r engagement photos back to us more timely than we thought possible which was great! As we got closer to the wedding, I sent her emails to set up a timeline for photography so I could know when to tell family to be there and make sure we got all the important shots. It took until the week before the wedding for her to respond, which put some pressure on me, but didn't warrant any ill-will. After the wedding, we got a really solid amount of sneak peaks back within 24 hours which was again impressive to us. We knew Paige was getting married shortly after us and expected to wait a little longer than our promised time of 4-6 weeks to get our whole gallery back, but we do wish we had sat down with Paige to actually discuss what a more realistic timeline would have been. We received our whole gallery 13 weeks after our wedding. I emailed Paige in this waiting time asking when we should expect them, but never got a response, which started to peeve me, but at least we were in communication again. Shortly after this we got an email with instructions on selecting which photos we wanted as prints. Our package included prints, a usb drive of the photos, and a physical wedding album. We selected them, but over a month went by and we hadn't heard or received anything so I sent another email, where I also included our address for the prints in case she didn't have it. Another month passed, and I shot Paige a text on the off chance something happened with her emails. I'm honestly at a loss for what to do as were basically 6 months after the wedding and still don't have all of the deliverables we were supposed to have within 6 weeks and can't even seem to get a hold of Paige. If at any point Paige had let us know why there was a delay or even that she was aware of our waiting I wouldn't be making a fuss or giving anything other than 5 stars. I truly try to be an understanding person, but that becomes difficult when you've paid someone for a service they didn't fully complete and they won't even correspond with you, which is why I felt the need to write an unfortunately critical review. I really did love Paige for the majority of the time we worked with her, and her photos are really stunning and impressive. She is clearly hardworking and will put in incredible talent and effort to capture your day beautifully. I just can't in good faith recommend her services if they mean she can break her contract and ghost us for eternity.
