I had already found my perfect ring online and Packhouz was the only jeweler in town that was a dealer in this brand. In calling the store I spoke with Heidi who was very nice &am...p; helpful. They did not carry that ring but got one in for me right away! I went there two times to try the ring on and in deciding if it was "the one". They were never pushy about the sale, just very nice and helpful!
