I highly recommend PALINDROME! Hannah did my engagement photo makeup, trial run, and my wedding day makeup and hair. She was a delight to talk to and get to know, and she absolutely nailed my look on the wedding day! I couldn’t be happier with my hair and makeup, and felt that she was a good listener and quickly picked up on what I was going for with my look. I’m glad I booked her for my engagement photos, too, because it gave us extra time to get to know each other and for her to learn my style and personality better. As someone who is very basic with my makeup, I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted, so I went for a more “glam” look for my engagement session. While Hannah did a fabulous job and the photos turned out great, I realized I wanted to go for a more natural glow for my wedding day, and she DELIVERED. The trial run was a lot of fun and she gave great recommendations - she tried a couple different looks and I was able to compare them until we landed on the perfect combo. She’s also very fast, and kept my wedding morning running efficiently! My mom and bridesmaids looked stunning and were all very happy with their hair/makeup- they each looked like an elevated version of themselves, rather than trying to fit a certain “look” or “mold.” I’ll definitely be working with Hannah for any future makeup/hair styling needs. Hannah was set up and ready to go as soon as my bridesmaids and I arrived in the suite. She was flexible with each of my bridesmaids request and was willing to add/remove or change hair looks or makeup to make each person feel comfortable! I appreciated the prices that included gratuity for easy payment!

Hannah at PALINDROME did an amazing job on my hair and 7 of my friends!! She is super efficient and does exactly what you request for an updo or hairstyle! We all got compliments the entire night and still looked great after hours of dancing! She accommodated a last minute add-on for a friend of mine graciously which was appreciated. I really like that the price included the gratuity, making it straightforward for what everyone would pay, and they were able to travel to our venue for the service. I was assigned Kelly as my stylist, and she was amazing. She was able to complete 6 girls' hairatyles in 4 hours. We did a trail about a month before my wedding, and I loved how it looked. We didn't change anything the day of.

Hannah was AMAZING for my wedding day, she did 8 hair services and 5 makeup services so efficiently and we all looked so beautiful!!! I was so impressed with how well she did on a short timeline. Their services were also much more affordable than many other places I looked at and did not have an upcharge for brides. I would HIGHLY recommend booking Palindrome for your wedding!!

Hannah was really good at listening to what I wanted in my trial, as well as my day-of adjustments. I did my trial before my bridal shower to try out the longevity of airbrush foundation versus traditional foundation, and ended up going with traditional for my big day. All of my wedding party who received services from Hannah and Anna were happy with the initial results, but a few unfortunately did have their hair fall out by the end of the night. Overall, I would still recommend this vendor!

Had such a wonderful experience with Hannah as my hair & makeup artist for my wedding in December. I kept slightly switching up how I wanted my hair & makeup to look and Hannah was so accommodating and helpful! Hannah did such a good job on my wedding hair and makeup! She adapted well to the busy changes of the wedding day and made everyone feel so comfortable! I opted for the air-bush foundation and loved it!

I was very pleased with Palindrome! Hannah was an excellent communicator and answered all my questions! My hair and make up artists were fantastic to work with and all of my bridesmaids were very impressed! Priscilla did my hair and she KILLED it!!! She knows hair like the back of her hand and I just had to show her inspiration and she made it happen! Karen was my make up artist and did a phenomenal job! I was worried about my oily skin and Karen gave me great recommendations and made me glow in the best ways! Would highly recommend Palindrome to anyone getting married!

I am so glad I booked Palindrome for my wedding makeup. I worked with Hannah and could not have been happier! She listened to what everyone wanted, explained the differences between certain methods/processes, and everyone was thrilled with the results. The application didn’t feel cakey, but more like it melted into your skin and just stayed there - it was the best we’ve all looked!

The stylist who did our hair on my wedding day was amazing! She was so friendly and did exactly what we were looking for. The hairstyles also lasted all night! The reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I felt that the owner was not very professional in emails and it would often take her weeks to respond. She was also very short in her emails and made me feel as though I was bothering her. The stylist (I believe her name is Shauna) was incredible!

Palindrome was awesome!!! My hairstylist was Sharna and makeup was Anna! They both did such a great job and were really personable and knowledgeable! I threw Sharna a curveball with my idea for my hair and she absolutely nailed it! She was also super quick considering there were 11 of us! I also don't wear makeup often and Anna did a wonderful job at executing the look I wanted without me being able to explain it to her super well lol

Hannah and her makeup artist Molly arrived promptly to do the bridal party’s hair & makeup. I was satisfied with my hair, but was surprised when I was charged extra for my makeup without being told the tip was already included. I ended up paying a $40 tip which is way more than I would have paid. Especially as a bride who is occupied with a million other things the day of the wedding, I think this should have been communicated.

