od they would not only enjoy but rave about. Palma was the perfect fit! Dalan was gracious enough to host our menu tasting at Rascal's, his vegan restaurant in Santa Barbara. With his help & input, we put together an amazing menu to serve on our wedding day. They made an excellent assortment of appetizers for cocktail hour, including tostadas, takis elote bowls, chips & salsa. Dinner was a taco bar with plant-based asada, potato chorizo, and mushrooms, all on house-made tortillas. The beans and rice were delicious, and the guacamole was a huge crowd pleaser. Communication was great, and the team was professional and accommodating. Dalan was very flexible in defining how they would do the job at our venue, which was outdoors and didn’t have much infrastructure for catering. I think they pulled it off magnificently and gave us and our guests a wedding feast we will never forget! They have my highest possible recommendation. I can’t wait to have another excuse to book them. Does anyone want to come to a party at my house? There will be tacos.
