I can't help but wonder if finding them wasn't a stroke of heavenly intervention . I was planning on using another caterer but their vegan options were so poor and with young people trending towards being vegans and more people with allergies,... I wanted more options on the table. I googled and found Palate Pleasrures on the internet and after talking to Kristi, I had the confidence I needed to work with them although they were unrated. I planned on 150 people and all finger foods. They gave me a menu which I loved and told me the amounts I needed. I thought it wouldn't be enough so I ordered more which was a mistake. I had a lot left over and I didn't bring enough containers for our family to take home, but it did go out to the band and to other guests and a big meal the next day and still some is going to Potluck Food Rescue. That was my fault in over ordering. I chose 12 items and everyone of them was amazing. My most favorites were the jumbo shrimp on an avocado cream sauce on a cucumber slice, caprese stuffed mini peppers, and compari tomatoes stuffed with arugula and blue cheese. And the dolmas were the best ever eaten. The crab stuffed mushrooms were so delicious. The pineapple and chicken kebobs were so flavorable and moist they needed no sauce. Everyone raved about the food. Kristi and Brad were delightful and easy to work with. They were always on time and kept all of their committments and even though I had so many questions, they never showed any impatience nor did they rush me like others that I spoke with. They made this whole process easy and enjoyable at a very competitive price.
