Our wedding reception on 10/30/21 at Palladium was WONDERFUL!! The venue is so interchangeable for whatever your style is and the large size was perfect for our guest count of 250. Most of all, the planning process with Chelsea and Bridget was stress free! They made you feel at ease and walked you through every step. Also, the quick responses to any email or phone call was very much appreciated! We had so many compliments from our guests after the wedding on the venue AND the wonderful food from Butler's Pantry. They made our cutting cake as well and I could eat it every day, so good. The staff on our wedding day was very friendly and always made sure my husband and I were being taken care of. We couldn't have asked for a better day! We highly recommend utilizing Palladium for your wedding reception.

My wedding took place August 21, 2021 and our reception was held at Palladium. I could not have chosen a more perfect venue. Palladium is a gorgeous venue, the food is immaculate, and the service is amazing! The staff was friendly and courteous. Each of my guest spoke highly of everyone there. Working with Caroline & Tasha made was they best. They ensured everything ran smoothly just as we requested. Choose Palladium for any event and you will be so glad you did!!

We were thrilled with how wonderful everything was for our daughter and son-in-law's wedding and reception September 2020 at Palladium St Louis. Tasha and Andrew kindly and professionally helped us navigate the numerous changes we faced during our planning process due to Covid, The venue is spacious and allowed us plenty of room to celebrate well even with covid restrictions; and of course Butler's Pantry served a dinner that was absolutely amazing!

Palladium St. Louis was the perfect location for our wedding reception. When searching for our venue, we wanted some place unique, non-ballroomy, large enough for our huge guest list and a place we could make our own. Palladium easily checked all those boxes. Not only is the space fantastic, you also get the best caterer in town - Butler's Pantry. Butler's food and staff stand far above the rest. Throughout the entire planning process until the end of the evening we had remarkable service. I can't say enough great things about everyone we worked with from the sales team to the banquet staff.

We loved having our reception at Palladium Saint Louis! The space is modern, and you can decorate exactly to your taste. We went for a more simplistic look, but the venue is so pretty all by itself. Palladium can hold a lot of people without feeling cramped which was great for our large guest count. The venue is also perfectly located in Lafayette Square. We had a decent amount of time between our wedding and reception, so we wanted a place that was central to restaurants and activities to occupy our guests' spare time. We worked with Nicole and Andrew for over a year in planning our wedding reception, and they were both wonderful! Nicole and Andrew are organized, thoughtful, and detail-oriented. Communication was easy, and we could always count on them to deliver. There is so much chaos involved in wedding planning, and Palladium and their staff made sure our day went smoothly. Literally every detail was planned out. When booking with Palladium, you will use their exclusive caterer, Butler's Pantry, which was EXCELLENT (see separate review). The Palladium was the perfect venue for my wedding. Stephanie and Nicole were a dream to work with and everything from planning, communicating and the big day was perfect and easy. The food was top notch, and came out quickly. The bar service was fast and accommodating. One of my grandparents fell and the staff were there to care for and help her above and beyond what we would have excepted. If you are looking for a beautiful venue, with excellent food and service, book the Palladium.

The Palladium was such a neat spot for us to have our wedding reception! We loved the big open space and upper balcony area for the cocktail hour. We had the pleasure of working with Nicole and Andrew who were very both very efficient and a lot of fun to work with. They thought of just about everything and helped us plan such a wonderful night. Our guests loved the food! We've gotten so many compliments on how delicious the meals was, which is saying a lot considering they catered to 200+ guests. My husband and I couldn't have been happier with the venue and staff!!

The Palladium was the perfect place for our daughter’s wedding ceremony and reception. Stephanie and Brittany were great to work with from the date we initially toured the venue through the big day. Butler’s Design created beautiful flowers and the food prepared by Butler’s Pantry did not disappoint. Planning a wedding can be stressful but Stephanie and. Brittany helped make the process enjoyable, coordinating with vendors and calming nerves along the way. As a parent you want your daughter and son-in-law to enjoy this momentous occasion and the smiles that day said it all. Our guests were very complimentary too. The Palladium was a beautiful venue to celebrate the wedding of my daughter and son in law. Tasha and Andrew were so wonderful to work with. They helped give my daughter the wedding of her dreams. I appreciate so much the extra attention to details, especially helping with the video we played. The food was excellent. We wish we could do it all over again.

Palladium was our dream venue for our wedding ceremony and reception, and Nicole and Caroline made our dreams come true! The space, decor, food, staff, and everything else was perfect. They went above and beyond what we expected and made sure our day was as special as we had hoped it would be. I would highly recommend to anybody looking for a venue in St. Louis!

