When the ceremony was over and we went outside to take pictures they moved everything around in the room to create the reception area while the guests were upstairs enjoying cocktails and hor'deuvres. The venue is absolutely stunning, high ceilings, lots of space, great bathrooms, gorgeous floor... I would highly highly recommend them to anyone! They were very professional and easy to communicate with! Thanks again! :)

My whimsical long tables, eucalyptus centerpieces, and millions of sparkly candles were perfect in the space, and I’ve seen dozens of others work as well. Besides this, the service at Palladium is second to none. Our coordinator, Nicole, was professional, friendly, helpful, and responsive. She can read a bride and her family and perfectly accommodate the amount of input and suggestion they want while giving them complete control. She seamlessly changed our salad choice the day of the wedding due to the E. coli/romaine lettuce outbreak that had occurred days before. The servers at the event were a delight with the utmost professionalism and promptness. I can’t say enough good things about this place and this staff. Will use them again for all my event needs.

r work, as it was still not built. We were in complete panic mode as we called every venue we could think of. Our panic immediately turned to excitement the minute we spoke with Nicole and her team. Nicole took care of us from the very beginning. When she discovered that our original venue was going to provide us centerpieces and a DJ, she helped coordinate with a decoration rental company and found us a DJ. When we showed up at the Palladium for our initial meeting with Nicole, we were blown away not only at how beautiful the venue is, but how well organized they are. After a 45 minute meeting with Nicole and her team, we had more details hammered out than we had throughout the past 7 months of our engagement. They shared all of the options they could provide and did not miss a single detail. The wedding day went off without a hitch. We had the most beautiful venue, set up exactly how we wanted, and the most caring and attentive staff. Throughout the wedding and even still, I cannot count the number of people who told us that this was the best wedding food they have ever had. If you are looking for a beautiful stress-free day, I truly believe there is none greater than the Palladium and Butler's Pantry. We are so beyond grateful to Nicole and everyone at the Palladium for taking what started off as a nightmare and turning it into the most picture-perfect, dream of a wedding.

In a moment of pure panic my now wife and I called every wedding venue in a 25 mile radius of St. Louis to try and re-plan our entire wedding. Without Nicole we would have fallen flat. Instead we had the most beautiful wedding we could have imagined. Everything was perfect and we are so happy we had the opportunity to work with The Palladium. I cannot tell you how many guests have said that this was the best wedding food they have ever had. I cannot give Nicole enough praise as she made something that should have been the most stressful 3 weeks of our lives seem like it was meant to happen that way. She helped us plan and set up our wedding in less than 3 weeks but if you were there you would have thought we spent the last year planning it. I would recommend this venue over every other in St. Louis to anyone who wants to have the perfect wedding day! Some may think that the price for the food/drinks are on the higher end, but for what we got (the Silver Plated meal package: choice of 3 passed hors d'oeuvres, Baby Spinach & Arugula Salad, Pan-Seared Scallops & Petite Beef Tenderloin in Garlic Chili Demi-Glace with Risotto Cake; Wild Mushroom Ravioli for the vegetarians), it was SO WORTH IT. Believe us when we say making steak at medium-rare for 250 people really IS possible and delicious! Our guests raved about the food and we seriously did not have any complaints at all. Some people even said this was the best wedding food they've ever had!!! During the reception, we changed up our timeline a bit and the staff got right on it, no questions asked. The uplighting, use of the balcony for the cocktail hour, dance floor, white leather sofas, dinner chairs, and HUGE bars were just an added benefit of the already gorgeous venue. We seriously had our dream wedding at Palladium and would totally recommend it for any event. Although people may not think the area is the safest, they provided security guards during the night and had no issues with any cars or safety. If you love the industrial feel with high ceilings and open space, look no further :)

she was fabulous. Because I live out of town and my mom and I have never been great planners, we toyed with the idea of hiring a traditional wedding planner to coordinate all the details. Once we exchanged a few emails with and met with Liz, we knew we wouldn't need anyone else, as we could tell we were in great hands. She kept us organized, stayed in touch throughout the 12+ months of planning and made the whole process fun! Not only did she go above and beyond with our event, the whole team did a fantastic job and provided excellent service. The food was incredible. I know most couples say they don't get to eat on their wedding day (I understand why), but I ate my entire dinner because it was so good. Liz and the team also made sure to put a sampler plate of passed hors d'oeuvres at our seats in case we missed the goodies at cocktail hour. I really can't say enough great things about the whole experience. The food, the atmosphere, the service - everything was on point. In the 12+ months of planning I had imagined what our wedding day would be like and thanks to Liz and the team at the Palladium, it was better than I could have ever imagined.

food is to die for. Their fall menu is on point this year! I am so lucky to have been able to have my reception here! Did I mention their service for the recepetion? Because they had so many employees hopping around tending to all of my guests. Their bar service was on point! One of their bartenders, Angie, was so sweet to all of our guests, and she was such a delight to work with!

