After two unsuccessful shopping trips at local bridal boutiques up north in Rhode Island, I decided to visit my parents in Naples and discovered Palm Bridal. Kersten was a dream to work with, she was incredibly receptive to my wants and needs and was such a sweet soul. You and your loved ones can “shop around” and pull dresses to try, and Kersten does the same for you. I was incredibly impressed with the selection available in store! Amongst the ~100 dresses, you can find many options in a large variety of styles. They have everything from a sexy and tight silhouette with high leg slots, to boho chic style, to princess ball gowns. I couldn’t recommend Palm Bridal more, and I will forever cherish the experience!

I would give palm bridal and Kersten more than 5 stars if that was possible!!! I honestly dreaded the dress shopping process, had no idea what I wanted and was just planning on stopping in here to get my feet under me and get a sense of what I’d eventually want. Kersten is an all around amazing person, made me feel so comfortable, took the time to genuinely figure out what I loved and had fun ways to tweak the dress I picked out to accommodate what I was looking for. From start to finish she is the ultimate professional and someone who genuinely wants to help you find what’s going to make you happiest and most comfortable on your big day which is so important. Can’t recommend palm bridal more!!!

Kersten is the best! She made the whole process of trying on wedding dresses and picking the right one painless. She gave us her undivided attention, made me feel heard and comfortable, and was extremely patient. Her shop is also super cute. Highly recommend! 10/10

I came here on a Wednesday afternoon after making an appointment with my mom to try on my first wedding dress! We were able to navigate to it easily and found parking right in the lot attached. The inside was pretty and very neat and well kept. Kersten was also amazing by getting me in for an appointment quickly and then getting dresses ready before my appointment. She walked me through a lot of details as well as had different options for me to experiment with and was just so friendly! For the size of the shop there was an huge amount of options and I felt like I was in great hands. I can only say wonderful things about this place and can easily see why the reviews all reflect the same. The prices were also great and so reasonable.

I found my veil at Palm Bridal - I described what I wanted and they found the exact veil for me so easily. Top quality service. They have a lovely collection of dresses as well.

Worked with in my budget, super friendly and kind. So many unique options, lovely intimate atmosphere and fabulous communication.

Kirsten was an absolute dream to work with! My mother and I had the best time finding my wedding dress and then the communication was excellent while we waited for it to be made. Veronica next door was also amazing at making my necessary alterations. I would absolutely recommend Palm Bridal to anyone!

I bought my wedding dress at Palm Bridal, and it was the best experience!! I had a hard time making a final decision on a dress, and showed Kersten a dress I saw on one of the designers website hoping she could find me something similar. Must have been my lucky day because she said that exact dress was arriving on Christmas Eve for an upcoming truck show! Their bridal salon was technically closed for the holiday, but she insisted I come in anyways when it arrived, and try it on!!! It was the ONE! I’m so thankful for her, and the help she gave me in making my wedding dress dreams come true!!

I found my island style at Palm Bridal! I saw my dream wedding dress—a Morilee—on Pinterest and called eight bridal shops all over the state of Florida before I found one (200 miles away) that carried it. Palm Bridal is not that shop. Palm Bridal is the shop I went to with my mother so we could get the “try on gowns” experience before I drove across the state to pick up the dress I really wanted. Kersten was attentive to my needs and style (I wanted no lace and no train), and she helped me choose five or six dresses to try on. At the end of our session, she looked at me thoughtfully and recommended a final dress: an Enzoani. It didn’t fit any of my specifications—it had the longest, laciest train of any dress I’d seen in her shop—but when I put it on, I INSTANTLY fell in love. Kersten knew what I wanted better than I myself did. I bought the Enzoani at Palm Bridal that morning and canceled my appointment for the other “dream dress.” When my gown arrived a few weeks later, it didn’t fit quite right. Kersten went out of her way to find me a new one—she dug through her storage area until she found the exact same Enzoani in a larger size, and she let me exchange the two at no cost. I had my heart set on off-the-shoulder sleeves, which my Enzoani didn’t have. Kersten had so many ideas about how to add the sleeves, and she even ordered me extra fabric and buttons so our alterations team could create the look. (I had enough extra fabric left over to sew a matching mask from it when the pandemic hit, too!) Palm Bridal is a gorgeous location with a wide selection and the sweetest owner in the world. I am so beyond thankful for everything Kersten did for me. If you want a shop to go out of its way to make your experience special, this is the place.

Kersten made my first time trying on wedding dress so relaxing and fun. She let me have my time with each dress and encouraged my decisions. I picked out the dress I had always envisioned for myself and it was all thanks to her!