The Palladium is an amazing wedding venue in St. Louis!The Palladium staff were exceptional to work with throughout the entire wedding process! The food was delicious and the on site parking was definitely a bonus for wedding guests! My wedding coordinators, Brittany and Stephanie, were so sweet and accommodating and made sure every little reception detail was perfect! I was an out of state bride and the Palladium staff was great with communication and timelines for the wedding! The reception venue is absolutely stunning and they made my dream wedding a reality! What a memorable evening! Wow! The perfect venue, with the perfect staff to make the planning and the reception night stress free. We have received so many compliments about everything – the décor, food, and friendly staff. What a wonderful event from start to finish. The planning was made so easy with the help of Brittany and Stephanie. They took care of everything. The reception went flawlessly thanks to their preparation of the finest of details and the support of their entire staff. The food was FABULOUS! So many guests commented that they have never tasted food of such quality at any other wedding reception. A night to remember for sure! I would recommend the Palladium to all. I couldn't imagine the reception anywhere else.

My husband and I had our ceremony and reception at Palladium and it was nothing short of amazing! We fell in love with the venue the first time we saw it, but we couldn't have imagined everything turning out as perfectly as it did. Brittany and Stephanie were so great to work with, and together with Becky from Butler's Pantry Design Studio they truly made my wedding vision come to life - it was beautiful! I didn't hire a wedding coordinator, and I didn't need one - Brittany and Stephanie were there to help every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly on the wedding day. Having everything done in-house from the flowers to the decor to the food was so wonderful and made everything come together seamlessly. We have received SO many compliments on the venue, food, and decor, and people cannot stop telling us how much fun they had! I can’t say enough about Palladium St Louis. The team from start to finish provided outstanding customer service. They truly made my “Winter Wedding” come true. Tasha, Becky and Julie worked great together preparing, ordering, organizing and suggesting everything to pull the ceremony, held at Joule and the reception held at Palladium, together. Both venues gave us the elegant and sexy feel that I wanted. With everything being offered in-house it made everything flow perfectly. Not only were the staff friendly and professional Butler’s Pantry catering topped everything off with a fine selection. We even added a private tasting to create I own dish. Which was loved by everyone. Thank you, Palladium, Joule and Butler’s Pantry, for making my day special.

We had the best experience at Palldium St. Louis. I cannot begin to describe how much I loved having our reception here. Brittany was our wedding coordinator and was absolutely amazing. She stayed on top of it and made sure the venue was exactly what I wanted. I walked in for our reception and the place looked absolutely stunning. It was exactly what I had envisioned for our reception. The wait staff and bartenders were attentive. We got so much positive feedback from our guests. Everything from the centerpieces to the amzing food to the excellent bar selections, our friends and family were very impressed. It could not have been more perfect. For being a type A person that knows exactly what she wants, they did everything PERFECTLY!! I would HIGHLY recommend to other brides. By far one of the coolest venues I have every been to.

We had our wedding reception at Palladium and it was absolutely amazing. The staff at Palladium and Butler's Pantry made everything super easy start to finish and they were extremely helpful and flexible when it came to vendor access, design meetings, etc. We got so many compliments about how unique the space was and everyone LOVED the food. I'm so happy we chose Palladium for our reception, it was perfect.

We have nothing but great things to say about the Palladium. In the beginning we were between two venues and Nicole was the reason we picked the Palladium. She was quick to respond to all emails/calls, listened to the little details and really cared about making our day special. The first time I went to visit, they had the purple lights on, I asked what other colors they had. Nicole listed a few colors and I remember saying “oh yea, we would do blush” and we went on with the tour. The second we went back with my parents, Nicole had the blush lights on and waiting for me– at that point I knew this was the place. The whole contracting process was really smooth and easy. Nicole and Stephanie were there to answer questions and make final adjustments. Food = AMAZING! Our family and friends raved about how great the food was throughout the night. During cocktail hour, I had lots of people coming up to chat with me and we were not able to get any apps. I was so happy to sit down for dinner and to see a whole plate of the apps + I was able to get a few more of my faves (chicken and waffle mini’s). We also did a family brunch the next morning at Café Madeline (another Butler’s venue). We had the same great food and friendly service. All of the staff was very professional, friendly and efficient. The whole night went off without a single problem (of if there was one, I didn’t know about it). I would 100% suggest using the Palladium or any of the Butlers Venue’s for your wedding. I will be suggesting it to all of my friends in the future.

We honestly looked at so many places and no one spent the time and effort to truly care about OUR day. Everyone else it was just another wedding. Everyone at butlers pantry and the palladium made sure that our wants and needs were taken care of before we even paid for anything. We had a very large wedding and not 1 guest has said anything even close to negative about the venue, food, drinks, and staff. The venue was beyond beautiful, the food was amazing, the drinks were flowing all night long. While this was not the cheapest option, you only have your wedding once so it was well worth it. We had zero troubles, issues, or headaches along the way and the night of our wedding could not have gone better. The staff took care of every single detail down to the lighting, entrance, vendors, timeline, and communication and flexibility was beyond what we would’ve ever expected. We loved it and would hope this review conceives you to have your wedding here. You will not regret it.

Fantastic place for a wedding reception! Every bit of our journey with the sales, catering, and design areas was top notch! I live in another state, so I planned everything from top to bottom with these teams via phone or email; everything went off beautifully and without the slightest hitch. The venue was perfect and absolutely perfect!

We hosted our reception at the Palladium and were amazed! Nicole and Caroline were wonderful to work with and helped make our dreams a reality! The food was incredible - we are still getting compliments. Very, very please with the way everything turned out. Truly a night to be remembered!

