Meet Nate Haust, an individual whose love for the outdoors and entrepreneurial drive has shaped his journey. Born and raised in New England, Nate began his career as a Professional Snowboarder at a young age. In the fall of 2017, Nate moved west to Truckee, where he continued to pursue his career while bartending in fine dining establishments during the offseason. Nate and his co-founder Jake, decided to take their bar experience on the road. They acquired a vintage horse trailer, tore it down, and meticulously built it from the ground up, crafting a unique mobile bartending experience.

Nate made the entire process easy and the guests absolutely loved the fun they brought to our wedding. From the drinks to the vibe these guys made our special night even better than expected. We thought we were just getting bartenders but they felt like a part of the wedding by the end of it! Can’t recommend these guys enough!

Nate was both professional and great with the guests. He made the whole process an easy one and provided a fantastic experience. The retrofitted horse trailer that has been turned into a stunning and rustic bar set up brought the exact vibe we were looking for. Highly recommend this crew for your event, they make stellar drinks and you could tell they enjoy what they do. Everyone loved them!

I had heard about Paddock Provisions from a good friend of mine who spoke about how amazing the bar was in person. Last year, I held a party at my residence in South Lake and hired Paddock Provisions to come and cater my event. The hiring process was easy and they helped out tremendously with the planning of my event. We discussed what typed of beverages I would like to have supplied and they handled everything else. From fresh squeezed mixers to beautiful cocktails, they did an excellent job and made my party the talk of the town. I highly recommend Paddock Provisions for any and all future events!