I worked with Hannah of PALINDROME for hair and makeup services. Hannah got us set up with two of her colleagues for hair and makeup. I chose PALINDROME as I aligned with the values they put forth for their business and I felt their prices were reasonable for the quality of services they provided! All of my wedding party liked their hair and/or makeup style and they also braided my brother's hair for the wedding too! I loved my hair and makeup as well. It was also nice to have hair & makeup through the same vendor. Thank you to the PALINDROME team!

Hannah and Karen were great! There were a lot of bridesmaids plus two brides and everyone's hair and makeup looked amazing! Hannah was quick to reply to emails and gave great suggestions!

Hannah did such a great job understanding what WE wanted our makeup to look like. Not what Instagram said wedding makeup should look like, not what our parents would have done... she really listened to us. I'm very feminine, and my (now) wife is more of a tomboy, and she really did an amazing job listening to us and understanding what sort of hair and makeup would make us feel like ourselves (but elevated!) when we walked down the aisle.

Hannah is amazing! She and her associate Anna did hair and makeup for 10 people the day of our wedding. Hannah did a great job interpreting loose guidance from the bridal party, and everyone was very complementary of Anna's efforts to explain the entire makeup process. I appreciated the chance to do a trial with Hannah beforehand, and overall I think her prices are super reasonable and the quality of the hair/makeup was excellent. I even had Hannah cut/color my hair the week before the wedding!

Hannah did an amazing job at our wedding. She and her associate got through 10 people in just a couple of hours, made sure we stayed on schedule, and were so much fun to have in the room while we got ready! I asked Hannah and her team to help me and my friends with our hair and makeup the morning of my wedding. Hannah went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my wedding day look. We had a pre-meeting test run for hair and make up, and she really listened to what I wanted and gave really helpful advice and tips. I had hair extensions, and she even prepped them for me advance! We ended up changing my look from test run to final day, and she was extremely flexible with my desires. Highly recommend!

I didn’t realize how anxious one can become when preparing for their wedding. As the bride with my bridesmaids, we were all concerned about how we look on such a special occasion! However, I am really glad that we found Hannah of Palindrome as our make up and hair stylist for our big day. From doing my make up trial, to re-doing my hair color (originally done by someone else), up to our wedding day; she took a lot of my worries away. She was so nice and open minded during the trial and even did some last minute magic for my hair color which turned out really nice. Hannah and her team are fantastic. Not only did I hire them for my wedding, but I've had my hair and makeup done by her team for three other weddings and it's always been great. They're all professional, on-time, and kept us on (and even ahead!) of schedule.

Hannah was so amazing, I cannot recommend her enough. She was super easy to get in touch with and responsive before the wedding. I was so glad I did the trial as Hannah talked me through all of the options, made sure I was totally comfortable, had me take notes on what I liked and didn’t like and was just fun to talk to and hang out with. The day of she was so efficient. My bridesmaids were not prepared with what they wanted and basically just asked for any up do and they all loved what she did. The makeup all looked gorgeous. Hannah was super patient with some of my not so easy to work with family members. She made my makeup look exactly how I wanted it and my hair looked stunning. Everyone’s hair and makeup lasted all night. She is super warm while also being professional and clearly wanted us all to feel our best! I would hire her and her team again in a heartbeat!

Hannah arrived early for my wedding hair appointment and was more than willing to move to a new location when my venue did not open on time! She helped me with my hair pin placement to create a beautiful hair piece and was ready with suggestions when I was overwhelmed with choice. She got through all 8 of my wedding party's hairstyles by herself in around 3.5 hours and all of us looked beautiful! My hair was a little flat after pictures, but that was most likely because they were outside in the mist and I have very curly hair that I blow dried straight the night before and not Hannah's fault! Payment was easy and taken care of on the wedding day. I highly recommend Palindrome to any bride looking for gorgeous hair.

I loved this company. My trial and day of went flawlessly. I even had my engagement pictures make up done with them. Hannah, the owner, is the easiest person to work with and is quick to respond. Prices are great, and customer service is amazing. I have never felt as pretty as I did on my wedding day and it was all thanks to Anna!!