The Palladium was perfect for our wedding reception. There were all types of options available for decorating the space although it’s really beautiful just as it is. They can match the lighting to your colors and they can even show a slideshow of photos or a logo on the walls or floors. There is plenty of room for dancing and the mezzanine is perfect for a cocktail hour in between the wedding and reception. Working with Butler’s Pantry was wonderful as well. They were very responsive and everyone told us it was the best wedding food they’d ever tasted.

We had our ceremony here and then our reception. Palladium is owned by Butler's Pantry and they have an amazing team that works with you to help you plan your wedding! It was almost like having a mini wedding planner. Everything flowed together so well! They also have a design team downstairs that did the bouquets, backdrop, centerpieces and I was even able to order special linens that were beautiful! All of the bouquets, back drops, center pieces, etc were EXACTLY as I wanted. When the ceremony was over and we went outside to take pictures they moved everything around in the room to create the reception area while the guests were upstairs enjoying cocktails and hor'deuvres. The venue is absolutely stunning, high ceilings, lots of space, great bathrooms, gorgeous floor... I would highly highly recommend them to anyone! They were very professional and easy to communicate with! Thanks again! :)

Having my wedding at Palladium was a no-brainer for me because I had attended several beautiful events there before, and I would choose it again a million times over. The space is spectacular with tall ceilings, interesting architecture, and a historic industrial vibe but also lends itself to any aesthetic. My whimsical long tables, eucalyptus centerpieces, and millions of sparkly candles were perfect in the space, and I’ve seen dozens of others work as well. Besides this, the service at Palladium is second to none. Our coordinator, Nicole, was professional, friendly, helpful, and responsive. She can read a bride and her family and perfectly accommodate the amount of input and suggestion they want while giving them complete control. She seamlessly changed our salad choice the day of the wedding due to the E. coli/romaine lettuce outbreak that had occurred days before. The servers at the event were a delight with the utmost professionalism and promptness. I can’t say enough good things about this place and this staff. Will use them again for all my event needs.

We had our daughter's wedding at the Palladium and it was spectacular! The venue was so beautiful, the food was amazing and the workers there were so nice! Tasha helped us plan an amazing night and helped us with every detail. I would highly recommend this venue! :)

The Palladium St. Louis, hands down, made my wedding night the absolute best! The employees went above and beyond to make sure our night was one to remember. When my now husband and I first visited the venue, we were blown away - instantly fell in love, with both the space and with event coordinator, Tasha! From that day until the big wedding day, Tasha and everyone at the Palladium/Butler's Pantry were so fabulous to work with. The planning was absolutely seamless and everything went perfect. The pre-planning and day-of execution teams are the best in the business. I am an event planner by trade and my expectations are hard to exceed. They did. Our venue was absolutely amazing! We loved having our cocktail hour on the terrace level overlooking the beautiful main floor! Nicole & Stephanie were fantastic! My now husband and I got married at the Palladium on 9/9/17. To say this is the perfect venue would be a huge understatement. We found out just 3 weeks before our wedding that the venue we had originally planned to get married at would no longer work, as it was still not built. We were in complete panic mode as we called every venue we could think of. Our panic immediately turned to excitement the minute we spoke with Nicole and her team. Nicole took care of us from the very beginning. When she discovered that our original venue was going to provide us centerpieces and a DJ, she helped coordinate with a decoration rental company and found us a DJ. When we showed up at the Palladium for our initial meeting with Nicole, we were blown away not only at how beautiful the venue is, but how well organized they are. After a 45 minute meeting with Nicole and her team, we had more details hammered out than we had throughout the past 7 months of our engagement. They shared all of the options they could provide and did not miss a single detail. The wedding day went off without a hitch. We had the most beautiful venue, set up exactly how we wanted, and the most caring and attentive staff. Throughout the wedding and even still, I cannot count the number of people who told us that this was the best wedding food they have ever had. If you are looking for a beautiful stress-free day, I truly believe there is none greater than the Palladium and Butler's Pantry. We are so beyond grateful to Nicole and everyone at the Palladium for taking what started off as a nightmare and turning it into the most picture-perfect, dream of a wedding.

We recently had our ceremony and reception at Palladium Saint Louis. We worked with Nicole and she was able to help us create the day of our dreams. She brought so many ideas to the table and helped us plan out the day with ease. She helped us pick out menu items that fit us and our guests and also reflected the theme of our day in general. She was extremely easy to work with, patient and very knowledgeable. The venue is a perfect combination of industrial and modern and has stellar views of downtown. The staff was incredible. After hearing rave reviews from our guests and our families we wouldn't change a thing.

