Deb made my wedding dress dreams come true! I couldn’t find a dress with every feature I was looking for in stores so I went looking for someone who could make it. I found Deb and ...
from the first consultation I knew she was going to be the perfect person to trust with such a special job! She encouraged me to take my time with each decision, worked with me through each step of the process to ensure every aspect was exactly how I wanted it, and she priced herself incredibly well!
Deb took the time to explain where she sources her materials, what techniques she would use, and took time to really get to know me! Also, I was a far drive from her and she was extremely flexible with appointment times and made meeting with me a priority. I am a queer bride in a plus sized body and Deb made me feel seen, beautiful, and just like any other bride the entire time. She is truly a safe space for anyone looking for a custom dress and I cannot possibly recommend Deb enough!
Deb is wonderful! Trusting your wedding gown to someone can be nerve wracking, but I didn’t worry about my gown for one second when Deb was working on it. She made it fit me perfec...
tly and she took all of my concerns and suggestions into account. I loved working with her!
I reached out to Debbie looking for a custom made veil. I was really running out of time before my wedding and with my dress being a blush colour I wasn’t able to find something th...
at matched. Debbie responded right away and immediately mailed me some free swatches, and a hand written note! She congratulated me on the wedding and assured me that she would have the perfect veil for me for whatever date I needed!
She sent me a beautifully and carefully packaged veil (I’m from Canada!) it ended up being more amazing than I imagined!
It easily beat the designer bridal veils I saw in store and her service and kindness was impeccable! :)
Debbie is amazing to work with. She listened to everything I wanted in my dream dress. Took the time to try things, change things, adjust, and come up with an amazing final product...
. I went with a crop top and a tulle skirt combo. The skirt can be shortened and used again for something fun! Quality work! She can do traditional, to something a little edgy. <3
Pale Blue Thread was able to save my wedding gown. I needed someone to fix it after a bad experience with a different bridal shop. Deb worked so hard through layers of lace and be...
ads and ended up being able to use pieces of my dress to make an absolutely stunning veil that matched perfectly.
I had been quoted for double what Deb charged which was reason in and of itself to choose her, but I knew that she was fair, reasonable, and hard-working, so it was worth every penny.
If I could go back in time, I would 100% have had Deb make my dress at Pale Blue Thread. In fact, I plan to touch base with her for future special occasions. She is so meticulous and talented. Don't be afraid to take a chance with her. She will NOT disappoint!
I went to Pale Blue Thread with a simple tulle ball gown with a sweetheart neckline. I wanted to make my dress different and special but I didn't know how. I heard that Deb was ver...
y creative and I wanted to see what she could offer. She made a custom made lace insert that could be removed. It was so cool to be able to take that off after the ceremony! I loved it! She also did quite a bit of work to take my dress in. It was several sizes too large. I didn't think it could be fitted, but she did it somehow! She also modified the bustle, stored, steamed, and delivered the dress! I'm so thankful for that. Deb was amazing and everything she did exceeded my expectations. I went in having no idea what to expect of the experience. She was knowledgeable, kind, fun, and so easy to work with. If you go to Deb, you won't be disappointed!
