o Gelato & Caffe. They brought a beautiful gelato cart to our gala and set up right in the middle of the courtyard. Debbie was fabulous to work with. She responded very quickly to all of my inquiries and provided detailed and concise information about prices and services. She gave us lots of different options for our event and helped us figure out what would work best for our group of 160 guests. She made she we knew exactly what she needed so we could be ready for her. She arrived during dinner and got set up so with no hassle whatsoever. By the time we were ready for dessert, she was ready to go! We had recently attended a wedding in Verona, Italy where they had a gelato cart and were hoping to capture a little of that same Italian vibe at our event. Paciugo delivered big time. The guests absolutely LOVED having the gelato cart. Not only were the gelato and cookies delicious, but the cart provided a very unique change from a more traditional dessert option. I can't recommend Debbie and her team enough! If you're looking for a great choice for your guests and want a team that will provide outstanding service, Paciugo Gelato & Caffe is the way to go!

ent! Their gelato is absolutely amazing! They have a variety of flavors to choose from including non-dairy and sorbet flavors! My person favorites are their pumpkin which is available during the fall and their Baccio (dark chocolate and hazelnut) available all the time! You can't go wrong with Paciugo!

the storefront and go frequently, so it was really special that we had it at our wedding. Many of our guests had 2-3 flavors because they were so good they wanted to keep trying more. I also love that when we want to reminisce about the wedding we can go to the storefront and enjoy our favorite flavor. I can not recommend doing this enough!

Native Floridian, Debbie Safko, has been the owner of Paciugo Gelato and Caffe since 2017, along with her husband, Mark. They have great fun in the gelato business and especially love the catering side of the gelato business. She has catered many, many weddings with creativity and professionalism. Debbie loves her morning walks with her Sheepadoodle, bike riding and hiking. Debbie has been blessed with five grandchildren.
