Our heartfelt thanks to Diana and the wonderful team at Palate Cuisine Caterer for making my daughter Marisa’s wedding absolutely unforgettable. From the initial tasting through we...
eks of vendor coordination and communication, Diana guided both Marisa and me with confidence, warmth, and professionalism—ensuring everything flowed beautifully. The food was exceptional—delicious, beautifully presented—and the service went beyond catering to deliver a true experience for our guests. I highly recommend Palate for anyone looking for spectacular cuisine and seamless wedding coordination. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Not really knowing what to expect after our first food tasting with another caterer, at least we knew what we didn’t want. Chef Diana and Chris showed us what a professional cateri...
ng company is all about. Our initial food tasting was 1 on 1 with them and Monica. Their attention to every detail was outstanding. The creativity in plating, and the flavors of every single thing we tasted blew our minds. From that moment our decision was clear that Palate Cuisine was the caterer we had been looking for. Diana is not only a true professional, but genuinely a kind and caring person! She made sure every single detail was taken care of. Diana is on top of every email, every text & every phone call you make to her and responds instantaneously! The day of our event they provided top quality appetizers, a hot filling meal, a phenomenal bar and an army of staff. From the second we arrived to the last detail of loading up all of our belongings in our car, Diana took care of everything! I can’t recommend her enough! She went from being the catering lady to a personal friend! Chris and Diana continue to do what you do, you guys truly are amazing people and it shows in the quality of your production. I can’t recommend them enough! Oh and by the way my guests can not stop talking about how extraordinary the food was!
We had the pleasure of having Palate cater our wedding and we’re still getting compliments on the food! The cocktail hour appetizers and mojito bar were a hit with our guests - to ...
this day they still speak of how the food completely exceeded their expectations, from taste to presentation everything was incredible!
Since the beginning, they were so accommodating - from our tasting all the way to the wedding day. No request was too big or small - they met every challenge with a solution and a smile. During our caterer search, what we came to find out was that most caterers were so a la carte and their only focus was itemizing each service/request, which felt ingenuine and transactional. Not Diana! We booked her immediately on the way back from the tasting. Her genuine care about our day was evident in the menu selection, her recommendations, and her guidance throughout the whole process.
Palate's dedication to quality - both in service and in cuisine - was evident in every plate that came out of the kitchen. The team worked tirelessly throughout our wedding event and even our brunch the day after. We loved working with Diana and her team so much that we wanted them to cater our next-day brunch, which was fantastic as well!
What truly set Palate apart was their commitment to creating an experience for our guests. It wasn't just about the meal; it was about making the dining part of our celebration. Working with them allowed us to have a stress-free day, knowing that they cared as much about the success of our day as we did. Needless to say, Diana and her team will be our go-to caterers for any future events in South Florida.
Chef Diana although we had been confirming during the past 6 days the event, menu, details, setup she was going to provide, etc (inclusive of yesterday at 6:00 PM where she was ...
100% confirmed)… today she cancelled on us leaving us with very little time to react and find provider for our event. DO NOT COUNT on this provider. She may cancel last minute on you. TERRIBLE
Palate Cuisine did not disappoint with their food! I have been to so many weddings where food is below average but we had so many guests commenting on how amazing everything was. I...
highly recommend using the food stations as they are so unique and give guests the opportunity to feel like they are creating their own dishes. Palate also helps with party rentals as well as the wedding cake. The decorations they use are so fun and they are willing to custom any food needs you may be looking for. Good food at a wedding is very important so book with Chef Diana and team!
I cannot recommend Palate Cuisine highly enough. After having experienced their work at other events I've attended I knew immediately "These are the people I have to have for my we...
dding." I've worked in the restaurant industry my whole life and proudly have very high standards for food and service. Lucky for me, and not surprisingly, they were the preferred caterer of the venue we booked. I called Chef Diana immediately and they were on top of everything from the very first minute. I had a few things that I knew I wanted for the wedding and Diana guided me with her expertise and thoughtfulness. We couldn't have been happier with how everything came out. Chris, the co-owner/co-founder with Diana was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He guided my beverage purchasing perfectly and was a crucial element in making everything HAPPEN. During our wedding Chef Diana treated my wife and me like family. Not even exaggerating she reminded me to eat before my food got cold! In all the excitement it's easy to lose yourself and her team really makes you feel taken care of. 10 out of 5 stars do not miss out on having these rockstars cater any and all events for you.

dors, and the food and service exceeded our high expectations. I can’t emphasize enough how amazing they were, and the guests from my wedding a few months ago still talk about how amazing the food, decor, and everything Palate did was. They’re 10/10 and easily one of the best caterers in the South Florida area. I can’t recommend them enough!
Where can I start? This lady, Diana (The Chef), is outstanding! Not only is she professional and easy to work with but her food is out of this world! Our guests are still raving ab...
out it! Her staff, waiters and bar staff were amazing. Diana provided a service that went far beyond just professional services but on a personal level also. She is thoughtful, caring, kind and she managed to win over the hearts of everyone she came in contact with at my daughter's wedding. I can't say enough about her.
The food was absolutely delicious! Everyone has been raving about how good it was. From the taste to the presentation. The bartenders were on point all night long. The cake was not...
what we ordered, but since they contract out a baker, I can't blame them for that.
Diana & Gaetana, Thank you for the services you provided in our wedding. Diana (THE CHEF), gracias for the unforgettable food & well respected team of people who served our wedding...
. In addition to recommending Gaetana (THE LEADER) as our day planner, which did an incredible job at leading our special day <3 We are forever thankful!
Seriously, what is a wedding without food?! But really - what is your wedding without Palate Cuisine?! Because if they are not your caterer, you are MISSING OUT! From day 1, Chef D...
iana and her team have been INCREDIBLE to work with! They provided us with an out of this world tasting, emailed back and forth with me for years due to our COVID postponed wedding, and made sure to work with me tirelessly to ensure every detail was executed and my vision came to life. Oh, AND THE FOOD! It's 2021 - everyone is over the traditional steak, chicken and fish dish at weddings! Palate offers an outstanding menu that is unique, exotic and delicious! Our guests were blown away by the options, the flavors and were grateful for an actual culinary experience rather than a tasteless wedding entree. After our wedding, guests were telling us how beautiful everything was but that the food was something they'll never forget. Needless to say, Palate Cuisine will definitely be catering any and all future events that come our way!
The Palate Cuisine team did an absolutely amazing job for our wedding! Ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were all so beautiful. The whole day was literally a dream come true –...
exactly how I envisioned it!
Gaetana is an absolute angel. From the moment that I made an inquiry to the day of the wedding, she was very responsive with every question and concern that I had. Planning a wedding in 2020 was a bit stressful (to say the least), but Gaetana made it so much easier. She paid attention to every detail that I had planned and executed it very well.
As for chef Diana and Chris, they are definitely professionals at what they do. Between the presentation, quality, and taste, you can tell that they take pride in their work. Prior to booking, my husband and I requested two dishes that were not on their entree list, and they were able to make it happen. Our guests enjoyed the hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour, and they loved the food that was served at the reception! The bartender also did an awesome job keeping our guests’ drinks filled!