Nicole and her team made our dreams come true. We had a venue (Stone House of St. Charles) booked for months that fell way behind schedule and did not even start the reception hall nor have they by our wedding date of September 9th. The old venue was not helpful at all and did not understand our sadness that our special day had quickly become an embarrassment. In a moment of pure panic my now wife and I called every wedding venue in a 25 mile radius of St. Louis to try and re-plan our entire wedding. Without Nicole we would have fallen flat. Instead we had the most beautiful wedding we could have imagined. Everything was perfect and we are so happy we had the opportunity to work with The Palladium. I cannot tell you how many guests have said that this was the best wedding food they have ever had. I cannot give Nicole enough praise as she made something that should have been the most stressful 3 weeks of our lives seem like it was meant to happen that way. She helped us plan and set up our wedding in less than 3 weeks but if you were there you would have thought we spent the last year planning it. I would recommend this venue over every other in St. Louis to anyone who wants to have the perfect wedding day! Nicole and her team are the most wonderful group of people I have ever had the opportunity to work with.

Everything about our wedding at Palladium was spectacular! From the beginning, Nicole and staff were SO easy and fun to work with. They replied to questions with super-fast speed and delivered in everyway possible. I received so many compliments from our guests that the food was delicious! (One bridesmaid told me mid-bite at the head table how impressed she was!) Nicole and team even made sure I had my favorite type of wine and the grooms favorite type of beer. I didn't have a planner for the day-of, and was nervous arriving to the reception...but everything was JUST as I imagined. Simply perfect.

Our experience with Palladium Saint Louis, Butler's Pantry and Tasha was amazing!! We had our ceremony in Joule, an outdoor cocktail hour and reception in Palladium. Everything from the venue to the food (donut wall is awesome!!), to the friendly staff and service, was top notch. My family and friends were amazed at how beautiful the venue was and LOVED the candied bacon on our Brunch menu!! Tasha was a joy to work with and made our experience even better. I would refer anyone looking to host their next event!!

Palladium was the perfect venue for us. We loved the unique structure of the venue and everything it had to offer. We met with Tasha for a tour and immediately knew that was where we wanted our reception. Tasha was professional, knowledgable, flexible, and an absolute joy to work with. Communication was always clear and prompt with Tasha, and she truly made everything come together so beautifully. We also worked with Becky from Butler's Pantry Design Studio. Working with her put us at ease, and all of the flowers from the bouquets to the centerpieces were beautiful. It was so convenient having the florist in the same location as the venue. All of the details were perfect! We also really appreciated the lounge room in the basement where the wedding party could relax before the start of the reception and enjoy some drinks and appetizers. Palladium was extremely accommodating, and to top it off the food from Butler's Pantry was incredible! We could not have had a better experience from start to finish!

After looking at many venues in St. Louis, we decided to go with the Palladium and it was the best decision for our big day. Working with Tasha and the team was a breeze and they made every little detail perfect so we could just kick back and enjoy! We received so many compliments about the food, service and overall atmosphere.

The Perfect Wedding: that's what we heard from guest after guest...this was the perfect wedding. And The Palladium gets the credit. From the always pleasant Nicole to the gorgeous room and INCREDIBLE food, everything was perfect. The servers, bartenders and every staff person acted professionally, happily and with our interests always in mind. They were the best. Our only regret is that we have just one child to marry off! We recently had our wedding reception at the Palladium at the end of August. We cannot say enough about how excellent every aspect of our reception was. From the beautiful space, to the food ( we still get calls from our guests about how excellent our meals was, Butlers Pantry did a phenomenal job ), drinks and outstanding service. Everything was absolutely perfect. Our wedding coordinator, Tasha was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning she was so helpful with all of our wedding plans. She helped me with all of my questions and concerns and was very open to new ideas or changes that I wanted to make. She really did make our wedding reception everything that I could have hoped for. Overall, I would not have changed one thing about our wedding reception. the Palladium went above and beyond my expectations, and I would HIGHLY recommend this space to anyone planning a wedding in the future, you will not be disappointed.

The palladium is a beautiful venue! Not only was the service wonderful but the food was AMAZING! Tasha was the best event manager. She kept in contact with me and assured me that she will do everything to make our day was perfect, and it was!

Our wedding at the Palladium was AMAZING! Starting from the first tour to leaving the reception at the end of the wedding, everything exceeded our expectations! Nicole is so fun to work with and made it all seem so effortless and seamless. We couldn't have asked for a better planner. The staff at Butler's Pantry are so flexible and really work hard to make your dreams come true. Some may think that the price for the food/drinks are on the higher end, but for what we got (the Silver Plated meal package: choice of 3 passed hors d'oeuvres, Baby Spinach & Arugula Salad, Pan-Seared Scallops & Petite Beef Tenderloin in Garlic Chili Demi-Glace with Risotto Cake; Wild Mushroom Ravioli for the vegetarians), it was SO WORTH IT. Believe us when we say making steak at medium-rare for 250 people really IS possible and delicious! Our guests raved about the food and we seriously did not have any complaints at all. Some people even said this was the best wedding food they've ever had!!! During the reception, we changed up our timeline a bit and the staff got right on it, no questions asked. The uplighting, use of the balcony for the cocktail hour, dance floor, white leather sofas, dinner chairs, and HUGE bars were just an added benefit of the already gorgeous venue. We seriously had our dream wedding at Palladium and would totally recommend it for any event. Although people may not think the area is the safest, they provided security guards during the night and had no issues with any cars or safety. If you love the industrial feel with high ceilings and open space, look no further :)

When we were searching for our venue, we wanted one that would showcase a bit of the history of St. Louis, but still have all the modern touches of a new venue. We went to Palladium and absolutely loved it! They happened to have a cancellation, so we went for it. Everything turned out better than we could have imagined- the food, drinks, and service were all on par with what you would get in a fine-dining restaurant. We opted for the in-house florist, BP Design Studio as well, and we were overwhelmed at how incredible everything turned out! Did I mention that it was all put together in less than 5 months? Absolutely amazing!!!

