Palo Coffee and Bar believes you should have more fun at your own party, so let us do the serving! Based out of Longmont, CO, Palo Coffee and Bar is a mobile wedding bartending and beverage company. Operating out of a repurposed 1990 horse trailer, this service is perfect for celebratory toasts to commemorate the day. The team here is happy to travel to weddings within 50 miles of Longmont. Owners and husband-and-wife team Mariah and Jake Rupp love entertaining and meeting people. Through Palo Coffee and Bar, they're able to do just that and help people celebrate their milestones. They see this business as a way to give back to the local community that they love so much. Repurposing the horse trailer, lovingly named Palo, was a family endeavor and involved replumbing and rewiring it to transform it into a portable bar with a commercial refrigerator, option for a keg and an additional ice box. Palo Coffee and Bar tailors their services to suit each event's unique needs. You provide the drinks, allowing you to get any preferred brands, while Mariah and Jake will mix and serve the beverages. They're also happy to create custom cocktails, as well as snow cone and coffee service for an added special touch. Cups, napkins, straws, and ice are provided. a holiday apple cider that was provided by Palo, all we had to do is provide the alcohol. My guests were so impressed by this cute bar and the customer service.
