Nicole nailed it out the gate - my trial was perfect, and then where we landed on my wedding day after some small tweaks was BEYOND that. I felt like the prettiest and most bridal version of myself. Nicole is friendly, professional, and a great personality to have around on a hectic wedding morning. My bridesmaids were so happy with the work they had done by the girls Nicole brought to help, too, and my flower girl still requests her mom recreate the updo she got done that day! lean. When preparing for my wedding, I knew that one of the difficult choices was going to be how I did my hair. It's very thick and heavy, and I was always concerned that I would not be able to get the perfect look I was aiming for. Nicole knocked it out of the park so perfectly. Not only did she create the vision I had in my mind, but she did it so beautifully AND my very heavy thick hair stayed put all night. Nicole's team is not just talented, but so sweet and kind. They really had the best calm vibe for a stressful morning. Nicole even stayed until photography came and she touched every single one of my girls' hair. Truly the BEST!

She and her team did the hair and makeup for myself, my 4 bridesmaids, my mom, and my MIL in September and they were absolutely fantastic. I can’t stress enough how beautiful everyone looked and felt. The day was also completely stress-free thanks to Nicole and her team, and I appreciated the extra attentiveness to my MIL who wasn’t extremely comfortable speaking English. Traveling to my Brooklyn apartment to do a trail I immediately knew Nicole GOT ME. Not only did she execute the “clean girl / Hailey Bieber” aesthetic that I wanted perfectly. It was also very important for me to feel comfortable and like the person I was going to be spending 3+ hours with on the day of the wedding. She was a recent bride as well so she could empathize with how I was feeling. She didn’t disappoint my 12+ bridesmaids, mother and mother in law all LOVED their makeup and they created such a chill, fun, and easy going morning for us that was so important for me and my anxiety :) After the trial and in the months leading up we continued to email consistently about questions or little changes, additionally she gifted some of the lip items I wore the day of which was so kind and special. I’ve truthly NEVER liked professional makeup I’ve had done and I was over the moon with the outcome as was every single one of my girlfriends - including my mother and mother in law who are the toughest of critics :). I cannot recommend Nicole and her team enough, I absolutely will be looking for more excuses to get my hair and make up down the road and use her services!!!

Additionally, Nicole brought such a calm energy to the wedding day and was fun to chat with (which was so appreciated on the morning of such a busy/nerve wracking day). She took all of the inspiration photos that I gave her and my feedback after the trial and gave me a fantastic look for my wedding. As a wedding/event planner myself, the logistics and details of my day/morning were very important to me. Nicole was patient with my ever evolving mood board changes, made great suggestions and asked all of the right questions. She was great with coordinating with our makeup artists, scheduling everything with enough buffer time to make sure the wedding party had time to eat a lunch! After listening to my hair style ideas, we eventually narrowed down on a middle part with Hollywood waves to compliment my wavey wedding dress. I would absolutely recommend Palla Beauty if you’re looking for a sweet human being who also does a 5 star job on your wedding day hairstyle.

She was also so responsive throughout the process and accommodating of my multiple requests. I had decided about a month before my wedding that I had wanted a look that was slightly more “glam” than our first trial, and Nicole absolutely perfected it without sacrificing the natural aspect of her style/overdoing it. It was the perfect amount of glam and natural for myself and all my bridesmaids. Nicole’s calm and professional demeanor was also exactly what I needed on my wedding day—I was running a tad late for my hair and makeup on my wedding day, and she didn’t bat an eye. In fact she kept me so calm while I was internally stressing about running behind schedule, all while styling my hair and applying my makeup into the exact wedding look I wanted. My bridal party were absolute knockouts and we received so many compliments. Palla Beauty was absolutely perfect and I recommend 1000 percent!

wasn't sure if I would need to do a separate hair stylist, but Nicole does it all (and does it wonderfully!) Once I got started, Nicole sent me all the information I needed on pricing, scheduling a trial, and prepping. The trial was super helpful, since I was a beginner at all this, and Nicole walked me through everything and asked me questions about my preferences throughout the process. After the trial, I wasn't completely sure I liked some of the products used, but Nicole was extremely receptive and we updated my look before the big day. Day of, Nicole and her teammate, Katie, arrived on time and ready to go. They were so fun to spend the morning with and taught all of us makeup-novices about cosmetics as they worked. We also loved our hair! Makeup gets a lot of attention, but the work she does with hair was superb. She also answered all my questions about services for my bridesmaid and mother-in-law. My sister and MIL are both Asian, and I know my sister specifically struggles with makeup - so I wanted to make sure they would feel beautiful. Nicole eased my concerns and my family ended up so happy with their looks! Overall, a great experience would recommend 100% :)

Palla Beauty is a full bridal hair and makeup company, but I only worked with Nicole for bridal hair because I had already booked my bridal makeup artist prior to connecting with Nicole. For my bridal hair, I decided to do the Hollywood Glam Waves. The style seems really simple to me, but little did I know the technique to get the waves to be in unison is very difficult to achieve. I had 4 failed hair trials with different hair stylists before I miraculously came across Palla Beauty and Nicole. Nicole is very talented in hair and beauty. She's really great to work with. She's also patient and would work with you to tweak this and that to make sure that you are happy with your look. Nicole did my bridal hair, my mom's hair, and three bridesmaids. We all loved the way our hair turned out. We all felt so beautiful on the big day! Nicole was very professional in how she conducts her business. There is an online portal to house important information, contract, etc. for clear communication. I love that she's organized, and there is dedicated space for me to share my asks, questions, bridal hair inspo pics, and more. Not to mention, Nicole is such a sweet person. I, honestly, felt like she's one of my girlfriends, just being there to hang out with me and doing my hair on my big day. She was reachable via text when I had random questions about hair extensions or how to prep my hair; she provides detailed instructions for hair prepping to ensure the best results. She also went out of her way a couple of times to do my hair for my Bridal Shower. She would leave and come back to touch up my hair on the big day. I'm unsure if this is a standard service that she has, but I definitely really appreciated the level of service. 1000% - every bride should work with Palla Beauty and Nicole!