Our daughter's reception was at the Palladium and it was nothing short of amazing, We served filets for 320 guests and our food was delicious. All guests were served at the same time, and the food was hot. Not typical banquet food The staff, especially Liz and Nicole were great to work with. We had many extra details and ethnic traditions that we wanted and they made sure everything was perfect. We also had extra audio visual components at the reception and they met with the subcontractors so we didn't have to worry about anything. the venue looked great, and the staff was so helpful and professional. We had tons of compliments, especially about the food. Totally worth the investment!

The Palladium delivered on all fronts for our daughter's wedding reception. We were very happy with the outstanding service, beautiful space, and stellar food. Many guests commented that the food was the best they'd ever had at a wedding reception. Tasha, our coordinator, was enthusiastic, professional, and very responsive throughout the planning process. BP Design Studio, which did the flowers, also did an excellent job. We are happy to give the Palladium our highest ranking.

We had our wedding reception at The Palladium in September 2015 and we couldn't have been happier with the result after the event was all said and done. We had the pleasure of working with Liz as our coordinator (she's now at the Coronado) and she was fabulous. Because I live out of town and my mom and I have never been great planners, we toyed with the idea of hiring a traditional wedding planner to coordinate all the details. Once we exchanged a few emails with and met with Liz, we knew we wouldn't need anyone else, as we could tell we were in great hands. She kept us organized, stayed in touch throughout the 12+ months of planning and made the whole process fun! Not only did she go above and beyond with our event, the whole team did a fantastic job and provided excellent service. The food was incredible. I know most couples say they don't get to eat on their wedding day (I understand why), but I ate my entire dinner because it was so good. Liz and the team also made sure to put a sampler plate of passed hors d'oeuvres at our seats in case we missed the goodies at cocktail hour. I really can't say enough great things about the whole experience. The food, the atmosphere, the service - everything was on point. In the 12+ months of planning I had imagined what our wedding day would be like and thanks to Liz and the team at the Palladium, it was better than I could have ever imagined.

The Palladium St. Louis was the first venue I toured and it was the only one I needed to see. My fiancé and I booked it that same week. I worked with Nicole Jenkins there for over 2 years and she was a DREAM. She thought of every detail so I didn't have to-stayed on top of deadlines for me, mentioned extras and add-ons I might be interested in and just made the overall experience so enjoyable. My guests are still raving about how incredible everything was and how gorgeous the venue was. Also-so many of them told me the food (from Butler's Pantry) was the best wedding food they'd ever had! I wish I could give this venue 100 stars because it was seriously so perfect. Any wedding here will go so smoothly and will look and be so elegant. I can't sing enough praises about how awesome my experience was. If you want a venue that makes the planning easy-with attendants who are attentive to your needs and love what they do--book the Palladium. :)

I had the best experience with the Palladium and Nicole Jenkins. They were so helpful during the planning process. But, the most noteable part of the experience, was how BEAUTIFUL and "zen" like the Palladium was able to turn into. PLUS, their food is to die for. Their fall menu is on point this year! I am so lucky to have been able to have my reception here! Did I mention their service for the recepetion? Because they had so many employees hopping around tending to all of my guests. Their bar service was on point! One of their bartenders, Angie, was so sweet to all of our guests, and she was such a delight to work with!

Working with the coordinator Nicole was one of the best parts of planning our wedding. Everything was seamless, the staff was great, the food was incredible. We couldn't have been happier.

Our 7/11/15 wedding was a dream come true. The palladium staff was very accommodating. Nicole went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed the way we wanted it on the tables and that everything ran smoothly. Butlers Pantry did an amazing job we heard multiple times during the night that this was the best wedding food they've ever had. The venue is open and I loved how the guests weren't on top of eachother and there was lots of space to dance. I wish we could do it all over again!

