Bride here - Heather was great to have to help answer lots of wedding logistics questions I had and most importantly - handling the entire wedding day flawlessly and always making sure we had a drink. & snack in hand! D Heather to be part of your event. She is so kind and relatable and organized and really listens to you to understand the vision you have for your wedding. When we first started planning and knew we wanted a small ceremony and pretty casual reception, I really thought I could do it on my own. Now I know that I could not have done it (and stayed sane and happy) without Heather. e stress that comes along with managing all of these moving pieces. Heather was the singular savior of all of it. She, a practiced and collected professional, managed ALL of the vendors I had booked, and only asked for emails/phone numbers as well as what they were contracted for. She was an indispensable resource during all the months leading up to the events, even though I had hired her for partial planning (budget constraints- in retrospect, I should have splurged for full planning with her, she is so worth it) recommending vendors I should book based on what I was looking for, as well as suggesting our main wedding venue pretty much immediately. She just GETS it. She goes over the plans of each day in meticulous detail, but really only needs it once because she is so good, and then executes flawlessly. She even managed to completely turn over a wedding altar and backdrop for two different cultural ceremonies in 30 minutes. When I made this request, she didn't even blink, and instead strategized the best way to make this work.
Naturally, things went awry during the events and afterwards- she handled everything calmly during the days, employing bridesmaids and groomsmen to keep the stress away from the couple, but afterwards, when the events were long over, she helped again in obtaining all of our wedding photos from a photographer who stopped responding and missing all her deadlines.
Heather is more than just a planner, she's obviously excellent at her job, but she's an exceptional person. You feel taken care of when you're planning with her, and you feel like she understands you, deeply. That kind of reassurance and relatability is difficult to find. She's truly a standout star in a sea of wedding vendors, and I'm so grateful to have booked her.

She fixed things that needed fixing on the fly, and probably did a lot more than we even realized, allowing us to enjoy our day and our guests. eather and Jessica's help! From the first consultation, Heather was so friendly, personable, and helpful, and definitely helped put my mind at ease. As the wedding month approached and things were getting hectic, my husband and I were again put at ease following a 2-hour planning call in which we went over every single possible detail and made a specific plan for our day! It was so helpful to know that Heather and Jessica were in touch with all of our vendors and making sure that everyone knew what they were doing, where they were supposed to be, and when. And on the day of--WOW. Jessica did a phenomenal job making sure that I had absolutely ZERO worries. I'm an anxious person anyway, and was super worried about certain things with the wedding, but when I tell you that I was maybe the most calm I've been in a long time (except for maybe when the music started and I saw my husband at the end of the aisle!). Jessica decorated and made my venue look beautiful, made sure everything was running smoothly and on time, and I had hardly a worry the entire day. From the moment I first contacted Heather by email to our first meeting and all the emails and meetings in between, I knew I was in great hands. She was the first coordinator I met with but not the last, but none felt as comfortable and connected to us as Heather did. She answered every question I had throughout the process, and made me aware of a bunch of details I would never have thought of. When I had vague ideas of something I thought I wanted it was Heather that knew how to make it happen. And every other vendor I worked with would have the same response when they asked who my coordinator was: "Oh, Heather! We love working with Heather!". I knew that with Heather looking out for me my wedding would be all that I could hope it would be. And as it turned out, it was even better than my dreams. I was completely blown away by how thoughtfully she pulled together all the elements of my crazy ideas to make the wedding absolutely beautiful and just perfect. And the best part of all of it was that Heather was a joy to be around. She's not only professional and extremely on top of things, but she's also really fun and delightful and was great at making me feel calm when I was tempted to feel panic.
