Our contract stated that our wedding video would be delivered within 60 days. It has now been over 7 months, and we still have not received our wedding video.
During this time, we ...
have been given at least 13 different excuses for the delay, along with repeated promises that delivery was imminent. None of those promises have been kept, and the contractual deadline was missed by several months.
The lack of transparency and accountability has caused significant emotional distress. Instead of being able to relive the best day of our lives, we are left anxious and increasingly concerned that our footage may have been lost.
We requested a partial refund and the raw footage so that we could hire another professional to complete the video. This request was refused, leaving us with no video and no resolution.
Missing a contractual deadline by this margin, combined with poor communication and refusal to offer a reasonable solution, has made this an extremely disappointing experience. I would strongly caution couples before trusting this vendor with irreplaceable memories.

and energy that the gentleman brought to our day. From the moment they arrived - we knew they were about to make magic! With the chaos of your wedding day let me tell you one thing you won’t have to stress is their process. With little direction they set up, built relationships with other vendors, and honestly captured the most important moments of our life. One thing I have noticed at weddings is it seems like every where you look there are photographers and videographers- let me tell you with these gentleman NOT THE CASE! Somehow they blend into the day but capture every moment as if you are reliving it. Their production is unmatched and truly feels like a movie. All in all- we couldn’t imagine our special day without them and forever will have the greatest gift of being able to watch their production to relive it over and over again. Thank you Palm Visuals!