I struggled to find someone who would travel to our venue for just three makeup applications, but Palindrome fit the bill! Their airbrush makeup is the same price as “regular” makeup which gave us all a fun opportunity to try airbrush. The artist arrived on time and was patient even though a couple ladies were running late, and delivered our looks exactly how we wanted. They are a little pricey and when I wanted to make a minor timeline adjustment (less than an hour) a couple weeks in advance, the owner declined and made me feel bad for asking which was an added complication, but otherwise I would recommend them.

Greatly appreciative of the Palindrome team! Hannah does an excellent job of listening to your hair/makeup needs and then putting the right team to the test. I booked them after seeing what a great job they did for my cousin’s wedding and they didn’t disappoint for my wedding day either! Their team did an excellent job in keeping the mood calm as my friends and I got ready together. I don't typically wear a lot of makeup and the team did an awesome job of helping feeling like I got an enhanced look but not like an unrecognizable person in my pictures.

Hannah is an incredible stylist and an amazing person! She did a beautiful job on everyone’s hair. Working with her leading up to the event, she was communicative, walked me through everything I needed to know, and was such a blast to talk to. She works quickly and finished everyone’s hair plenty early! She is SO talented and I highly recommend booking her services!

Hannah was amazing to work with! She immediately caught on to the vintage/retro vibe I wanted for my wedding and was 100% on board. She was communicative and timely in her responses to any questions I had. My trial went amazing and I felt very comfortable with leaving my hair and makeup for myself and my 2 bridesmaids and my mom in her hands. On the day of, her and her team showed up early and were set up and ready to go, and they were a blast to have hanging out with us as we all got ready and did a phenominal job. They even helped my final bridesmaid get into her dress as everyone else was running around and busy.

Hannah and the PALINDROME team are so amazing, we booked them not once but for FOUR weddings! At this point, they’re honorary members of our friend group. For my September 24th wedding, Madalyn and Kelly somehow made all of us ladies look beautiful even with a downpour during our outdoor ceremony. Our hair still looked great and I swear, none of our makeup moved an inch. Not only are they great at what they do, all of the stylists we’ve worked with have just been fun to be around. I highly recommend Palindrome for wedding hair and makeup. Hannah is a delight to work with and made the communication process very easy (in fact, the day before my wedding, a situation came up that was 100% not in Hannah's control, and she contacted me immediately with options to resolve it with the least amount of stress). She gives you input, but really puts the ball in your court and trusts you to make the right decisions for your own wedding. We had 8 total people receiving services, and Hannah and Sharna were super efficient and made everyone look incredible. It was a hot day and our makeup still looked flawless at the end of the night! I had the best experience with my Stylist, Krista. She created beautiful styles for me and my girls and she did it with professionalism and kindness. Overall, Palindrome was great at providing hair and makeup services. Hannah was my main point of contact, and was always quick to respond to any questions or clarifications I had. Prices are comparable to today’s norms. Lucy and Kelly provided makeup and hair services for my trial and for the day of. They managed a larger wedding party well - carrying themselves in a calm, cool, collected manner, which fit in perfectly with our group for the morning of. They arrived at our venue on time, and everyone’s services were finished with time to spare. I’m thankful I went with Palindrome, and would highly recommend to anyone!

Palindrome is a great value for wedding hair and makeup. Hannah is very responsive and organized. On the day of the wedding, our stylists showed up promptly and quickly got to work. They created beautiful looks for all of our wedding party in a surprisingly short amount of time.

Palindrome was fantastic to work with for both the trial and day of hair and makeup. We had Krista for hair and Madalyn for makeup. They were both efficient and everyone loved their work. Hannah was very quick in her responses and had an open line of communication. Being able to have them travel to us and get ready at the hotel without worrying about timing and travel for the wedding party is so great and makes you feel pampered. I would reccommend them to anyone.

I hired Palindrome for my hair and make up for my wedding recently, and I was very pleased with the result. Hannah was great to work with during the booking and pre-wedding process. She always got back to me in a timely manner whenever I had questions. My hair and makeup stylists (Krista and Lucy) were also great. There were a few things I wasn’t happy with on the day of the trial, and they worked with me to make sure I was happy with the final look on my wedding day. I felt beautiful, and my bridesmaids looked wonderful as well! The only critique I have is that they don’t have a cheaper price for bridesmaids or mothers who have really short hair and aren’t doing a full up do.