I've been trying to figure out how to put into words just how unbelievably perfect our wedding was thanks to The Palladium and Butler's Pantry, but I keep finding myself at a loss because words just don't seem to do it justice. I'll do my best, but the bottom line is you can't make a better decision than to go with The Palladium and/or Butler's Pantry for your wedding day. I searched high and low for the "perfect" venue for our wedding day. We had to have looked at every single venue in St. Louis. We narrowed it down to our top 3 and took my parents and sisters along to make a final decision. After meeting with the staff at Palladium/Butler's Pantry, it was a no-brainer. Not only is the space so unique (without being limiting in decor/style), but they are so flexible in what you can do, how you can set it up and always open to new ideas/suggestions. The space really lends itself to any type of style/look, so no two weddings ever have to look the same. That was so appealing to us! The staff really went above and beyond to make our wedding dreams come true. We felt like they were just as invested in our day as we are, and really, what more can you ask for from a wedding venue? Jeanne and Liz were so on top of every detail, I never had to think about what came next or if I was meeting their deadlines. Not a single detail slipped through the cracks. They were professional, but still so compassionate. I feel like I gained two new best friends from wedding planning! Not to mention the food... our guests cut their filet with a BUTTER KNIFE! That's how perfectly cooked every single meal was. Our guests could not stop talking about how incredible the food was. They all felt like they were eating at a 5-star restaurant, with top notch service to boot. They easily accommodated our very extensive dessert bar requests with everything from cotton candy to mini-pies to cannoli's. They even granted my request of margaritas in mini-patron bottles as our signature drink, which were just to die for! The best advice I can give any bride-to-be is to hire professionals you truly trust, and then trust them. They know what they're doing, they do it every weekend, and they really do want to make your dreams come true - so let them! I can honestly say that I was able to sit back, relax and enjoy my wedding day from every aspect, as well as the entire planning process. Isn't that what every bride wants?!

We loved the service from our Sales and Catering manager. She was so helpful and went way beyond our expectations. We were so thrilled and all of our guests kept telling us how wonderful everything was…not to mention how wonderful the food was that night. Definitely a plus that they make everything onsite so it was at great temps, was delicious and great portions for a wedding dinner. Wish we could go back and be there again!

I had my wedding reception at the Palladium in July. Thanks to Liz everything was perfect. I got three big compliments about my reception: everyone loved the venue because of the open space, the food was hands down the best wedding food anyone has ever had, and my dads speech was sweetest thing ever. We had a signature cocktail passed around during the cocktail hour which was a great added bonus! The staff was so helpful and like I said Liz was the best wedding planner a Bride could ask for. She would answer all my emails and calls with all my questions which made me comfortable that everything was going to be perfect. She even sent me pictures of the food so I could see what it looked like before my final food order. There is nothing I would have wanted to change about my reception...IT WAS PERFECT. If you are looking for a classy reception venue you don't have to look any more. This is it!!!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank the entire Palladium staff for such a wonderful wedding ceremony and reception on Friday! We have not stopped smiling about the whole event! You would not believe the many compliments I have received from family, friends, and guests regarding the food, the atmosphere, the entire venue. Many said it was the best wedding reception food they had ever eaten. So kudos to the Butler’s Pantry chefs and staff as well. Every staff member/server/bartender, etc. was more than accommodating and provided great service with a smile. Please relay our thanks to all. Nicole Jenkins was our event planner and was so gracious and helpful no matter how minute a question or situation was presented to her. She responded quickly and confidently to every email sent by the bride to be. She and her assistants (Liz and Bailey) were so nice on Thursday (the rehearsal) and Friday (the wedding day) and we enjoyed our time with them. It felt like family and we are going to miss seeing them all. I have a feeling we will be smiling and talking about my daughter's wedding for a very long time! I would highly recommend Palladium St. Louis and Butler's Pantry for any upcoming event!

The venue was amazing. They take care of so much for you and were incredibly flexible; it definitely made the wedding planning process so much easier. Liz was our coordinator and she was such a big help throughout the process. She was very responsive to emails and everything went off without a hitch!

That food is fine, the environment and location is wonderful but the seats are so uncomfortable if you r shorther than 5.5. Can't wait to leave this meeting.

The goal for our wedding was to keep things as simple and elegant as possible. We decided to have our reception at the Palladium because of the clean lines of the space and the modern feel. The colors were neutral enough to fit with any color scheme we could come up with and the space could accommodate our guest count easily (originally starting around 265). The staff was so helpful and professional, from our catering manager to the waiters and bartenders working our reception- everyone always had a smile on their face! The food was DELICIOUS, our guests haven't stopped raving about it! It was hands-down the best reception food I've ever had, and I've been to a LOT of weddings... We also decided to use the florist that was in-house, The Rebel Florist. Brian and his team were wonderful and were able to bring my unique vision to life. It was so convenient that I could schedule two meetings on the same afternoon, so I didn't have to worry about running all over town with limited time off work. If we were to do it all over, we would definitely choose the Palladium again. The quality of service through the entire planning process made me feel so at ease- something that doesn't come easily to me. We will definitely be suggesting the Palladium to all of our friends who are engaged, because we truly had the best night of our lives!