I searched high and low for the "perfect" venue for our wedding day. We had to have looked at every single venue in St. Louis. We narrowed it down to our top 3 and took my parents and sisters along to make a final decision. After meeting with the staff at Palladium/Butler's Pantry, it was a no-brainer. Not only is the space so unique (without being limiting in decor/style), but they are so flexible in what you can do, how you can set it up and always open to new ideas/suggestions. The space really lends itself to any type of style/look, so no two weddings ever have to look the same. That was so appealing to us! The staff really went above and beyond to make our wedding dreams come true. We felt like they were just as invested in our day as we are, and really, what more can you ask for from a wedding venue? Jeanne and Liz were so on top of every detail, I never had to think about what came next or if I was meeting their deadlines. Not a single detail slipped through the cracks. They were professional, but still so compassionate. I feel like I gained two new best friends from wedding planning! Not to mention the food... our guests cut their filet with a BUTTER KNIFE! That's how perfectly cooked every single meal was. Our guests could not stop talking about how incredible the food was. They all felt like they were eating at a 5-star restaurant, with top notch service to boot. They easily accommodated our very extensive dessert bar requests with everything from cotton candy to mini-pies to cannoli's. They even granted my request of margaritas in mini-patron bottles as our signature drink, which were just to die for! The best advice I can give any bride-to-be is to hire professionals you truly trust, and then trust them. They know what they're doing, they do it every weekend, and they really do want to make your dreams come true - so let them! I can honestly say that I was able to sit back, relax and enjoy my wedding day from every aspect, as well as the entire planning process. Isn't that what every bride wants?!

She and her assistants (Liz and Bailey) were so nice on Thursday (the rehearsal) and Friday (the wedding day) and we enjoyed our time with them. It felt like family and we are going to miss seeing them all. I have a feeling we will be smiling and talking about my daughter's wedding for a very long time! I would highly recommend Palladium St. Louis and Butler's Pantry for any upcoming event!

We also decided to use the florist that was in-house, The Rebel Florist. Brian and his team were wonderful and were able to bring my unique vision to life. It was so convenient that I could schedule two meetings on the same afternoon, so I didn't have to worry about running all over town with limited time off work. If we were to do it all over, we would definitely choose the Palladium again. The quality of service through the entire planning process made me feel so at ease- something that doesn't come easily to me. We will definitely be suggesting the Palladium to all of our friends who are engaged, because we truly had the best night of our lives!

Chefs to all culinary assistants…the staff at Palladium Saint Louis are top notch! Jeanne, Melody & Nicole were with me, every step of the way in planning the reception. They each listened to my ideas and were able to expertly make suggestions here and there to ensure my (high) expectations were not only met, but exceeded. Every tiny detailed discussed in a year’s worth of planning was reflected & attended to…beautifully. On the day of, I was confident in being a guest at my own event – how rare! This lighting, along with projection capabilities allow you to customize the room easily. There’s a view of downtown, there’s a ton of parking – it really just doesn’t get any better. There was nowhere else I could envision celebrating with my favorite people in the world. The Cuisine…where do I even begin? These days everyone is a foodie in their own right & unfortunately ‘reception/wedding food’ has gotten a really bad rap. Palladium Saint Louis/Butler’s Pantry is changing people’s minds on this, one guest at a time! This talented culinary team has mastered the art of providing restaurant quality, customized menus, for hundreds. It truly is an amazing feat. I was thrilled to sit down with the Chefs early in planning and discuss some of our favorite meals, favorite flavor profiles. Chefs were then able to create the perfect hors d’oeuvres - fun & a bit whimsical, the perfect seated dinner – 3 elegant courses, the perfect dessert station – who doesn’t love modern twists on classic Hostess confections?? Guests are still talking about ‘that meal’. The overall experience…if I had the chance to do the Wedding all over again, I wouldn’t change a thing. Palladium Saint Louis was/is the ONLY option in Wedding Venues that will knock it out of the park and exceed all of your expectations. Palladium Saint Louis ensured my Wedding Day was unforgettable, unbelievable and so completely perfect. I am forever thankful!

