When you book with Palmer Dance Studio, you can choose from a variety of packages that suit different budgets and price points. There is a choice between the Diamond, Sapphire, and Opal packages. Each lesson is 60 minutes in length, and couples should begin their lessons three to five months before their wedding date to ensure the utmost confidence in their own skills. Susan and her team can also help with parental dance lessons.

that's how I felt walking into Sue's studio. My fiancé had a significant head start with his experience in formal dancing, so I was incredibly anxious, but then we met Sue. She made every single session perfectly customized to our specific needs and skill set, turning my three left feet into someone who put on a heck of a performance at my wedding! She made the entire dance fit our unique personalities, and as she got to know us, she incorporated more and more of our personalities into it. This made the dance feel authentic on the day of, even though we had been practicing it for months. Friends and family were genuinely impressed, not necessarily by our skill but by the perfect choreography that Sue put together.
Personality wise, Sue is an absolutely amazing person with the perfectly blend of charisma, intelligence, and a hint of sarcasm to keep the lessons light. She is overqualified for her position and her studio is absolutely gorgeous. My husband and I jokingly talk about how much we miss dance lessons and what we are going to learn next from her now that the wedding is behind us.
For those who's fiancé might be against the concept of going to dance lessons, Sue is a perfect fit. My (now) husband was so against the concept of a choreographed dance, but will admit that these lessons were hands down the best part of wedding planning. He went from saying, "We have to go to 9 lessons for this??" to, "We only have 9 lessons?!?"
Sincerely, if Sue can make my uncoordinated wedding dreams come true, I can only imagine what she will do for you!

We did not believe we could pull it off at first, but with her patience and honest feedback over the course of 5 practices with her, we did it! Susan made us feel very comfortable and showed that she actually cared that we learned and performed well. We had input in what moves we thought worked best for us, and Sue was incredibly patient as we worked our way through the steps. We purchased 3 lessons initially but added 3 more to make sure we were comfortable with the steps. Sue was flexible and made time for us as our schedules were not regular each week. We genuinely had fun at each of our lessons! Having confidence to dance at our wedding and to other songs throughout the reception was worth the investment.
