rom start to finish he exceeded my expectations. From the planning stage, where he was willing to work with the various dietary requests, to the actual event I could not have asked for a more perfect evening. From the food, to the tablescapes, and even down to the personalized menus as we had various dietary restrictions and different meals, there was not one detail missed.