In my humble opinion, the service, atmosphere, cuisine & overall experience enjoyed at Palladium Saint is completely unparalleled. The service…from coordinator to set up crew, door greeter to hors d’oeuvres passers, bartenders to waitstaff, Chefs to all culinary assistants…the staff at Palladium Saint Louis are top notch! Jeanne, Melody & Nicole were with me, every step of the way in planning the reception. They each listened to my ideas and were able to expertly make suggestions here and there to ensure my (high) expectations were not only met, but exceeded. Every tiny detailed discussed in a year’s worth of planning was reflected & attended to…beautifully. On the day of, I was confident in being a guest at my own event – how rare! I also knew every single one of my guests were in great hands – all staff are so approachable, charismatic, professional and unbelievably gracious. I was delighted (and not a bit surprised) to get consistent feedback after the fact, how much my family and friends loved getting to know the staff. The atmosphere…Palladium Saint Louis is such a special venue. It is completely unique in that you can go all out decorating to make the space yours OR you can simply show up and the space still stops people in their tracks. It’s a piece of history…it’s a contemporary marvel. Clean lines and lofty ceilings feel warm & inviting. Uses of metal & concrete are offset by soft LED lighting. This lighting, along with projection capabilities allow you to customize the room easily. There’s a view of downtown, there’s a ton of parking – it really just doesn’t get any better. There was nowhere else I could envision celebrating with my favorite people in the world. The Cuisine…where do I even begin? These days everyone is a foodie in their own right & unfortunately ‘reception/wedding food’ has gotten a really bad rap. Palladium Saint Louis/Butler’s Pantry is changing people’s minds on this, one guest at a time! This talented culinary team has mastered the art of providing restaurant quality, customized menus, for hundreds. It truly is an amazing feat. I was thrilled to sit down with the Chefs early in planning and discuss some of our favorite meals, favorite flavor profiles. Chefs were then able to create the perfect hors d’oeuvres - fun & a bit whimsical, the perfect seated dinner – 3 elegant courses, the perfect dessert station – who doesn’t love modern twists on classic Hostess confections?? Guests are still talking about ‘that meal’. The overall experience…if I had the chance to do the Wedding all over again, I wouldn’t change a thing. Palladium Saint Louis was/is the ONLY option in Wedding Venues that will knock it out of the park and exceed all of your expectations. Palladium Saint Louis ensured my Wedding Day was unforgettable, unbelievable and so completely perfect. I am forever thankful!

I just recently had my wedding reception at Palladium and Jeanne, Liz, and all of Palladium's staff made all my dreams come true with helping to create a perfect night after our wedding. Throughout the entire planning process, Jeanne was my go to girl. Her and Liz were so helpful in giving ideas and advice which just took so much stress of the entire situation. Props to Palladium's chef because the food was by far the best I've ever had at a wedding serving 240 people. Actually some of the best food I've had at any St. Louis restaurant to be honest! Palladium makes sure there are enough bar tenders and servers that our guests never had to wait. All night, there was a constant flow of compliments coming from our guests about the reception. Truly an amazing experience!

The space is amazing and has an incredible view of downtown St. Louis! The pedals that they could drop to make the space unique and the lighting perfectly set the mood and made our wedding different from a few other events that we had attended there. At first we were concerned about the price- but when we began to look into it, it was truly one of the more affordable places as their price included all tables and chairs, nice linens, real silverware and dishes, and the best servers. All of our guests, to this day, continue to complement the food! The Palladium staff took care of all of our needs and were attentive to details. We cannot recommend them enough!

We recently had our September 2014 wedding reception at the Palladium and could not have picked a better venue. Everything looked gorgeous, the ambience was perfect, and the night itself just seemed magical. Everyone was happy, dancing, and in awe of just now wonderful everything was. The food was delicious (which is hard to come by at wedding receptions), and the staff was very attentive. I would recommend the Palladium to any bride-to-be!

We had our wedding reception at the Palladium, and it was absolutely perfect! Melody, our wedding coordinator, was delightful to work with and helped us think through all the details so the event went perfectly. We were planning the wedding from out of town, and she was very flexible and helpful in coordinating our wedding over phone and email (she was very responsive via email). The event staff was great! They coordinated with our DJ to ensure the serving of items did not interfere with toasts, etc. Also, the food was amazing. We received many compliments from our guests, and Palladium accommodated guests with food allergies as well. Thank you Palladium for making our day so special!

We had our wedding reception at the Palladium a month ago and it was beautiful. Everything turned out perfectly and the food was amazing. Throughout the night and for the past few weeks we have heard many wonderful things about the food and how impressed our guests were. The staff was great to work with and were very helpful. The only issue was the chef threw away the left over meals that we were supposed to take home from last minute no shows. Other than that, it was a perfect night and the look of the place was magical.

I could not be happier with selecting the Palladium as my reception venue. The venue staff was wonderful and very accommodating to every request. The event planning staff was phenomenal!!! I cannot say enough about how amazing they were. They were extremely professional and organized which helped the event go exactly as I hoped. Thank you so much Palladium for making our special day perfect!

Melody and her staff went above and beyond to make sure my wedding was a success. We had both the ceremony and reception at the Palladium, and to cut costs chose not to hire a wedding planner. We even had our friend officiate the wedding, and quickly realized we were in way over our head. Melody helped with the ceremony rehearsal, met with both sets of parents on numerous occasions (my husband and I lived in Kansas City, so trying to plan a wedding from across the state was a struggle already). She instilled confidence in my dad, the most skeptical of them all, that the whole thing would go off without a hitch, and she was right! The food was AMAZING, the staff was EXCELLENT, and of course, the venue (which we fell in love with immediately) was perfect. To top it off, they're allowing us to come back into the venue free of charge this Friday so my dad and I can have our father/daughter dance (he had to watch the ceremony/reception via web chat because he was in the hospital the day of the event). Words can't describe how happy I was with the Palladium and how accommodating they were.