Props to Palladium's chef because the food was by far the best I've ever had at a wedding serving 240 people. Actually some of the best food I've had at any St. Louis restaurant to be honest! Palladium makes sure there are enough bar tenders and servers that our guests never had to wait. All night, there was a constant flow of compliments coming from our guests about the reception. Truly an amazing experience!

Melody helped with the ceremony rehearsal, met with both sets of parents on numerous occasions (my husband and I lived in Kansas City, so trying to plan a wedding from across the state was a struggle already). She instilled confidence in my dad, the most skeptical of them all, that the whole thing would go off without a hitch, and she was right! The food was AMAZING, the staff was EXCELLENT, and of course, the venue (which we fell in love with immediately) was perfect. To top it off, they're allowing us to come back into the venue free of charge this Friday so my dad and I can have our father/daughter dance (he had to watch the ceremony/reception via web chat because he was in the hospital the day of the event). Words can't describe how happy I was with the Palladium and how accommodating they were.

Our guests were wowed by the high ceiling, artistic lighting and modern touches. Brian at Rebel Florist tranformed the space into a winter wonderland with the floral design. The food catered by Butler's Pantry was delicious! Many guests commented to me it was the best wedding the had attended. The wait staff and bartenders were prompt and friendly. cago and my wedding was in St. Louis, as soon as I became engaged my mom went to work and began to scope out venues, bands, florists etc. I began to look online at several places, and came across the Palladium. I had never heard of it before, but the pictures looked beautiful and just what I had in mind. As soon as I sent an email requesting information and available dates, I was told they were on the phone with my mom and she was doing the same. We were told September 15th was the only date available for the year, so she went there right away to check out the place. She called me and me raved about how gorgeous the space was, not being able to get to St. Louis, I trusted her taste and told her to go for it. That was the best decision we ever made! The venue itself is absolutely stunning, Maggie and the rest of the staff were incredible. Words cannot express how wonderful it was working with Maggie, from recommending an incredible wedding planner, to laying out a time line of what needed to get done, and just being in constant correspondence. Her organizational skills and wedding knowledge were out of this world, she put me at complete ease and made the wedding planning so enjoyable and stress free. She was so accommodating and just an absolute pleasure to work with. The Palladium itself was also just as great as Maggie, I received so many compliments on how beautiful it was and how it's so different then your typical wedding venue. The food is a whole other story! I have never been to a wedding that I have enjoyed the food, until my own. I couldn't believe how incredible it was and the service blew me away, I also received many compliments on the food and service as well. There was not one negative thing I could say about the Palladium or it's staff, and the pricing is completely reasonable. These people are top notch and clearly know what they are doing. It was the perfect wedding and I owe that all to Maggie and the Palladium staff! I would recommend this place a thousand times over, these people are the best! I had my wedding at the Palladium over labor day weekend and it ended up pouring down rain. Although we had been prepared for an outdoor ceremony, Maggie and the staff at the palladium, including Brian, the Rebel Florist (highly recommended) moved everything to the indoor plan without any stress or problems. The food was great and the decor was beautiful. Having the venue, food, and flowers all in the same place really eliminated my stress and made it much easier to plan. Highly recommended!

We got a lot of comments on how delicious the food was. In addition to that, the house wine is Alamos - our favorite! We love Alamos Malbec and Chardonnay, so that was a real plus. Everything from the space and design, to the food and details, to the service of the night was wonderful. I would highly recommend Palladium to all future brides!

was phenomenal! Everything was cooked to perfect. The bar was stocked and the bartenders remembered what our guests were drinking. No one ever waited for anything. I dont have one complaint at all. It was perfect! Thanks to the Palladium, Butlers Pantry, Maggie and her team!!!

up not being present on our wedding day, but her boss was there, and everything was perfect - and we had many special requests and details that they didn't let fall through the cracks. The food was amazing. Most of our guests have called either me or my parents to thank us for the wedding, and each one has complimented the food (a lot of people said it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding). The service was great - the servers paid close attention to each table but were still timely and out of the way. Not to mention the venue is really pretty, and leant itself well to whatever color scheme we wanted. Also, though I'd planned on some upgrades to the linens and tableware, we ended up not doing it because their normal place setting was beautiful. All in all, the experience was amazing from beginning to end. If you are at all interested in The Palladium, book it! You won't be disappointed! For this calibur of venue, it was a great value for the money we spent, and worth every penny.
