PAIKKA originally caught my eye because of their focus on sustainability. We ultimately booked with them because we loved the simple, airy, yet industrial vibe, as well as the fact...
that we could hold the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception in one spot without a wild amount of room changes. Marlo, Liz, and the team were attentive and responsive throughout our planning process and made the whole thing a breeze. The venue was gorgeous and we loved that basically everything we needed was included (tables, chairs, mobile bar, cozy seating), so we did not have to look for or coordinate with outside vendors.
PAIKKA was a stunning venue and the staff was a dream to work with. They were incredibly understanding and accommodating as we navigated wedding planning during the most uncertain ...
times of the pandemic. Their recommended vendors were the BEST! We rented the green room, gold room, and pink room, and loved each space. Flipping the gold room from ceremony space to reception space was seamless with the help of our vendors, the ease of getting ready on-sire was unbeatable, and all the existing décor is so lovely. They made it all feel so easy day of. We would 100% recommend PAIKKA to anyone seeking a hip, beautiful, yet relaxed venue.
Our daughter’s wedding ceremony, reception, dinner and dance were staged in this versatile venue. The host and supporter, Bri, helped the couple create their vision of their weddin...
g day. There are no words enough to express our gratitude for the outstanding work she put into it. It was a sustainable wedding….! On the day itself she was professional, very organized, and very warm and understanding. She even helped our secret flash mob take off with her timing of support; it was a huge success!
She was a calming influence during a few hectic moments. The wedding at PAIKKA was a wonderful experience for all attending.
The venue’s acoustic is very bright. It would be an excellent investment to improve that aspect. I recommend PAIKKA highly!
Such a beautiful space and wonderful people to work with !
Our wedding reception at PAIKKA was beautiful, intimate, and so fun! The moment we toured the space, our first venue tour, we instantly knew it was the perfect location for our Jul...
y 2019 reception. We loved the natural light, tall ceilings, quirky accents, and the overall modern yet eclectic vibe. PAIKKA’s staff were quick to respond and answered all of our questions. We appreciated the open houses they hosted each month so that we could come and envision the space as well as clarify details as we got closer to our wedding date. We also chose PAIKKA based on their open catering and bartending policies. Our 190 guests fit within the space, but we see how having any more guests than that may have felt like a lot. We got married elsewhere and did not need to worry about doing a room flip, which worked out great. We would totally recommend PAIKKA as a wedding reception space!
Beautiful space! They do have some unique rules but because we chose a bartender that had already worked the site, it wasn’t an issue I had to worry about. Also fair warning, Paikk...
a requires you to hire people to “flip the room” and “serve”. The only staff they have on site basically unlocks the door for you at the beginning of the 12 hour rental period and not much else, so it’s up to you to hire people to put out the food, flip, set up, etc. Nonetheless, the space is stunning!
Such an incredible space for our big day! We love how customizable everything was as well as the open catering policy. Having the security of a gorgeous indoor option if our ceremo...
ny got rained out put us at ease. Luckily the day was beautiful and so was the venue! We also made great use of all of their open houses each month as our wedding day approached so we could visualize the space and talk with the site managers. Thank you, PAIKKA!
We searched and searched for wedding venues after getting engaged and couldn't seem to find the right fit. When we toured Paikka, we knew it was the one! They are great with commun...
ication and offer fun monthly open houses to check out the space. Super customizable as well. The plants and greenery around the space was an added bonus for me and I loved having the separate pink room for guests to chat during the cocktail hour as well as later in the night. Simply do not have enough good words to say! It was the perfect venue for our reception.
Paikka provides the most beautiful space to create the day of your dreams. The ability to bring in the vendors of your choice and make it exactly the day you want is exactly what w...
e needed. Their prices were reasonable, their spaces are beautiful and their staff was incredibly helpful. We loved everything about Paikka and would choose them all over again.
We knew PAIKKA was the perfect venue for us the moment we toured the space & we were never disappointed with our decision! We really wanted a 'DIY' venue so we had the flexibility ...
to choose all our other vendors & make the day exactly what we wanted. We kept our decor very simple because we loved the aesthetics of the space on its own. Our ceremony was held on the patio and we were lucky to have beautiful weather so our guests could hang there throughout the evening. The venue director, Liz, was great to work with through the entire planning process - very responsive & quick to answer any questions we had. So many of our guests commented on how gorgeous & unique the venue was - we absolutely loved it!
PAIKKA was amazing. The venue itself has a clean, industrial, modern look to it with fun areas around it to take pictures. We didn’t pay for the outdoor space but were still able t...
o open their garage doors and have people go outside (we just could set anything up on their patio). The best part of PAIKKA was that we could bring any vendors we wanted without any additional charges. This saved us a LOT of money and let us have a lot of small touches that made the wedding unique to us. Liz (the venue director) was great to work with! Super friendly, organized and helpful.
Simply the best! We had our wedding here with 120 guests. It was the perfect size and everyone loved the vibe! We ended up having our ceremony inside due to rain but I actually end...
ed up liking that more with the plant walls and doors behind us. Then they did a room flip while everyone was in the pink room for cocktail hour. Great location and great venue if you want a loft/natural/industrious vibe! Also the staff are very responsive and super easy to work with. Highly recommend.
Beautiful venue! We had both the ceremony and reception there with a room flip and it was absolutely perfect. We had approximately 110 guests and that seemed like a perfect amount ...
for the space. We had a winter wedding so we did not utilize the outdoor space but you could have a higher guest count comfortable with outdoor space. I would definitely recommend the venue if this is your style. The moveable plant walls are awesome and provided a very unique backdrop for the ceremony!
We loved working with Angie & Marlo, they were super great and we loved their vision for PAIKKA. Everything went pretty smoothly although there were a few communication hiccups whe...
n switching over their business platforms. Day of things went pretty well except for the staff person there that day was hard to find throughout set up and the night. Whenever we needed lights adjusted or doors opened/closed, we would have to search throughout the building to find her, or to remind her to do it again. It took quite awhile to get the lights turned down to dance which was a dance vibe killer. Overall, its a gorgeous space and it all flowed very well. Loved being able to have the ceremony outside.
We loved Paikka! Beautiful setting that we customized to fit our vibe and super easy to work with.