We had my daughter Brittany's wedding reception at the Palladium on Jan 12, 2013. From the start of our planning through the night of the event, our coordinator Melody was professional, friendly and very helpful. The event space was beautiful! Our guests were wowed by the high ceiling, artistic lighting and modern touches. Brian at Rebel Florist tranformed the space into a winter wonderland with the floral design. The food catered by Butler's Pantry was delicious! Many guests commented to me it was the best wedding the had attended. The wait staff and bartenders were prompt and friendly. The night went off flawlessly. We could not have been happier. Thank you to Melody, Butler's Pantry, Rebel Florist and the whole staff for making our event a huge success!

Wow, I cannot even begin to describe how wonderful my experience was, working with Maggie and the Palladium. It was pure luck that I was able to reserve this venue, as there was only one date open for the rest of the year. I was living in Chicago and my wedding was in St. Louis, as soon as I became engaged my mom went to work and began to scope out venues, bands, florists etc. I began to look online at several places, and came across the Palladium. I had never heard of it before, but the pictures looked beautiful and just what I had in mind. As soon as I sent an email requesting information and available dates, I was told they were on the phone with my mom and she was doing the same. We were told September 15th was the only date available for the year, so she went there right away to check out the place. She called me and me raved about how gorgeous the space was, not being able to get to St. Louis, I trusted her taste and told her to go for it. That was the best decision we ever made! The venue itself is absolutely stunning, Maggie and the rest of the staff were incredible. Words cannot express how wonderful it was working with Maggie, from recommending an incredible wedding planner, to laying out a time line of what needed to get done, and just being in constant correspondence. Her organizational skills and wedding knowledge were out of this world, she put me at complete ease and made the wedding planning so enjoyable and stress free. She was so accommodating and just an absolute pleasure to work with. The Palladium itself was also just as great as Maggie, I received so many compliments on how beautiful it was and how it's so different then your typical wedding venue. The food is a whole other story! I have never been to a wedding that I have enjoyed the food, until my own. I couldn't believe how incredible it was and the service blew me away, I also received many compliments on the food and service as well. There was not one negative thing I could say about the Palladium or it's staff, and the pricing is completely reasonable. These people are top notch and clearly know what they are doing. It was the perfect wedding and I owe that all to Maggie and the Palladium staff! I would recommend this place a thousand times over, these people are the best! We celebrated our wedding reception at the Palladium on Saturday, November 17, 2012. From the first moment we stepped through the doors of the property to tour the venue, we were mesmerized by the history & architectural design of the Palladium. As an event planner, I am very particular with the actual execution of the event & it is hard to let go of the control! The Palladium not only eased any anxiety I had, but exceeded every expectation! The food was spectacular & our guests literally celebrated all night long! I cannot wait to have the opportunity to return! Maggie is the most professional & kind person I have ever had the pleasure to work with and would recommend the Palladium time & time again for any and all events!

Everything at the Palladium was top notch for our wedding. Maggie and her team made sure that every single detail was covered! They even worked with my bridesmaids who surprise my husband and I with a photo booth the night of our wedding! The food was absolutely AMAZING! The Palladium is a phenomenal place to have your wedding and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Shortly after I was engaged, my mom and I started scoping out places in STL and we were immediately overwhelmed at the prospect of planning my wedding. From the moment we met her, Maggie put us both at ease and assured us she would help us manage all the moving parts. The end result was incredible and even better than I had imagined. I had my wedding at the Palladium over labor day weekend and it ended up pouring down rain. Although we had been prepared for an outdoor ceremony, Maggie and the staff at the palladium, including Brian, the Rebel Florist (highly recommended) moved everything to the indoor plan without any stress or problems. The food was great and the decor was beautiful. Having the venue, food, and flowers all in the same place really eliminated my stress and made it much easier to plan. Highly recommended!

From the minute we walked in the front door of The Palladium, we just knew this was going to be a special place, we just didn’t know how special! We were in the process of planning our daughter’s wedding. The space is spectacular and the evening of the reception, as guests entered, they just stood in amazement as to how beautiful everything was. The food was delicious (not what one typically gets at wedding receptions). The service was like a perfectly orchestrated piece of music. I would compare the service to that of being at a five star restaurant. We had approximately 200+ guests and people sought us out to tell us how impressed they were with everything. The shining star in the planning of this event was Maggie. She worked with us from start to finish. “Sometimes” planning a wedding can be stressful—she removed the stress. Whatever we needed, we asked and she took care of our every wish. There aren’t enough adjectives to describe just how wonderful it was to work with her. She actually made it fun. She is quite an asset to their operation. The entire event was what dreams are made of, and we are so very happy that this dream came true, thanks to Maggie and the entire staff. We have recommended The Palladium to friends and family, and will continue to do so.
