After a day of delicious food, drink, and socialization they ended up posting these amazing photos from the event. I then realized I hadn’t even spoke to the photographer and WOW were her photos great! They were light and airy, not overly photoshopped, and very detail oriented. I knew I had to talk to her so I found her Instagram from the open house program and slid into her DMs. Haha! Little did I know, she was the one with the sprinkle headband. I remember thinking it made her look like such a fun bubbly person. We ended up talking so much back in forth, she was like a mini wedding planner! She gave me so many suggestions and guidance I truly believe she set me up for success. We wanted to book her before we even had a wedding planner or venue booked. We had nothing but our jewel tone color palette (which she helped us finesse) a dream of Dance Dance Revolution & breakfast for dinner. Fast forward to the wedding day Paige and her associate blew all expectations out of the water. Everyone in our wedding felt at ease and like they were getting their photos taken by a trusted friend the whole time. We naturally posed and felt like the best versions of ourselves. We put so much love, sweat, and planning into every aspect of our wedding to showcase our quirky relationship. She was able to capture it all! My fiancé hired Paige as a surprise photographer for the proposal, and it was the BEST experience. She got to Mueller Park early to scout out the perfect spot with the best scenery and lighting and even scattered rose petals to set the scene (and make sure he stopped in the right place). She captured the sweetest candid photos of him down on one knee and us hugging afterwards. When I look at those pictures, it immediately transports me back to that moment and I get the warm fuzzies all over again! After she gave us the chance to soak it all in, she led us through the park for a little photoshoot with the two of us (plus some photos with our dog and my sister)! We normally are very posed and don’t always know what to do in front of the camera, but Paige’s personality put us at ease. She gave us the perfect amount of guidance to strike a balance between posed and candid shots, so everything felt so natural and genuine. ur friends and family! Everyone was so in love with our engagement photos, they were so excited to find out we'd be having the same photographer at the wedding too. As the universe would have it, she was available (a miracle in and of itself) and I immediately snagged her for the date. I worked with Paige through engagement photos, a boudoir shoot, rescheduled 2020 and 2021 full-sized weddings (which never happened), and finally our intimate wedding on February 21, 2021. Through all of that, Paige was amazing to work with!! She was so flexible for us during such a challenging time for wedding planning and made the entire process so easy for us. As our plans changed, including Paige was always a no-brainer for us. We started with our engagement photos in November 2019 where we faked effortlessly cool fall photos (when really we were sweating in our sweaters) but she sure made it look perfect. Fast forward through two covid postponements- Paige was an angel through them both. So supportive and so flexible. When March 26, 2021 finally rolled around, it was better than I could have ever expected and Paige captured it all- every smile, a few tears, and lots of really funny moments that we will cherish forever. And when the entire album showed up today in my email after only 2.5 weeks I was blown away by her speed and of course the quality of the images. This girl is without a doubt an expert in her field and I am sooo thankful that I had her behind the camera on one of the most important days of my life!

If you’re shy in front of the camera, she gives the best pointers to pose you to have you looking your best and will direct you for all those picture-perfect Pinterest moments. She made us feel so immediately comfortable in her presence and perfectly captured our “just married” bliss. Her turnaround time was insanely quick and every bride’s dream, we got sneak peaks the next day and the full gallery less than 2 weeks later! We combed through the entire gallery and I found myself favoriting almost every single shot, she did such a phenomenal job. Our only true regret is not finding Paige sooner, but we’re so incredibly grateful to have had her for our dreamy elopement and I’m already cooking up an excuse to have her photograph us again in the future.

I had turned into a very frantic bride (likely due to the fact that I didn't hire a wedding planner), but Paige was able to handle the chaos I created and help direct the day with ease. That's not her job at all, but she did it so seamlessly, my entire wedding party and parents were all complimenting how she moved the day along so smoothly! And her photos, I don't know how she does it but she captures so much joy. She says the funniest things to get those genuine laughs and smiles for the camera and make you feel comfortable. COVID-19 changed our wedding plans twice, Paige was organized, reliable, and a true joy to work with. When we had to move our wedding date, and eventually, our location, she went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Until our wedding day, neither my husband or I had ever had our pictures taken by a professional photographer, so we were a little apprehensive about our couples photos. ess was a million times crazier than I expected, but Paige was with me for every step of the way. We kept in regular touch to make sure that both she and I had everything that we wanted and needed for my wedding day, and she was a true support system during all of the changes. She helped work with me on the timeline for the day, and was so patient and understanding when that changed a million times AND had to accommodate for (count them) TWO ceremonies and TWO receptions (thanks pandemic and social distancing). But Paige gave us unbelievable service, and did everything we could have ever wanted, and more. She helped move things along, made sure everything was done according to the timeline, and even moved my guests to the next part of the day so we could finish up allllll the group photos when she need to! I told my fiance (now husband) that the one thing that I actually wanted to spend a decent amount of money on was photos, because once they are done, they are done forever, and I wanted to hire someone who understood what I was looking for and valued what I valued in my photos (such as making sure I was positioned in flattering ways and making sure we had great shots of my husband and family). PAIGE WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY. I legitimately cried when I saw my photos. And I look at them every day. I could not believe that we posed for photos that were that amazing. I immediately ordered canvases for multiple rooms in my home and for my parents. I also am a big proponent of the wedding album. We didn't want it at first, but trust me, you do. Paige did an amazing job at selecting the best shots and making the day flow in a memory book that we will have forever. I would hire Paige Vaughn Photos again in a heartbeat, and for every single event in my life if she would do it. I loved her, my husband loved her, my family loved her, and my guests loved her. She was everything I was looking for in a photographer for the most important day of my life. Trust me, you want her in yours.
