The Palmwood was more than perfect. Not only was the venue itself magnificent, but the staff! (Amy, Heather, Armando, Jovanny). The view of Downtown Fort Worth from the Palmwood (13th floor) was breath taking. We had cocktail hour during the sunset, and got nothing but compliments from our guests. As a bride, working with the Palmwood staff for venue/bar/food necessities was the least stressful thing throughout my wedding planning process. They all made it so easy for my family and I. I recommend this venue 20/10. I hope more people hear about it, because it's honestly one of a kind. Oh and the food... AMAZING. We are STILL getting compliments on the pecan crusted chicken. Thank you Palmwood staff! I'd do it all over again with you guys!

We planned, then re-planned, a covid wedding at PalmWood. Everyone was so kind to work with. From the event space manager to the servers the day of our wedding - it truly made a difference. I would absolutely recommend this space for future weddings (or any party really). Plus the views of downtown cannot be beat!

From day one, PalmWood has been helpful, communicative and friendly! Amy and Heather have been an absolute joy to work with. I have worked with Amy the most and she has been an incredible resource. She responds to my emails almost immediately and is very knowledgable about the venue and all the important details. I'm extremely Type A and to-do lists are my love language. Amy and Heather have made it so easy to cross off tasks and put my mind at ease. I've never had to follow up or ask why something hasn't been updated. They are both absolutely wonderful at what they do. Planning a wedding can be stressful but Amy, Heather and the rest of the Palmwood team really make it as easy as possible.

Initially I met with Amy to discuss plans for a venue location for our early Fall wedding. We had cancelled our initial plans due to COVID-19, and with or without COVID, this was certainly the way to go. My husband and I did our nuptials in the beautiful downtown courthouse and had our reception at PalmWood. We had downsized our guest list to 25, but the space could easily accommodate around 50-65 (or more!) on the outdoor Limestone Terrace located on the 12th floor of the Frost Tower. The terrace made a large L-shape and under the covered area, we had the buffet and bar set up. On the larger size of the “L” we set out three cocktail tables and three 60” round tables for seating (all included in our cost). On the corner of the terrace we had our dance floor and guests danced all night. We ended up buying a Bluetooth speaker with great sound, but a DJ or band could also be brought in. It worked great with our smaller party. There was also an indoor space immediately as guests entered the space where we had our wedding cake table, guestbook and gift table, and favor table. Thankfully we were fortunate to have ideal weather on our wedding day, but in the event of inclement weather, Amy had a backup plan to put us inside on the 13th floor with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking downtown. Amy and Heather (amongst other staff members that I communicated with during the planning) had the utmost professionalism and were very quick to respond to my emails and phone calls. September 25th came and went by so fast but the service, food, and attentiveness won’t be forgotten. The food was truly EXCEPTIONAL! Amy showed me a menu to choose from with an array of hors d'oeuvres and main courses that fit our budget. Days after the event our friends kept commenting on how amazing of a venue it was and “best wedding they’ve been to” with such delicious food and amazing views of downtown Fort Worth. I wish I could relive this day over and over because it was really a dream come true! I hope that we can celebrate another milestone here and can work with Amy and her amazing team again because they took all the stress out of everything to make it a seamless and perfect day for us. We were well taken care of. If you’re in the same boat I was and deciding on a micro-wedding/reception, you will not regret your decision to book here!!

The PalmWood hosted our rehearsal dinner back in July and everything about the experience from working with them on details, the tasting, all the way to the event was absolutely fabulous! Amy is so detail oriented, responsive, and accommodating to exactly what we wanted. The food was outstanding, as well as the service, and the views of downtown Fort Worth were absolutely stunning! Amy and the PalmWood were one of my favorite vendors to work with during the wedding planning process - hands down! I could not recommend them more! From the moment we called to schedule a last minute tour, we knew that the Palmwood genuinely cared about hosting us! We were instantly treated as if we had already booked with the Palmwood, which was a huge plus for us as many venues treated us like children, since we are a young couple. Throughout this whole process Amy, and the rest of her team, went out of their way to make all of our dreams come true, even when dealing with the onset of COVID! We could not be more excited to be getting married in such a beautiful and professional environment! We 100% recommend the Palmwood for all types of events! August 15th cannot come fast enough! Amazing experience!! The Palmwood was such an amazing experience. We could not have asked for better service from Amy and her team. The food is delicious. They were so helpful and accommodating to us especially in these crazy Covid times. Amy went Above and beyond to make our wedding unforgettable while working around all of the restrictions. The venue and space is beautiful. Amy was willing to meet with us over calls whenever we needed and the response time from them was phenomenal. It meant so much to feel at ease due to the great service while trying to plan a wedding during Covid. We were beyond pleased with our experience.

PalmWood worked with us to create a wonderful reception that exactly matched our vision. The food and wine were exceptional and the service staff second-to-none. The room had a beautiful view of downtown Fort Worth. Happily recommend them.
