From start to finish, the coordinator Christina was so amazing. She made our dream comfort food menu come true and was always super receptive and accommodating to any special requests we had, including serving late night snacks towards the very end of the night. In case you're foodies with a more "casual vibe" wedding like us, this was our menu, and we recommend ALL of it: -Little Gem Salad -Buttermilk Fried Chicken with Nashville Hot Sauce -BBQ Brisket -Cheddar Chive Biscuits -Mac n Cheese -Manchego Corn Salad -Ice Cream Sundae Bar -Funfetti Cake Palmer's also catered our post-wedding brunch the next day and it was a huge success. People loved the bagel wall and stuffed french toast in particular! We also need to commend the day-of staff - everything was so seamless! They were all wonderful and we would hire any of them to do an event again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much to everyone at Palmer's for making our day extra amazing and delicious! Now how do we get more of that Mac n cheese??

Christina was so helpful with setting the menu and even made suggestions that cut our costs but better suited our needs. We wouldn’t change a thing! Palmers worked MAGIC on our wedding day to make everything go off without a hitch. Palmers was exceptionally helpful throughout the planning process. We booked a tasting before signing the contracts and were immediately pleased with all the food we tasted and the variety of options. One of our favorite parts of the planning process was putting together our menu from all of Palmers delicious and special options! Palmers also handled setting up all of our rentals through Please Be Seated. Christina worked closely with our venue coordinator to make sure that all the necessary rentals would be supplied and we had everything we could possibly need. Taking care of all this was a huge weight off our shoulders as she put all of it together. Once we began working with Christina, we knew we were in great hands. She met with us at the venue once and then she went again on her own to make sure all the planning and set up could go off without a hitch. She was incredibly organized throughout the process and was very quick to respond via email or phone call. She checked in with us throughout the planning process to make sure that things were going well. All while planning her own wedding as well! If that isn't impressive, I don't know what is. On the day of, we had Melissa as the days captain and WOW can she captain a team. Upon arrive, Palmers got right to work laying out the linens and setting up their cook tent. The placed our place cards and menus and put together a beautiful cheese table for cocktail hour, my brother called it "a work of art," and it truly was. The team was professional and friendly and was ready to go with plenty of time before our guests arrived. Once cocktail hour started, Palmers was the talk of the party. The appetizers were plentiful and continuously passed around. People often say that the bride and groom never get to eat on their wedding day but trust me we ATE. We got to eat each passed appetizer and were impressed by all of it (HIGHLY recommend the mini pot pies). The drinks were flowing! The bar staff was professional and fun and kept our guests well "hydrated" all night long. At one point during the reception, most of our guests walked outside to catch the beautiful sunrise and Palmers staff came around outside with drinks to serve as they enjoyed the sunset! Before serving the entree, Melissa made sure to tell us that she wanted us to be able to sit and eat our meal! We did and OH MY GOD it was incredible. Every bit was amazing and all of our guests said the same. The service was quick and everyone got their food hot. After everyone licked their plates clean, the staff was quick to clean up to keep the space neat and beautiful. One thing that I knew I wanted for our fall wedding was a mini pie station and Palmers delivered. The station was beautifully done and all of our guests LOVED the pies. It was exactly as I imagined. After our guests left, I felt like I turned my back for two seconds and the tables were already cleared off. They were quick and to the point. Clean up for them was easy and left nothing for us to take care of! We even received a follow up email two days after the event asking how everything went from Christina. We could not imagine our wedding day without Palmers and would recommend them to everyone!

ged so we were looking for a caterer to do a small, backyard wedding kind of last minute. We found Palmer’s and once I spoke with Traci, we were sold. I’ve planned multiple military operations and couldn’t plan my wedding to save my life. Traci guided me through the process, gave me her recommendations without being pushy and the wedding was absolutely amazing. I am vegan so they are able to change up certain items. The staff also laid out the table and decorations while we were at the ceremony and came back to an absolutely beautiful setup. I can’t thank them enough. Oh, and good was incredible. Staff was exceptional. Pricing was reasonable. Absolutely amazing service.

Joan put together beautiful arrangements and a bouquet for us. Melissa did the day-of coordination and WOW, she really impressed us with her level of attention to detail and she kept everyone on time and to the schedule. The catering staff was professional and so friendly and nice, amazing team. Despite COVID-19 restrictions, I can say that I had the best wedding day I could ever have imagined and Palmer's truly were a large reason for that. Their service is so professional and the food was so delicious. First things first, I would like to give a special thanks to Shannon for her great help and patience while I was bombarding her with billions of questions. She was so hands-on and always so nice and helpful to us. Once we contacted Palmer's, Shannon invited us for a tasting. Before going for the tasting, we were also in contact with some other caterers as well, but once we met with Shannon and Megan, the owner, we've been certain about working with Palmer's. What we really like at most about Palmer's is that they do listen to you for what you request for. They first try to figure out what you expect, what you want or not, and they respond to what you exactly ask for. Our guests loved the food. I noticed some guests going for their second round in the buffet. Palmer's was one of the best decisions my husband and I have ever made for our wedding. Thanks so much again to Palmer's for making our wedding night so smooth and pleasant from the setup through the clean-up, and what we totally hoped for.

First, the cake was beautiful, and they decorated the cake exactly as we requested with flowers from their florist which helped to simplify things. Second, the cake tasted incredible. All of our guests were raving about how incredible the cake tasted. We are thrilled to have found Palmer's and will be certainly making this our new place for cakes for all occasions!
