Katie and Dlorah were AMAZING! Without them I would have fallen apart! They took my inspiration for my decor and went above and BEYOND! I had my main backdrop break the night before our wedding and when I told Katie, she hunted down a replacement and made it even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! Katie stayed in touch with me through this whole journey and helped me navigate every little detail and hiccup I had with so much positivity and grace! She and Dlorah helped create the most amazing wedding day with the smoothest transition to a BEAUTIFUL reception that blew me away!! I can not recommend her or this company enough!! THEY ARE AMAZING!

What a great experience we had with Palmetto River Planning and Katie. She was very helpful and attentive. I very much appreciated her attention to every detail and her quick response time even on the day of the wedding when she was super busy. Katie was amazing. She made sure all the little things were not forgotten and that we ran on time (crazy!!). She was so helpful in the whole process even though she was a day of coordinator. She made sure everyone and everything was where it needed to be when it needed to be there. She relieved a lot of stress and I couldn't recommend her more!

Katie is the greatest coordinator we could have asked for! She made herself readily available prior to our wedding, making sure to gather every detail, coordinate with vendors, and she even created us a very handy wedding booklet consisting of different schedules and details for various wedding members, like a separate guide for the bride/groom, for the wedding party, and for each vendor. On the day of the wedding, Katie took charge effortlessly and made sure everything was in place, while also actively responding to issues that arose. She really knows her stuff--from needing little guidance to decorate the space (pics include examples!) to being able to fix my makeup after first look-tears were shed, she was constantly on the ball! On top of being extraordinarily thorough and knowledgeable, Katie is also very kind--all of us grew very, very fond of Katie! I would recommend Katie to EVERYONE if I could!!!

Katie was a lifesaver for my wedding last month! She was such a huge help and friend from the planning process to the day of my wedding! She was incredibly knowledgeable about all the different aspects of a wedding and was always on top of things! Katie was absolutely amazing! We hired her last minute and she stepped in and helped tremendously. The wedding bible she created was so organized and detailed. She also went above and beyond! She kept us hydrated brought us ice, and even helped me put on my reception shoes. I would 100% recommend Katie to anyone looking to hire a wedding coordinator.

Katie was amazing! She was on time, VERY professional, kept a list of my timeline and all requests and made sure they were all done and taken care of. She could tell when I needed a break from pictures or other things and made sure I got one. If something came up, she moved things around to work it out. She made sure to let me know not to worry about little things. She gave me her honest opinion about my ideas and gave lots of perspective. She worked HARD and made sure we were on time at all times. Highly highly highly recommend for anyone!

I was a bridesmaid in a wedding that Katie planned and it was amazing. Everyone knew what they were supposed to be doing and where to be at down to the minute. Katie has created a wedding Bible that is genius and would be helpful to any bride on her special day. Katie pays attention to detail and she GETS THINGS DONE!