Kersten is AWESOME!! She didnt have a sample of the dress I was interested in, so she took the time to show me a TON of dresses. I feel like I tried on half of the dresses in the shop! After that I still couldn’t get the dress I was after out of my head. She was able to get a sample for me to try on a few weeks later. It was perfect! It was my dream dress! She helped me figure out what size and other options and we ordered it that day. I was on vacation when my dress arrived about 5 months later, and she held it until I was able to come in. I took my bridal party with me to pick it up, and she helped them find bridesmaids dresses that suited each of them perfectly. I highly recommend Palm Bridal, Kersten truly has a passion for helping brides find their dream gown and it shows through her attention to detail and overall care. She also has a huge selection of quality gowns.

This was the most amazing customer service I have ever received! I am Canadian and spend my winters in Fla so decided to look for a Mother of the Bride dress in that area where I winter. The moment I walked in the door of Palm Bridal I felt comfortable and was not pushed to purchase anything. I found a dress I loved so Kersten ordered it for me. I had to return home early due to Covid and she did not hesitate and said she would send it to my Canadian home when it arrived. When I received the dress there was an issue with sizing (not Kersten’s fault). She contacted the supplier in NYC and had them send another dress free of charge to her, then she mailed it to me all the way to Canada. Her communication was amazing throughout this whole 5 month ordeal and she kept in close touch with me the whole time keeping me informed. She has the kindest disposition and was so easy to work with. The dress arrived in time but due to Covid the wedding has been postponed for another year. I am so thankful I found this shop and it’s amazing owner. If you are looking for a stress free experience I highly recommend Palm Bridal! Thank you Kersten!! You are simply amazing!!

I was on vacation from Boston and decided that I was going to try on dresses while visiting. First off, the communication via email from Kersten was amazing! I changed my appointment 3 times due to my aunt wanting to be there and then everything getting canceled because of the coronavirus. On the day of my appointment we walked in and even though I had picked 8 dresses to try I never felt overwhelmed. Kersten is so warm and welcoming and knows exactly what she is doing. I found the most amazing dress and felt no pressure at all to take time to think about it if I needed. If you are looking for a bridal shop that will make you feel absolutely amazing and comfortable, this is the place for you! Kersten is absolutely amazing at what she does and I would highly recommend seeing her if you are having a tough time finding a dress.

I truly had an amazing experience with Kersten and JoAnn at Palm Bridal! They were committed to making sure I had the best experience possible. They have such a wide variety of dress options and were able to find a near-perfect match to every picture I showed them. I loved this experience from start to finish! I came to Kersten after some exhausting shopping experiences at other stores. She was the first person who was able to listen to what I was saying about my style- comfy, nature-inspired, and a little edgy- and connect those ideas to some dresses. Her space is beautiful, and she made my mom and I feel like family at every visit. Kersten is open to non-traditional ideas, and her passion for helping brides look gorgeous is clear from the moment you meet her. I'm so grateful that I met her and she helped me find an amazing dress- 1000% recommend!

I drove all the way to Miami thinking I wouldn't be able to find a dress I loved in SWFL, but ultimately had the BEST experience trying on dresses at Palm Bridal. If you're a bride-to-be in the Naples/ Ft Myers area, put this boutique at the top of your list. The store has a great selection ranging from boho lace & details to more classic, modern and sleek gowns. Kersten and her mom are the sweetest & were so accommodating, and were really invested in helping me narrow down my options. Highly recommend!

Kersten and her mom, Joann are the absolute best! I made a couple of trips to Palm Bridal before eventually picking a dress I fell in love with on the first visit. I had no idea what I was looking for and she was great as listening to me and making suggestions that I probably wouldn’t have even tried on my own. They are both so genuinely sweet and have treated my family and I so well each time we were there. Kersten also designed our wedding invites and we couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. She was sooo patient with me during that whole process too! :) She took all of my scattered thoughts and arranged them into something perfect I couldn’t have gotten anywhere else. Every visit to Palm Bridal has felt like visiting family. I could go on and on. Palm Bridal is the best ever! Kersten is absolutely fantastic to work with. Palm Bridal was the first bridal boutique I went to when shopping for my wedding dress. I had no idea what to expect. Kersten was so warm and personable - she helped my find my dress in about an hour - and I am so happy with it! She even designed our invitations, and they came out beautifully. The quality of the paper was lovely, and the design was very original. I also appreciated that Kersten made herself available for questions whenever I had them. I highly recommend Palm Bridal!!

