rooms, I think there was some type of restaurant, DJ played good music, lazy river was fun and relaxing, the pool wasn't crazy crowded and water wasn't freezing, shout out to Johnny at the bar who got me some Dippin' Dots 😉 Everyone was giving good vibes, we had a great night! Totally gonna come back 🫶🏻

Food was just ok.

0 PM. I had rented Daybed #1 and arrived around 5:40 PM. The daybed was comfortable; however, two umbrellas next to it were broken and would not open. I had to notify staff so they could replace one. There was also an exposed section of concrete near the daybed that I brought to the attention of staff so it could be covered. I noticed several other broken umbrellas throughout the daybed area as well. It seemed like a pre-event walkthrough may have been overlooked. Considering the park had been open earlier in the day and hosted a large private event the previous day, a thorough inspection before opening for Night Swim would have helped ensure everything was ready for guests. The restrooms were clean and fully stocked, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, the pool water did not appear to be well-maintained. Before many guests entered the water, the pool looked cloudy, there was no noticeable chlorine smell, and I observed clumps of hair and debris collecting near the water outlets as well as floating in the pool. It appeared as though some cleanup may have been missed after the daytime waterpark operations. The wave pool flotation devices were generally in good condition, although a few seemed somewhat deflated. The wave pool staff did an excellent job monitoring guest safety and managing entry and exit from the attraction. Service was acceptable. Our server was friendly and appeared to be doing her best. However, several liquor options were unavailable, which was disappointing. Additionally, the website states that food and beverages can be ordered directly from the daybeds, but our server informed us that only beverages could be ordered and that food had to be purchased separately from the restaurant. When I mentioned the website’s information, she stated she would check with someone and bring back additional information, but she never returned. The DJ kept the atmosphere lively, although it would have been nice to hear a wider variety of music genres throughout the evening. Even so, the crowd seemed to be enjoying themselves, and the overall vibe was positive. Some positives worth mentioning are that parking was free after 5:30 PM, the parking lot was not overcrowded, the lighting throughout the venue was good, and there were no issues or disturbances among guests. Everyone appeared to be having a great time. Overall, the event was enjoyable, but better preparation, maintenance, and communication would significantly improve the guest experience. With a few operational improvements, this could be an excellent event.

attentive and always anticipates every need before we even have to ask. Our friends who were visiting from out of town kept raving about how cool, polite, friendly and approachable every staff member was. We cannot wait to return again!

o louge in while watching the surfers in the surf pool! Inside the cabana there is a big comfortable couch and chair, a large table, a refrigerator, a television, extra towels and misters on the cabana… made the experience perfect! Our cabana server Amanda was amazing! She was always smiling and happy to help us in any way! Highly recommend for a fun pool day!