Very pleased with the professionalism, expert consultation and the efforts to travel far. Hannah slotted my daughters wedding day with Hannah’s personal family vacation. Thankful for it’s a challenge to find exceptional vendors to travel far. Hannah is really speedy with her work. She is smooth knows what the girls want and can whip through a lineup of girls for both hair and makeup.

I booked Palindrome for my and my wedding party's wedding hair. Hannah was responsive and easy to work with, other than a couple items that I wish I would have known upfront. 1) I did not realize at the time that I booked that I would not be able to even schedule a trial run until 6 weeks before the wedding. So if I would have been disappointed with the trial run, there would have been no time to book another stylist ~a month prior to the wedding. 2) I was under the impression that we would have a 2nd stylist if needed. I reached out to Hannah prior to the wedding to request a 2nd stylist and was informed that 9 up dos (including the bride) was doable in 4 hours. We ended up having a bridesmaid cancel due to COVID and it took the full 4 hours for 8 of us. We would have been far behind schedule with the 9 I paid for, which wouldn't have been Krista's fault. She was moving fast, but that was an unrealistic schedule. All in all Krista was great. Good value. Just wished some of the policies could have been more flexible.

LOVED my hair and makeup stylist, Pricilla! She was hard working, attentive, and very kind. Even though there were two people doing hair and makeup for my wedding the day of, Pricilla made sure she did my hair and makeup as I had done both with her at my trial. Highly recommend!!!

Hannah of Palindrome has been my long-time hair stylist, so I was very happy she agreed to do my bridal hair and makeup, as well as that of my mom and sister/maid of honor. I had a several different elements in mind, including pearls inspired by Pride & Prejudice and tying in with my dress, a moon pin reflecting a subtle celestial theme, as well as a veil. Somehow Hannah was able to pull these disparate details together into the romantic wedding hairstyle of my dreams. She did wonderful job, and we all LOVED how our looks turned out!

We booked Palindrome to do my bridal makeup, my mother's makeup, and my bridesmaids' makeup. Everyone's makeup turned out so beautifully, and it lasted the entire day and evening, even after being outside in the summer and dancing. I loved Palindrome! Krista and Madalyn did an absolutely fantastic job doing hair and makeup for me, my bridesmaids, and the mother of the bride and mother of the groom. As someone who never wears makeup or does her hair, I was a little nervous about this aspect of my wedding, but they did a wonderful job! They were professional, punctual, organized, and even completed everyone's look ahead of schedule. Also, working with Hannah was great-- she responds quickly, and she and her team went above and beyond to help me schedule my trial run when I had a very limited window of time when I was in town before my wedding. Working with Hannah and her team at Palindrome was amazing! Kelly and Madalyn came onsite to my hotel to do my hair & makeup as well as my bridal party. I absolutely loved the airbrush makeup, it looked flawless and stayed fresh throughout the night (even while wearing a mask). Both ladies were extremely nice and response to what each person wanted for their style. I HIGHLY recommend!

Hannah and Kelly did an amazing job very quickly on wedding day with no fuss at all! I especially liked how open they were to final suggestions and tweaks to ensure each of us were so pleased. Fantastic experience! Malena was my bridal hair and makeup artist. She was so amazing and patient with me. I am a very low maintenance bride and don’t know anything about hair and/or makeup. I just send her pictures and she made it reality. She’s there to give advice and suggestions to my overall look anytime I ask, she’s very responsive. I loved how everything turned out and how beautiful she made me feel and looked! Everybody loved my look also and I received so many compliments! She’s incredibly sweet and super fun to talk to. I definitely enjoyed my morning at the salon. It helped calm my nerves before all the craziness started. The environment was super clean and fancy-looking. I definitely recommend Malena as your hair/makeup artist for your next event! She’s the best.

I found Palindrome via a suggestion from another bride in my friends group after my original make up option canceled with less than 24hrs before my wedding day (!!!) and thank God. Madalyn was my make up artist and she made me feel so beautiful and comfortable throughout the whole process, even with only having met me that day. She saw my vision and made it happen and I have to say she matched my airbrush skin tone EXACTLY. It felt so natural but also fancy, I loved it. My mother got her make up done (which she never does) and I could just tell she felt like it was her special day too. We were able to get in an additional bridesmaid last minute as well which was much appreciated. Madalyn also made sure to use one time/disposable make up applicators and wore a mask and gloves so that I always felt safe (especially with COVID) and had one less thing to worry about. Highly recommend! In fact, I've been converted and will use them for my May reception as well. Such a great experience!