Palm Bridal is hands down the best in SWFL! I went to several salons and tried on countless dresses but nothing compares to the personalized experience at Palm. I'm at a loss for words. Kersten was just the absolute SWEETEST person ever. She was so kind and attentive and so much fun to work with! She encouraged me to try on different styles of dresses to help narrow down which style I like best on me, and so I'm not left wondering or having any "what ifs". Both my mom and I felt at home with Kersten and her mom. They are an awesome duo, and I couldn't be any happier I said YES to the DRESS at Palm Bridal! They have a variety of different gowns all ranging in prices. Prices are great, and the dress are of great quality. Thank you ladies so much for all your patience and love! When thinking about choosing a wedding gown I quickly became stressed out. My mother and I walked into David's Bridal and shortly left in high dissatisfaction. On the way home she mentioned to me that she was able to get an appointment at a local bridal salon that had just opened and I said "eh, but why not go look." I will never admit to my mom that she is always right but I am glad she found Palm Bridal. I tried on a ton of dresses and narrowed it down to two. A trunk show for Ellis bridals was in town a few weeks later so I was back to square one. I tried on 9-13 dresses and finally found "the one." Working with Kersten and Joann was nothing short of amazing. Their patience was greatly appreciated but it was their friendliness, love and excitement that made me come back multiples times. The two of the are just the sweetest! They are not the annoying pushy sales people you find at other bridal shops. They make you feel like family the moment you walk into the store. Kersten also sat with me for hours at the table to create the most perfect invitations. If I could do it all over again I would not change a thing and definitely pick Palm Bridal.

I can't say enough amazing things about Kersten at Palm Bridal. While I already purchased my dress when I met with her, Kersten helped design my wedding invitation suite. She sat with me for two hours, taking the time to get to know me, my style, my likes and dislikes, etc. She's incredibly creative and came up with an absolutely stunning design. All of my friends commented that the invitations were just so "me"--she nailed it. She also went out of her way to put them all together and mail them out for me to make sure that I got them out on time. I just wish that I had the chance to shop for dresses at her shop as well!! Highly recommend for any bride looking for a south Florida bridal shop or invitation designer.

THE BEST IN SOUTH FLORIDA. Had such an amazing experience here picking my dress. I went to 10 other bridal shops and no one makes you feel more comfortable and prioritized. Kersten was so helpful and made the process so easy. I seriously want to just go hang out with her and her mom! Lol

I’d had several terrible experiences at previous bridal salons and was just about to give up when my grandmother found Palm Bridal online and suggested I give them a try. I am so glad I did! Kersten and her mom were so helpful and kind. They listened to my story and made me feel like I was part of their family instead of a client. It was the first time I’d felt comfortable dress shopping and I can’t thank them enough! The salon is absolutely beautiful and their dresses are stunning! I highly recommend them! They incorporated little details and personal touches that make them stand out. You can tell they are passionate about what they do. I thought I had already found my gown before going to Palm with my mom. I picked out a dress that was the complete opposite of what I thought I wanted. Kersten was very knowledgeable and made my experience one to remember. I cannot wait to wear my dress in December.

From the moment I entered into Palm Bridal it just felt 'RIGHT'!!!! A beautiful intimate little boutique that was warm and inviting! The atmosphere was magical to say the least. Kersten the owner and Joann were simply amazing. They not only provided a wonderful greeting there was a sincere interest in them assisting me with my selection. From every detail they truly seemed to have my best wishes and comfort in mind. They made me laugh, try on things I would have never imagined, but most importantly they HELPED with my decision and made me smile. These girls know what they are doing. Not only are they creative they are aware of what your thoughts and objectives are. I spent over two hours with them and they lead me to the PERFECT DRESS. I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience. Never once did I feel they were trying to 'up - sale me'. The wanted the dress for me that I WANTED. I highly recommend you make this store a MUST. Could not have imagined a better experience than the one had at Palm Bridal!! The one thing I really wanted for my wedding day was to look as beautiful as possible walking down the aisle for my groom in the right dress. I have no doubt that I found that dress. Kersten went above and beyond to make the experience fun and also to help create the perfect dress! Kersten never made me feel rushed and I could be myself the whole time. Don’t know what I would have done if I hadn’t found this place!!

Palm bridal and Kersten are both amazing. I was visiting from out of town and my mom suggested trying on dresses. It was my first time trying on and it was a perfect first experience. Kersten was so helpful and made me feel so comfortable. She was patient and let me try on so many styles. The dresses are gorgeous and there are so many styles. Tons of options for under $2000. I came away with a front runner dress but didn’t commit since it was my first appointment. Kersten was understanding and not at all pushy. It was the perfect dress shopping experience. 5 stars are just not enough for Palm Bridal and the owner, Kersten!! Shopping here was meant to be for me, with the store opening the same week I got engaged, and I’m In love with the dress I picked! I came down from Boston with the intention of just perusing a couple stores to start getting dress ideas with my mom, grandma, and stepdad. Thankfully, the first store we picked was Palm, and we didn’t need to go anywhere else! From the start Kersten was professional and warm, and her store has a great range of dresses and prices! I felt comfortable the whole time, and most important I felt pretty in everything! I wish I had more opportunities to give Kersten business, I’ll send anyone her way! Of note: I would recommend making an appointment; they do take walk-ins, but I see big things for this store in the future!
