a true blessing.
The set up was quick and the rentals were beautiful. They were there on time to break down, and one of the delivery men even offered to take some trash to the dumpster for me.
This company has the best prices (I was on a budget so I shopped around) and HAND DOWN, the absolute BEST service. I am so glad I used Pacific Party Rentals!
We used Pacific Party Rentals for our wedding in Loulu Palms Estate (Haleiwa, HI) on the 16th of June (2012). We are so pleased with the quality of their rentals from the tents to the lanterns even to the utensils that were used. They are so easy to work with and has so much patience to deal with. : ) Up until the wedding day, they were able to deliver our equipment and supplies to the site and more! They were on time and they really did make sure that every little detail of our wedding was covered. They provided me with suggestions on what would work and what we can use as an alternate. They're prices are reasonable and they will work with you with whatever is needed to make your DAY as perfect as possible! We used Pacific Party Rentals for our recent wedding at Loulu Palm Estate. They were so helpful with layouts, equipment and ideas! Sheryl was soo responsive every time we called in or emailed her. They were so quick to set up all of the equipment and gave everyone plenty of time set up for the wedding night. We highly recommend Pacific Party Rentals!
We used pacific party rentals for our wedding at the Loulu Palm Estate. They provided everything we needed. We got the clear top tent with laterns. It looked great.
I used PPR for all of my rentals and they were amazing! I probably changed my order 20 times and Sheryl always responded within 24 hours with a new updated invoice. I thought the prices were reasonable (We had a destination wedding on the North Shore of Oahu from California). About a month before the wedding I told Sheryl that I wanted to rent 66 bowls/ platters for the tables to do family style dinner and she ordered them just so I could rent them for the wedding. Everything was perfect. The tent was beautiful and they have classy white dance floors.
SO thankful that we used them and thankful that Sheryl was so patient. I would use this vendor again in a heart beat!
A little pricey, but great staff and quality of rentals. We rented tents, chuppah, and hung lanterns. Quick response and very flexible. A little unorganized at times, but everything worked out fine.
Not only was Sheryl at Pacific Party Rentals an absolute DOLL..but she put together an event setting for us that was just gorgeous!! She really knows her stuff and when I started to describe what I was looking for...she was ON POINT! Our wedding set up out at Lanikuhonua was sooo beautiful. From the ceremony structures, to the buffet, the bar, candy buffet, cake tables, dance floor and guest areas were all just fabulous! Plus everything looked brand new!! I am so thankful I came across Sheryl and her incredible staff...she took all the worry right out of wedding planning for me. I cannot thank her enough for all she did to make our BIG DAY not only special..but beautiful as well.
Pacific Party Rentals not only delivered our rentals (tent, tables, chairs, drinking glasses) on time but delivered them early. The guys were incredibly nice and professional, quick at the set-up and secured everything so tightly to the ground (we were in a windy locale). I also appreciated that they placed the chair stacks underneath the covering of our wedding location so that they would not get soaked before the wedding. They arrived early to pick up our equipment as well and broke-down just as quickly as they set-up. I really liked their rental equipment also because it is newer, cleaner, and better kept than other rental companies I looked into using. They are a busy company but easy to work with.
